I thought it was easy to schedule an appointment online. Additionally, everything went smoothly and the staff was very friendly! They were able to check something else for me as well to make sure there were no concerns, when they did the oil change. I would recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care!

I found the team at Firestone, Waukee, to be very helpful. Went in with concerns about my brake system and to get oil changed and other fluids checked. Also wanted to have them look over the car for things that I might need to get taken care. They have a very reasonably priced inspection service that I signed up for. No pressure. Got the oil changed, found out my brake system checked out with no problems. They were also able to point out an issue with a fuel tank brace that I need to take care of. Thank you!

My tires were super low in air and I don’t know how to fill them….I know, I know, I’ll learn someday. Anyhow, pulled up and ran in and asked if anyone could help me. They happily said they would love to help and ran out and filled all my tires! For free and with friendly service. That’s so rare these days- thank you Firestone!

Went it on a Saturday morning. Had some minor stuff on my son's car that I was hoping they could fix. Most shops ignore you if you ask them to fix small stuff because they don't make any money on you. I was thinking Brandon (guy at the front desk) would just tell me they're busy and that they cannot work on it. Surprisingly, he said they would take care of it for me. Reluctantly, I asked if they had time to maybe fix a couple of other things (bumper was starting to sag, some plastic panel came off etc.). They said they'll take a look at it. After about 45 minutes, he said everything was done and charged me next to nothing. What kind of car shop is this??? Are these guys for real? Apparently, there are still some businesses out there who are actually interested in serving their customers! Thank you Brandon (service advisor) and Cameron (manager)!!!

Brandon took great care of me. He was able to get me in immediately for an oil change. I was told that I needed tires at another place; they checked my tires and told me I did not need to change them. Finally had my brakes checked a couple of different places and I knew something was not right but Brandon’s guys found out I had air in my lines after a thorough inspection. Great service! I’m definitely coming back!!!

I had a wire poke through the sidewall of my tire and needed it repaired. I was told you can't repair a sidewall issue, you have to buy a new tire. I purchased one so I could get on my way. I drove home Approx 10 miles, all highway roads.. 1 hr later went to leave only to notice the tire was completely flat. Frustrated, I called Firestone back and let them know the issue. They asked me to air the tire up and come back so they could determine what went wrong. Long story short, the tire would not hold air. We removed it from the vehicle and took it back. They determined somewhere within those 10 miles home that first trip, the new tire picked up a razor blade. I now needed another new tire. I couldn't believe my luck. At that time, the manager, Cameron brought me out another new tire. When I asked how much I owed, he took care of it and told me if something happened to this one, I would have to pay full price for another new one and to take it and go. I told him I would write a review for them and thanked him for his compassion and understanding. That type of service is what I would want to build my business on. He not only took good care of me, But he gained a loyal customer for future tire needs. Thank you again Cameron at Firestone auto care in Waukee, IA.

Straight joke. Not one to write a review but Took my car with coilovers here for a front only alignment. Talked to a technician that said he can adjust my alignment and my coilovers for the camber. End up putting it on the rack and they come out telling me for alignment price they can’t adjust the coilovers. They need to charge an additional $100+ to adjust 2 screws. I told them I’m good take it off. Then they decide to charge $30 for a “check” of alignment when I didn’t come for a check I came for an alignment that they said they can do and they couldn’t for an agreed price over the phone. Tell you one thing and front desk does another. Waste of time.

Tries to nickel and dime you. Don’t trust this team! Dont make the same mistake me and my family did. Tire popped on interstate tires was less than a week old. They wouldn’t even look at it before trying to charge me 500 bucks after we just paid 1300 for 4 new tires.

I’ve been to Firestone3 times in 4 days for the same tire issue and it still isn’t fixed. After noticing my back left tire repeatedly losing air, I went in Friday when it was down to 15 PSI (should be 33). I was told it was patched and good to go. The next day, I had to keep stopping to refill the tire while traveling to Omaha and back…clearly it wasn’t repaired. When I returned Sunday, they said the technician forgot to add beads, which is why the patch failed. Monday morning, the same tire was flat again, and I was told the previous tech had been fired and that they’d replace the tire under warranty. Yet today, that same tire is STILL at 15 PSI, and I checked ALL of them with my pressure gauge. I travel for work daily and depend on my vehicle—this is now the FOURTH time my safety has been compromised over the same unresolved issue. I’ve been understanding up until this point, but now this is a complete lack of quality control and is unacceptable.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in the automotive repair business. They went above and beyond to meet the needs of my difficult vehicle. I highly recommend this shop.

Very pleased with our recent service. Had them replace the tires on one of our vehicles. Dropped the car off on a Saturday and all workers were very pleasant, positive, and helpful. Made the overall experience great!

Cameron(store manager) did a bad job by installing different set of tires making decision for me instead of asking me what I really need. When I called to ask the same, they hung up on me without any action. Very rude towards customers. You are not getting me or my friends business anymore.I will make sure to let everyone know what you did here and to be cautious with you guys.

