They are always very attentive and makes sure we get exactly what we need. Not in stock? No problem, delivered the next morning! This can be very helpful when dealing with last minute customer jobs. Especially when not every job goes as smooth as it's supposed to. It's nice to have a place in town we can count on.
I work all over the Midwest and this NAPA here in Greencastle IN is one of the best I have been to. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have a great selection of products. Great job !! RGM
They are the only place I will get parts for my truck. Every other place in town doesn't do a great job of getting the parts I need for my truck. Napa gets them with a day and the other ones take up to 3 to 6 days to get.
Went in for a part, they didnt have it in stock but offered to order it from another location for delivery the same day. I was told it would be at their store in about 3 hrs. They called in 2.5 hrs that it was delivered. I am very impressed with the customer service and will definitely be my place to go first for any vehicle needs.
I like NAPA quality more than those other guys store brands, and I will pay a few dollars more for it. They offer a 10% veterans discount. Something to be aware of, each store is independently owned, so I'm told, and will not accept a return from a different store.
Asked about a part for a tool. Waited 15 minutes or so, finally got a answer of well I'm not showing anything in the "book" and hung up on me. Lost this customer.
Good ol NAPA, I always did like this store. Especially this one, when I walk into this store all of the staff there knows me by name. Now some say that might be a bad thing lol, but I look at it as an awesome experience and feeling to walk into a store and everyone knows ya and they go out of your way. Now theses folk went out of there way to show me that they welcome my business, I do a little mechanicing on the side, and I can't ask for any more than that. So I thank you NAPA crew for being thoughtful and generous and much more than that.
