Picked up a dana 35 for my 99. The staff was amazing with help on identifying my axle and meticulous about prepping it for sale. Just got to installed and it is like a new Jeep again. Thanks guys

They did not send the same part that was in the picture that I purchased. See photo of backside of LED taillight. Part of it was cracked, and two wires were spliced for some some reason (not even a waterproof splice). I didn't contact them about a return, as I would have still been out the extra shipping costs and the hassle of shipping it back. To comment on their reply... The product I received is not the one in the photo on their website. I certainly would not have purchased that one if the crack and spliced wires were shown in the photo. They had more than one on their website and I looked through them and looked at every photo angle to find the one that appeared to be in the best condition. In addition, why would they even ship a part that is damaged/cracked, let alone sell one? It is true that I didn't contact them to give them a chance to "make it right" before writing my review. But they bubble wrapped a broken part and shipped it. Who does that? I'll leave it up to them to see if/how/when they make it right.

Wanting a hard top for my 2020 Jeep JL. Left a message on Labor day. Next morning I was contacted with pricing. By noon they had my soft top removed and installing the “new” MOPAR hardtop. They saved 1/3 the cost of going new plus same day service! Fantastic.

Ordered a part and was shipped the wrong part. Called and was quoted a higher price for the correct part. Returned the wrong part that they shipped and received less than the original cost. What a complete scam. Paid $46.80 with shipping and refunded $24.96. Charged a 20% restocking fee because THEY shipped the wrong part. Also it cost $8 to ship back so I lost even more money on this scam.

Absolutely recommend Baseline 4x4!! They have a wonderful response time and are very helpful with customers. The frame I received for my Jeep Wrangler was in great condition and as shown in the listing! If I ever need parts for a car again I will definitely come back and buy from them again.

I recently encountered an extremely unpleasant situation with an auto dealership that refused to pay for the carrier's services. It was astonishing! I didn't expect such a large organization to take its obligations so lightly. As a result, I found myself in a difficult financial situation. Communication with the company's managers was very challenging. When I asked them why they were unwilling to pay the agreed amount in the contract, one of the managers even threatened to call the police. In the end, I did not receive the proper payment: instead of the promised $725, they only paid $525. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone! Their attitude towards clients and partners leaves much to be desired. It seems that their main priority is their own profit, rather than fulfilling their obligations.

Very helpful quick shipping And I love that they don't doctor up their product with spray paint. What you see is what you get. If the need arises baseline 4x4 will be my first stop.

Baseline recyclers is an incredible business! They are so professional! You receive an actual sales receipt! They loaded this massive bumper into my car for me! And their prices are just too good to pass up! I purchased a Rugged Ridge XHD rear bumper and tire carrier for my Jeep JKU and I am more than pleased with it. Purchased it yesterday and put it on today!

These guys have it figured out, a modern Jeep recycling yard. I recently picked up a repairable 2019 JL, they had nearly all the parts I needed to fix it and they are in color. Premium grade A parts, I’m going to get away without painting them. Little details I noticed, some hardware was included, bagged and clearly labeled. The front door included a key for the lock cylinder. The extensive amount of pictures gives you assurance that what you bought is what is expected. Being a little over two hours away I was able to pickup my parts, friendly staff who even gave me a hand loading stuff up. I purchased top assembly, both right doors, hood and fender flares. I would highly recommend Baseline 4x4 for your Jeep parts. (Before and in process pics)

Baseline 4 x 4 is a great place. We drove down from Toronto. From the front desk with Amanda right on top of things for you to find also Brad. Kyle out in the yard with the forklift to load the rear clip. Chatting with John as well was great and very helpful. Totally hasslefree.

These folks know Jeeps and they know service…old school service! Best variety, quality and prices you’ll find anywhere. We drove up from out of state with a leaky soft top and left their shop with the perfect well sealed hardtop. They even installed the hardtop - within an hour - and charged us an extremely reasonable rate to do so. If you’re buying parts for your Jeep somewhere else, you should probably check here first!

Process made simple for purchase and pickup of jeep tub. Just as described. Fair price. Friendly people who run it. Easy to communicate with by phone or text. Was looking for a 2018-present manual transmission Jeep rubicon 4:1 gear ratio transfer case and baseline 4x4 did not disappoint. Great product in perfect working condition just as described, and great price. Very grateful for their professionalism and superior service.

What a place! If your looking for something new to you for that 2006 and newer Jeep wrangler this place has it all. Finally found my hard top for my 2006 went to pick it up and this place took care of me as if I were family. Made sure my top was secure and would make the trip home.
