If I could do 0 stars, I would!! I never write reviews, but I’m writing this one to hopefully help others.
Drove 3.5 hours for a car that Isaac told me multiple times had no issues or lights on (on dashboard). Even called again that same morning to confirm. He was very aware of our long commute. He said he had even been driving the car as a personal car for a weeks. When we finally got to the dealership, as soon as we turned the engine on, the airbag light on dashboard was lit. When we asked Isaac about this, he said he “wasn’t aware” of it. I later called the dealership that Greencastle bought the car from according to its carfax, and that dealership confirmed this airbag light was on when they had it several months back. He is attempting to sell this car with airbags and seatbelts that DO NOT WORK. He will not be honest and upfront about this as well. Do not let the fake 5-star reviews fool you- stay away!!
Good price for an oil change. Full synthetic for 49.95. This is likely to change.
I went back or at least I tried to go back. I emailed about an oil change and was told that before 9a would be good. I showed up just before 9. Door was locked. I waited and eventually the office manager showed up. She texted the mechanic. I said that I would circle back in a bit. An hour later I went back. The door was still locked. As I was about to leave, someone else arrived, who had door keys. I explained the situation. He asked me to wait and he went inside. A few minutes later, I was asked for my # and was told that I would receive a call when the mechanic arrived. I never received that call.
I can understand if the mechanic had some issue and couldn't go to work, but if that was the case, they should have called and told me, but nothing. No call to reschedule. No explanation. No apologies.
The staff was very helpful, no pressure and got me exactly what I asked for at a price that couldn't be beat anywhere else. Will definitely refer to friends and family without hesitation.
I truly love this car lot. He always has awesome options to choose from and clarity when it comes to knowing what you'll be buying. When it comes to 'buy here pay here' I probably won't ever go to another car lot again. I still love the vehicle I bought there and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Love y'all at Greencastle Auto.
Coming back to reduce the 5-star (a forced review; I'll explain in this update) down to 1-star. It'll be a lengthy review.
I purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 in December. Two weeks later, the battery died. In order for Issac to replace it, he requested I leave a 5-star review, which I feel may have then mislead others to purchase from him. After replacing the battery, the heat stopped working. Coolant levels were good and replaced certain fuses, and didn't fix the issue. Let's just say it was a harsh winter driving around. Beginning of February, my tensioner pulley snapped while driving. Thankfully, I know how to replace that and was able to do so in O'Reillys parking lot.
I'm approaching the 6 month mark of owning this truck. It's been sitting for 2 months due to the EPS (electronic power steering) failing and requiring servicing at a certified Dodge/RAM dealership. I just spent $200 to have it towed to Plainfield, spent another $200 on diagnostics, and then on 5/30/2025, I was quoted $6,000 to replace the whole power steering rack because at one point in time, it was submerged in water. Makes me wonder what they did for it to last this long. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOT!
I got ahold of the bank I fianance through about a week after experiencing that issue, and have been great when it comes to working with me. Anyone else having problems, contact your bank, and just inform them of what's going on. For me, Westlake informed me to submit proof of receipts/invoices for significant repairs I've had to do for their reviewing, and then to submit a consumer complaint to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). They are also not a BBB accredited business (they refuse to agree to the "BBB Standards of Trust"), which is a major, major red flag. If I would have known that before hand, I would've taken the $2,500 down payment somewhere else. I am now out the down-payment and forced to pay the remaining balance on the truck. Issac and this business are terrible, and certified scam artists. The next steps are to go to the city council and force them out of town so they don't screw other people over.

Everyone was exceptional, very understanding, extremely down to earth ,humble honest people.
They went above an beyound to help me an to ensure the truck was running proper, truck drove great ,I got home safely, .
However I intend to not drive truck at all ,not for a good bit that is, just too nice an good shape to allow this area I live in to ruin it.

I am in my 60's and have been to high end dealers and fly by night lots. I must say this experience was the best of both worlds. They have a great selection of older cars and newer cars. They are very honest and will treat you right. They move many cars and I bought one that had not been detailed yet but it is mechanically sound -low miles- looks great and a great price. I can vacuum it out myself no prob For the great car at a great price. If you know cars this is the place to buy a good used car. Thanks Isaac and Tony for the wonderful experience.
