Broke down and was lucky enough to make it here. The crew were quick to get me in and all fixed up in no time. Work done was top notch, had to get a rear differential replaced and they did the front as well at my request, they also noticed an issue on the test drive but it turned out to be nothing needing immediate attention. If you are nearby or lucky enough to break down close enough this is the place to go. Heard them going out of there way for every customer near and far
We had a hitch come loose with no tools and no parts, stopped in and the guys here didn’t hesitate to help us get a new nut and get it tightened up. Great place.
We were passing through and had some car issues. Their team took care of us quickly and were so kind. We feel lucky that our car issues started near their shop. Fast service like this isn’t always guaranteed!
They did a camshaft upgrade and dyno tuning on my Camaro ss . They were super communicative and friendly and got the work done quickly and professionally. Definitely will come back in the the near future and recommend to my friends!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Just Automotive. I recently bought a vehicle with almost 100,000 miles on it that I got a great deal on, but it unfortunately came with a whole plethora of problems. After just two visits to Just Automotive, my car is honestly running like a brand new vehicle again.
Their communication is truly next level. Just Automotive uses a digital inspection system that texts you photos and detailed explanations of what they find, what needs attention now, and what can wait. Everything is simple, transparent, and incredibly easy to understand. You can even text your service advisor directly, which is something I have never experienced anywhere else.
Both times my car needed to stay for about a week, they provided me with a loaner vehicle which took so much stress off the situation. That level of customer care is rare.
What really stands out is how willing they are to answer questions and explain everything without making you feel rushed or talked down to. They really go above and beyond to make sure you understand what is happening with your vehicle.
They truly are good, honest small-town people with the technology and professionalism of a big dealership. It is the best of both worlds.

I just had a set of tires put on. They called me back within an hour and scheduled my appointment for the next day. They did an inspection that I wasn't counting on but I'm glad they did. They went above and beyond my expectations and are very fairly priced. I will use them again.
I am very late on making this review, a month or so ago on a hot august day my suv went wack and I got stranded at a gas station with my infant son, 2 year old daughter, and my two oldest daughters. My husband is deployed I was about 1.5 hours from home or any close family or friends to help. I was bawling and don’t know what to do as my suv just had a new alternator and Battery the month prior. Just Automotive came to my rescue and helped me figure out what problem was after hours and didn’t charge me. I was so so Grateful for the help and giving me that reassurance that everything was going to be okay. My suv had to be towed back to my home town and the shop that put this alternator in 2 times already made it right and put a more expensive one in and so far I’ve been good to go.
They were more thorough than any other mechanic I've ever taken my vehicle to. I had a lot that needed to be done on my vehicle, and they got it done quickly. I'm very happy with the service I received, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle worked on quickly and affordably. They are also really nice people!
We were traveling across the country when our alternator went out. We called and they were able to get us in the same day and back on the road. Extremely kind and understanding of the situation. Would recommend for anyone in need of car work in the area or if you find yourself stranded like us!
Very wonderful people! We broke down 20 mins from them and they got us in last min and got the car fixed the next day and drove us to a hotel and picked us up. Highly recommend them. Also thank you for the little goodie bag!
I came in with a specific error. The mechanic claimed he couldn’t reproduce it, nor interpret the code if it did come on. He did, however charge $160 to plug in the diagnostic device and shrug his shoulders.
This man single handedly brought me to the realization that this is not the Iowa I remember.
Personally, I couldn’t take money for an incomplete or poorly executed job. Just don’t be fooled by the wholesome family owned business vibe. They are perfectly fine overcharging for work undone. Sad.
I've taken both of my vehicles to Just Automotive recently for scheduled maintenance, they were very courteous, the work was done on time and their quoted prices were honored. It's nice having a quality shop within walking distance from my house. I'm really impressed with their shop, very clean and very well organized. When I drop off and pick up my vehicles they are parked with plenty of room around it unlike other shops that crammed my vehicles into parking ares so close I could barely get in.
Chad is the absolute best. Had trouble on our road trip and ended up having to scrap our car. He helped us find a hotel to stay at and told us to call if any troubles arise. They were willing to help even though our car was unable to be repaired. Highly recommend for anyone needing a new mechanic or looking for a quick fix to any car troubles you may have. Super honest workers just trying to help!
I can’t recommend this car repair shop enough! My car was in an accident and I was bracing for a long wait and a big bill—but they completely exceeded my expectations. They got my car fixed incredibly fast, and it runs just as smoothly as it did before the accident—if not better. Williamsburg IA. should be thrilled to have Just Auto in their neck of the woods! I’m your typical female STRANDED traveler with a flat tire ( and damaged wheel) and I felt like I had a super hero arrive ASAP to my rescue! I called Just Automotive because they came highly recommended by the locals and they weren’t wrong! Justin showed up, took my tire back to his shop and pounded my wheel out and fixed my flat tire and had me on the road in short order. The best part? He was smart, efficient and super kind! Awesome! These guys saved our trip that was 9 years in the making. Our truck never would have made it out of Iowa, much less through the mountains of Colorado. They are extremely knowledgeable and know what they are doing! Great shop and better people.
Amazing place! Great staff, extremely helpful & detailed with explaining any questions. The details of appreciation I feel getting my vehicle serviced here is unmatched! The thank you cards in the mail, Care packages left in the car after service, snacks in the lobby, are greatly appreciated. Before I drive my car away, I am given all details of the service, PICTURES included, if anything else is needing maintenance is shown aswell. Also, affordable pricing!! Received multiple discounts, saving hundreds of $, AND a punch card for oil changes! I truly am grateful for the entire staff at both locations. Your efforts are not unseen!!
Very friendly staff and they kept me up to date throughout the process of my vehicle being fixed! I love that they have a link to view the issues found during inspection so you can see everything before having to call. Great service overall. Josh did amazing on my vehicle.
The service was great as it has been in previous times also. I really appreciate that they will either pick up my car and return it or take me home when I drop it off. My husband is disabled so I have to have that courtesy in order to be home with him..it's those special things that make a huge difference. Thanks for the great service!
Very good at what they do. Got me a towing contact and gave me a ride back to the hotel. When ready came to pick me up. Did great job on my truck and on what needed to be fixed got me home made it back safely from Iowa to Texas. Waited patiently for payment to be done really recommend.
I was 2 hours from home when my battery light came on. I knew the battery wasn’t old, so I figured the alternator died. An hour later everything shut down and I was stranded on the side of a very busy I-80. I googled auto repair and to my amazement and incredible luck, Just Automotive was barely a mile away. I called and explained my situation. They recommended Vance Towing, who were prompt and great as well. Got my car there and noticed during the lift that the serpentine belt was hanging down. Krista was so nice and assured me the technician would have it inspected the next day. Fortunately I have family about 90 mi away who picked me up. As promised, the next day I had a text link to the inspection report, thankfully it was just the belt. The repair was completed and I picked it up the next day. Price was very reasonable and everyone was courteous and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing it.
What incredible shop ..HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Stopped in after looking for local shop off I-80. Walked in to the cleanest shop and SMALL town hospitality, everyone so friendly and helpful. After test driving my car and put it on lift they took me back and explained and showed me what they seen. I Left my car at shop and the owner gave me and ALL my belongings in his PERSONAL vehicle to a hotel and explained the area and what is around to eat. For a single women traveling alone I couldn't have met the best group of men and 5 star shop. Highly Recommend !!!