Huge shout out to Brandon Strable at Firestone in Waukee! I will definitely be back to get my vehicle serviced there. He was highly professional, and my car was done lickity split! Facility was clean and up kept really well, you definitely get what you pay for here! Thanks again for the phenomenal service!

Very nice manager Cameran, the service technician, Darrell is very knowledgeable. Excellent price on tires, oil changes and any other work that needs to be done.

Stopped in mid-afternoon last Saturday for 2 new tires and was in and out in under 35 minutes. Technician Brandon was highly professional as well as the rest of the staff. Elated with their service!!!

Had oil changed, they recommended I should change my break fluid. I declined that service. A couple days later I decided to check the break fluid myself only to find they had never replaced the cap to my break fluid. Called the Firestone store and was told they would call back after talking to the technician. All I heard was was crickets. Never did get back to me. Had to order a replacement cap for $20.00 Now on I'll just get my tires there and nothing else.

My car battery died right around the time the store was about to close and they were so helpful. The staff stayed late even though I didn’t have an appointment and they changed my battery for me. Highly recommend!

I recently had work done and bought a full set of brand new tires elsewhere. After getting my "fixed" car back, warning lights have been turning on and off in my vehicle. After being brushed off by my previous shop about my concerns, I stopped in at Firestone without a appoiment. Tyler and his team were AWESOME!! They got me right in, evaluated my tires, reassured me I was safe to drive and sent me on my way within 30 minutes!! 10/10 would recommend Tyler and his crew.

I've been driving for months with a strange vibration at high speeds. It turns out that it was because this Firestone forgot to put on my hubcentric rings and not only that but lost them! I had to get new ones and who knows what sort of long term damage that did to my car. Hub centric rings are basic tire change 101. I will never go back to this location again.

Took my truck there a few weeks ago for an oil change. Ended up replacing the controls arms as well, I believe. Left the shop with a HORRIBLE sound coming from one of the tires. Had to take it back to them 2 more times to fix the noise. Decided that I would give this shop another shot. Had problems with my truck yesterday. Called the shop, spoke with a Brandon, told him that I red lightning bolt on my 05 Dodge Ram was coming up on the dash. I told him that it wasnt a battery concern, he told me that the light meant it was a battery, so to jump it and bring it in. Tried jumping it, didnt work. Spoke with 2 other mechanics, and they confirmed what i originally thought, that it wasnt my battery. So these guys at Firestone have not only wasted my time multiple times, but they also dont listen to their customers, or actually take the time to get to know the issue. I'll never be going there again

I have a 2015 Traverse. I had something fail in my AC system. The issue failed when something in my engine compartment blew and I had a Freon cloud come out the hood. When I took my car to Willis they tried to tell me it was the rear evaporator that had gone bad. When I schedule a diagnostic with Firestone, they told me that my compressor which is located in my engine compartment had a huge hole in the side of it and that is why I was having issues I was truly thankful. I was able to get the repair completed in a timely manner. From Cameron in the office to the technician that took the time to listen to me and get me the correct diagnostic I couldn't have been more happy.

I can’t say I had service done, but their customer service is great!! My 24 Ram 1500 got dropped by the tow truck there instead of the Ram dealership by mistake of the tow company. I had to come out with my own trailer to get the truck where it needed to go, and the staff was accommodating and willing to help anyway they can including me blocking their parking lot so I could fix the tow companies mistake. I appreciate your help and understanding of the matter

I came in for a tire rotation and oil change. I was greeted by a very pleasant and polite young man named Tyler.They quickly brought me back and got to work. My wait time was minimal. I had a couple of questions about some upcoming regular maintenance that would be due and they had no issues answering them for me. I will definitely be returning!!!!!

Finn and Camron, was so helpful in helping me and telling me what’s the best oil to use in my car. I am so very grateful for there kindness and compassion for keeping me safe on the roads. They also notified me and told me, that I really needed to get a rotation done on my car so that my tires can evenly distribute the wear on them. I was happy that there team was safe and fast to get me in to get what I need done. I highly recommend going to them for all my problems on my car. Thank you, Finn and Camron and there team so very much.

Don’t buy tires from them!!! They will not fix your tires if you have a problem! Went on a long trip got a screw in one of my tires and put a temporary plug in it to get it back to them for repair and they said they would not touch it… I was speechless 😑… I asked them if they were a tire shop? Will never go to them again for any reason whatsoever!!! Do yourself a favor and pass them on buy! You’ve been warned 🛑!! Just bought all four tires there.. they have less than 10 thousand miles on them!! We have 4 vehicles that will eventually need tires Firestone… 🤣🤣🤣 you definitely lost my business!!

I called at 7:30 am Saturday of Labor day weekend in a bit of a panic. Our tow vehicle was groaning about it's front brakes. Jesus and his crew worked us in and saved our road trip vacation. We are so grateful we were back on the road by 2:00 pm with new brakes and a happy truck. Thank you!
