The problem here is not the payout, it is the customer service. The guy behind the counter ( Nick) was beyond rude and difficult to work with. I’ve never seen a grown man in tears over a minor inconvenience, with absolutely no communication skills to help him cope. It seems he has built up a reputation already. I will certainly not be back and I’ll be sure to steer fellow tradesmen away.
Great guys here! All very helpful and easy to work with. Nick makes visiting entertaining every time we come in.

Place is a literal joke try to scam me thinking I'm stupid cuz I'm young told me never to come back if I could give zero Stars I would they are terrible people bad for the community makes me wonder when I took in a whole bunch of copper one time and they told me it wasn't actually copper if they were lying then too cuz it was like 80 lb and they didn't even pay me scrap value pretty sure they scammed me then too I would avoid this place at all costs and go to the place in belmond way better nice people fair prices don't waste your time here
The guy behind the counter is always rude and short. I went in the other day 11:50am. He commented that it was almost lunchtime. He also turned another customer away.
Apparently they take lunch from 12pm to 1 pm. Nowhere on the sign says that they are closed 12pm to 1pm for lunch.
