The store was open in a small town a few miles off the interstate until 9pm... that was the first thing to appreciate. Then the guy working was friendly and helpful and came up with the perfect $3 item that addressed the situation we described to him. Thanks again for the assist! Between the purchased item, my crappy gas can, and the jumpstart "brick" in my car, we were able to get my daughter's car moving again without spending the money on a tow call. Thankful for someone who cared enough to listen to our story and find a solution!
Great auto parts store. Everytime I visit I get great customer service and they either have what I need or tell me where I can get it. I highly recommend them as their prices are reasonable and they are very helpful.
Even though my battery is an easy install, they declined to do it based on what their computer said. This is the only time any auto parts store has done this.
Orielly in glenwood is the cleanest part store iv seen. Bathrooms, floors all of it.. joe is amazing, she helped Matt get the right wheel bearing for my car trailer. Also david was was very helpful and full of knowledge about cars.
Upon entering the store the first thing I noticed was an employee “Caleb” sitting on a stool seat with both feet propped on the shelves facing the rear of the store on his phone. After getting up from his throne he then proceeded to greet me with a stone cold glare. He should look for work elsewhere as he seemed to have better things to do with his time.
Broke down out of town and had to walk here for a battery & parts ,
the whole staff at this location treated me like kin , manager was such a great help , getting the right part isn’t always as easy as it sounds and I appreciated all the competence !!
Over all it is a good, clean, and well stock store. Unfortunately on two separate occasions. They have sold me the wrong part and wouldn't take it back due to the packages being open. I suggest if you drive anything other than a Ford or Chevy order your parts yourself on Amazon.
