I had an excellent experience with this automotive repair shop. The team was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and made sure I understood every step of the repair process. The quality of their work shows, and my car has never run better. Missed several key issues that eventually resulted in damages costing well over 4,000 dollars resulting in my vehicle being totaled. Did allow for putting in a part ordered on eBay.

Had my brakes done plus an oil change and transmission fluid service. Super easy experience. I really liked that they texted me updates with the progress and price so there were no surprises. Everything was done on time and my car feels great. Definitely coming back.

Extremely impressed by these guys today after bringing my fiancé’s car in for work. I sat in the waiting room for several hours and listened to all the employees handle customers with grace, honesty, and integrity, something not very common in mechanic shops this day in age. Keep in mind they fit us in short notice and were very clear that they might not get to it for hours. The dealership had the car for over a week and couldn’t properly diagnose the problem but that didn’t stop them from trying to spend our money on unnecessary things. I was thoroughly impressed by the team at Guaranteed Automotive and they will certainly have our business in the future. A huge thank you to Tom and the guys in the shop for valuing my time and wallet, it’s such a relief to see good people treating others how they would want to be treated. I have worked on cars and trucks for many years both professionally and as a hobbyist and these guys deserve every ounce of a 5 star review.

I recently visited this shop because I was concerned about my brakes and rotors following a previous inspection. The team was incredibly efficient and caring from the moment I walked in. I truly appreciated the time they took to thoroughly explain what was going on with my car in a transparent and easy to understand manner. They also pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future, which I found very helpful. I highly recommend their professional and trustworthy service!

I would recommend these guys! I’m always worried about people taking advantage of young women who are clueless about mechanics. These guys are honest fair and fast which is all I could hope for. Thanks for taking care of my daughter who is too far away for me to help.

Guaranteed Auto was great for us! Booking with them was easy, and they took the time to diagnose a hard to find issue that other mechanics had just shrugged their shoulders at. Once they knew the issue, the fix was fast, and Brandon went out of his way to drive us to the shop to pick up our car, even when their normal driver was not working.

My transmission went out while driving from Minnesota to Tennessee. Joe and the crew were able to get it diagnosed quick and fixed in a timely manner and back on the road. Highly recommend them. Honest and professional. Thank you!

My experience is so good! Tom worked on 2017 Toyota Camry. What I noticed about Tom is that he is very knowledgeable and professional. I will go back to this shop again and again!!

My vehicle died on the road and I had it towed to Guarenteed Auto because they had worked on our vehicles in the past. They provided me with a ride home when I arrived in the tow truck. They diagnosed it needed a new starter, gave a fair price, fixed the issue and called to say it was ready. We also asked them to do some routine maintenance since the car was already there. They fit it into their schedule even during a holiday week so we didn’t have to go without a car for long. They are very organized sending several texts along the way to let me know the progress and I was able to pay online and pick up my car after hours. I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer.

I brought my newly bought used vehicle to Guaranteed Transmission, some time ago. They performed diagnostics, assessments/advising, repairs and services, and the jobs ranged from basic to complex work - over the course of several visits. Without exception, they showed honesty, real competence, expert knowledge, generous sharing of information, and accurate great/fair pricing. I never felt pressed or compelled to make a hasty decision. My service advisor is a gentleman by the name of Joe - he is honest and highly knowledgeable - and my interactions with him and all staff have all been marked by quality of customer service, professionalism and going above and beyond to actually explain a service/repair. Without hesitation, I strongly recommend this shop.

My boyfriend and I have used them for various procedures on all our vehicles in the last year or two- a ‘97 4-Runner, a ‘20 Civic, and a ‘14 Mustang GT, they do ‘em all! Not only are they efficient and fairly priced, they’re kind, thorough, and flexible for ever-changing schedules! We both work and I’m a full time student, so it can be difficult to coordinate when to d/o and p/u cars, and they’ve always been super patient with us regarding that. Plus, they have a great Purdue student discount :) Highly recommend!

Took my newly acquired 1997 F-250 7.3 diesel in for transmission repair. They looked at it and said I could rebuild it or just replace the torque converter and re-seal it. I took the latter option. Great service and repair. Happy with the price. Tom was particularly helpful keeping me informed and updated on the process as it went along. Nothing but good things to say!

After a quick check of my car, a detailed report complete with pictures was texted to me. It included items that were recommended to be completed now, and possibly in the future, and a price to complete the service. From there, I could approve or decline the recommendation. Nice and easy. Also, they have great customer service and were very nice to deal with. I highly recommend!

On a recent trip from Florida to Wisconsin, unfortunately our car broke down on I 65, between Indianapolis and Lafayette. Needless to say when an issue like this occurs you face so many unknowns. My wife and I felt truly blessed that we called Guaranteed Automotive. After talking with Joe, we felt comfortable that his business and reliable and would make necessary diagnosis and repair at a fair price. While issues were significant, and a bit more challenging, Joe and his team honored his quote. After repair, they ran quality checks, and even had a technician come in early on the day of pick up to help assure, that I could get back on the road. I rarely give reviews but I am so upset I feel I have to. I took my car in on Monday for air conditioning repairs. On Tuesday evening they call and say they figured the problem out and gave me the estimate then proceeded to say now the other issue with your car. Which confused me because I had no other issue. He proceeded to tell me my car had been wrecked. Now accidents happen and they are fixing it my issue is they are acting like it’s no big deal. One making a comment oh your car is the one that was tapped. It was not just tapped!! Plus I was told one story and my husband another. Like I said accidents happen but this has left us down a car. I work 2 jobs my husband works so we have had to take time off and adjust schedules going in late or leaving early to share a car. They never even offered a rental but made sure to send their bill even though I don’t have my car. I was ok with the accident even though my car has never been in one but the lack of caring and acting like it is no big deal bothers me.

Overall had a good experience with this team. They treated me with respect and dealt with general maintenance on my car as I'm going on a road trip with it. They have a waiting area with a bathroom, which not many places have accessible to their clients. I'm not sure if I'm imagining it but I think they have a quick vacuum to my floor. I will be be returning in the future.
