Amazing staff. Had a wheel fly off on the highway and limped the truck to this O’Reillys after getting the wheel back on. Staff was extremely helpful and even came out and gave my pup some ice water. Staff had some extra food from a car show and even hooked us up with some food because they could tell we have had a long day. If you break down on this area definitely come to this store they will take care of you with the best service
I was miles away from home and broke down, this team did an outstanding job assisting me in way possible when I was replacing my harmonic balancer in their parking lot. I would also like to say thank you to their amazing staff members and their hospitality. Great customer service! 😎
Top-notch service. I stopped in there on a road Trip as I was having voltage issues. They took care of me testing my alternator for me and my battery to find out it was for sure My alternator and got me the part and tools So I could change it and be on my way awesome service, good job, thanks again, guys!
The man came out and put our light in our Corolla. We were very grateful. He also told us to not touch the bulb with our fingertips as it makes them burn out faster. Good bit of FYI.
My husband told me to take his car for a quick errand. Did he do this knowing it was low on oil, and I would have to stop and get some? Probably. Picked up some oil, and Carla, the manager, brought out a funnel and put the oil in for me! I appreciate that very much!
Recently I stopped in for some help regarding a front license plate holder. My car was not equipped with with holes to attach one and I didn’t want to drill holes in my car. Carla and Jim sold me one that attached to the front with no drilling. They even installed it for me which was no easy task on my car. Their customer service was beyond compare. Everyone who works there are so helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to do business.

I didn't shop at O'Reilly's today. I do on occasions. Depends on what I need. They have same quality products but more reasonable than NAPA. Arnold's Motor Supply I don't like their customer service
Not my favorite parts store. Because the employee turnover, sometimes you get somebody who knows what they are doing, and sometimes you don't. Always either compare new part with old one, or know what you need. You can get good quality parts at fair prices. They can get most anything you will need pretty quick if they don't have it, returns are easy if it's wrong. Plus they will check codes and do wipers and batteries for free. Special tool rental is also very nice!
