I am very disappointed with this service.
The technician replaced my car battery, but the vehicle would not start the next day. This guy didn't finish the battery registration and that is the reason why the vehicle would not start. I contacted him multiple times to request a follow-up inspection. He admitted that there is an issue with the service, and he told me they would come in the morning, then in the afternoon, and later in the evening — but they never showed up.
They stopped answering calls and messages and did not return to check or fix the issue. This lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
I called these guys and they were there in 15 minutes prepared for what we had to do. They brought a jumper and didn't charge extra to get the car started so we could back it up and get it on the tow truck. Will always call these guys if I need a tow. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

A gas line had broke and stopped my vehicle in its tracks. 765 towing answered and arrived on scene in 15 minutes. Super affordable and friendly. Yesterday my car suddenly shut off right in the middle of an intersection, and I went into a full panic attack. Thankfully some kind strangers helped push my car out of the road, and I immediately started calling around for a tow, thinking I’d need to get it to a mechanic for what looked like an alternator issue.
I called 765 Towing, and Jose answered right away. He told me he’d be there in just a couple minutes— and he truly meant it. He arrived in less than five minutes. From the moment he showed up, he was kind, compassionate, calm, and completely professional. He even offered me a ride in the tow truck, which I thought I’d have to call a taxi for.
I mentioned needing a mechanic, and Jose told me he had a buddy who could fix it for a fraction of the price and that he could get a discount on the alternator at the parts store. I’ll be honest—I was skeptical at first. But I trusted him, and I’m so glad I did.
He charged me only $65 for the tow, at 6 PM on a Friday night. The next morning—Saturday at 8:30 AM—he called to say my car was already fixed and ready for pickup. Not only was the alternator replaced, but his mechanic friend even installed my headlight bulb for free after I mentioned needing help with it.
From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, honest, fast, and beyond anything I expected. You can tell Jose truly cares about helping people, not just making money.
I am extremely satisfied and will absolutely be using 765 Towing for any future needs. If you need a tow, this is the company to call.

If you need a tow call this guy. He helped us tonight broke down on the side of the road and was so nice! I won't call anyone else but him from now on with my towing. He also offers jump starts, lock outs, fuel delivery! 100% suggest using him as well!
Jose was very nice and did a great job with the tow. We navigated some tricky streets with my car even late at night. Very helpful and was nice enough to work with me to get me back home in the truck as well.

towed our car and fixed the shift cable with JB weld, it broke down again in 4 days he said he would come fix it again on Monday , We have not heard from him since. We did end up fixing it elsewhere, and (they never used JB weld. )

Very prompt, polite, affordable, professional. Delivered my vehicle to the dealership, filled out the paperwork for after hours and sent me pictures showing it was delivered safely. Communication was efficient and professional. Never once felt unsafe.
Professional & quick recovery once they arrived. No complaints. Took about an hour for them to arrive… not bad considering how late it was. Would recommend these guys for your next tow.
