I have a 2008 tribute. The serpentine belt in this particular vehicle is the worst thing to get to. I was here working at this for hours. THIS O'Reilly has the absolute best employees. They helped me find the right belt that did not come up in any of my searches. Let me use their tensioner tool. Absolutely amazing staff. Saved me today.
I was just in the Greencastle store, & Clarence & Mario helped me with my air conditioning seals for my motorhome, PLUS fixed my broken charging cord on a fan I had brought in! I’m going to need all the FANS I can get, so THANKS SO MUCH to you BOTH-you ROCK, & I’ll always come back to your store!!
The gentleman in Greencastle was very polite. I returned old calipers to get the core charge back and he was able to come get them out of my truck to carry them into the store because I have a weight restriction. I don’t remember his name, but he was very polite. Then I got my core charge and left.
So I bought a dash phone holder and I put it on backwards to where I wasn’t able to pull the tab to remove the suction part of it and Mario from the Greencastle Indiana location assisted me in removing it did not damage my dash nor did he charge me so I just wanted to leave a positive review for the gentleman name Mario.
Prices here seem to be alot higher than other auto parts stores. Pretty big selection of spray paint compared to others if that's what your looking for
Good experience, and friendly atmosphere, although when receiving new rear brake cylinders for my 94-f250
They did not inform or didn't know the brake line adapter size was different from the factory size, which resulted in an extra trip to the parts store. Hope this helps with the next customer.

I stopped for a quick visit to have my check engine light diagnosed. I was helped right away by a very nice gentleman who told me the issue. He also noticed my antifreeze was low and helped me find a 50/50 mix for my vehicle type.
Some of the staff tend to lie On the phone and attempt to "flex how long they have sold parts" i wont be going back to this oriellies often. Im going to car quest or oriellies in rockville. Hence why i am going to take away 3 stars
Very helpful staff. If they don't carry items they will get it for you on most items. Great People! Always remember, "you get what you pay for" so don't always buy "cheap" They have high quality items as well as low budget items. Check Engine light checks and Battery checks are free...
Always impressed by the crew at O'Reilly in Greencastle. Needed lugnuts this morning and young lady behind counter knew where to find them and got me in and out in about 5 minutes! Way to go Sierra!
While I typically like O'Reillys better than other places, I was disappointed when I visited there yesterday. Neither employee was wearing any type of face covering. Its impossible to checkout without being closer than six foot. Had I seen that when I entered, I would have turned around and left. Came very close that anyhow. See ya when Covid19 is over.
This place is awesome Doug helped me above and beyond. Looked up things and checked with a thick product book just to make sure I got the right part. Lifetime customer now
Amazing service, especially when Ethan is there. If you go there make sure to ask for him, always knows what you need, how to check anything, can tell you the problem when you tell him what's wrong with your vehicle, and gives good advice how to fix your vehicle.
Went there to buy a steering stabilizer, already knowing I could get it cheaper online. Oh well. Then the kid working at the counter charged me for an item I didn't get...A 70 dollar power steering pump! I was foolish enough not to check the receipt when I got it.
