Absolutely amazing experience! Came within 30 minutes after my call. Very professional and friendly on top of reasonable price.

Last night we had the unfortunate pleasure of using Seniour's Towing. And not only were they good, honest, and professional. But also pretty quick, and another point I found to be definitely important... Was their price, for the amount of miles the vehicle needed to be towed. The first place I called for a quote, was almost $500.00 Plus, they allowed me to ride along with taking the vehicle to the house. I believe my driver's name was Robert an he had to stop along the way to throw another tire on for another customer, which only took him a few minutes and we was back on the road. Based off my experience of last night, I've gotta say... Great company, with great employees. For sure will definitely use them if needed in the future. Thanks guys!

Let me tell you, if you need someone to tow your car or need anything, look no further than Seniour's Towing. Ken was the guy that they sent out and he was amazing. Was very kind, helpful, and just a really sweet guy. Let me know that my tire wasn't going to be able to be patched (I had a flat tire) and just offered to put my spare on for me! I went through AAA and it was at no cost! He could have just towed my truck to a car shop, let me pay to get it fixed or repaired but he didn't. He just relieved so much of my stress by being just a kind human being and being so helpful. We need more people like Ken around. Thank you Ken! You have no idea how much you made my day!!

My driver was a rockstar. He had a little bit of a challenge unloading my trailer but did amazing. This company has great customer service. I 100% recommend this company.

I ran off the road dodge deer and got stuck in a ditch at 4am. Seniors towing answered my call promptly, the driver was super nice, and was fast. In no time I was backrolling down the road. Pricing was good, service was excellent, will e recommending them and using them in future.

So kind and helpful!! I got a flat tire on 70 at Cloverdale. I have AAA, so I called them. AAA said they would be there in an hour, but called after 2 hours to say they weren’t coming and I was on my own. A tire shop gave me the number for Seniours towing. Seniours sent out a driver who was there in 15 minutes and got my tire changed and got me on the road to my doctor’s appointment. Such a bright spot in an awful day. Wonderful folks!!

Recommend by my insurance company and I received service from an older gentleman today who was so friendly and quick. His customer service and care was very refreshing during a somewhat stressful situation. The girl on the phone was also great and extremely helpful as my car was broke down in an odd location. She had great communication skills along with patience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone need some roadside assistance.

Tire suffered irreparable damage and I had no spare. This wrecker service arrived expeditiously and took me to a repair shop to get the tire replaced. Scott was the driver and was amazing to talk to, knowledgeable and helpful. Bill was not expensive given my circumstance, time of day, etc. Great service!

Call ahead of time, spoke to the woman in the office. Asked ahead of time if I could get a vehicle out, had cash in hand, and that my GPS says that I would arrive at 4:02, she was very rude and said they closed at 4pm. I asked if she could wave the $40 fee for being there an extra day and she said no. I arrived a few minutes before close and she had the doors locked and let her dogs out. VERY RUDE. Definitely would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. Disgusting how they treat people.

This was the best experience. Customer service is superior and RJ, the tow driver, was so nice and very professional. I put a business card in each of my cars. I totally recommend them. Thank you Seniour's Towing for saving the day!!

Great company! Called an they got to me right away at a great price! Didn't have to wait hours like some other companies. Highly recommend to anyone needing assistance.

I’ve got to give it to this company - service and kindness, ten stars. In a desperate situation, we called road side assistance which was terrible and took hours… but as soon as they got ahold of John he called and showed up, got us to safety and told us to call him again if we ran into issues in the morning. At 2am it was a nightmare of a day, and we were fortunate to meet good people along the way.

Recently had my car break down while I was traveling home to another state. These have to be the kindest people I have met ever. They were extremely supportive and understood my concerns. From the moment I called, until they dropped me off, the service was impeccable. I cannot express enough gratitude for these people. They made sure I was somewhere safe, and even checked in on me. I gave 5 stars, but only because I couldn't give more. 10 outta 10. Hands down. Thank you folks so much for helping me.

Charge me $120 to get my things out of the vehicle and $40 bucks a day when he had said 2 weeks before to the lady i bought it off of that he would only come get it if it was free. I bought it for $120 but told me that you wouldn't give her a penny for it but if it just needed to be given away you would take it then. Again charged me $120 to just get my own belongings outs.

There are only two services available in the Greencastle area. I think both are great options, but they responded sooner and helped me out first. You can pay over the phone like I did since I had gotten a ride back into town. It was nice not having to be at the location they were dropping it off at to finalize the situation. $90 felt like it was a little steep though.

Seniour's service was exceptional and the price was reasonable. I can't say enough good things about the company and staff. We broke down on a trip out of town and they turned a terrible situation into a stress free one. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

100 percent recommend this company. Me my wife and granddaughter were traveling home to NE Ohio from Arkansas when a semi blew a tire. I could not avoid and my tire had a huge hole. Once they were called they showed up within minutes. The driver *I wish I knew his name* believe he is the owner was super polite. He had my car up and ready in 10 minutes. Very polite, very personable. He went above and beyond what a normal towing service would do. He took a very scary situation for my wife and granddaughter and made it relaxed. He drove us to our hotel let us get our belongings out of the car. Took me to the tire shop and dropped me back off to the hotel. This is by far the best experience I have had with a towing service. Job well done. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you sir.

From the time I made the phone call requesting a tow to the time they were pulling up was less than 10 minutes. The driver (Ken) was not only professional but he was also very personable. He quickly made an assessment of the situation (broken ball joint caused me to almost lose my whole wheel) and removed the wheel and placed the remaining suspension on a sled, winching the truck onto his flatbed. Then, he hooked up our work trailer and towed us from Greencastle to Terre Haute, dropping the truck at the mechanic’s shop and taking the trailer to my shop. I Highly recommend this towing service.

The gentleman took a last minute towing service through my insurance at 8pm. Service was very fast, the guy was extremely polite, and he was also able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. Recommend 10 out of 10 times.

I was stranded at Cataract Lake...car wouldn't go into gear. Jon brought the truck out within 20 minutes and when he got there he took a look and was able to reconnect my linkage well enough for me to drive it home. We agreed on a small fee for his efforts. Real personable guy. I will call again.
