Locked my keys in my running truck, was here within 20 minutes and had it unlocked within 10 after that. Will definitely be recommending and using in the future!

My car was almost impossible. It was midnight and he was there within five minutes and got my car unlocked within 10 minutes. Great service. in my car was a 2021 with an alarm that would go crazy but he still got it done very appreciated and grateful

I got locked out of my rental car after hours for a lot of company on a weekend and came across them, I called but they were busy and I didn’t reach back out by text like they said to but they reached out to me when they were free and got my car unlocked in I wanna say less then 30 minutes(granted I just realized I was not to far from them). I was shocked when they reached out to me and then shocked and impressed by how fast it was unlocked. Definitely giving them another call if I get locked out again!!
Called for help with flat tire and rim when the rudest employee answered the phone. Not only were they not helpful, but they were very condescending, talking to us like we were children. Sorry we didn’t know the proper terminology for a rim! Hoping to give you business but we gladly took our business somewhere else! Please train your employees better manners and customer service ??
**this is a tow truck company, right? But you also fix wheels on the side, yes? We called and someone answered. We didn’t know the correct term for a wheel or rim, and if you’re the only employee then you proceeded to correct us in a condescending tone..

Excellent service! Alternator went out on our 2012 Honda Pilot. Installed new alternator quickly the same day allowing us to make our trip back to the East Coast. Our Pilot ran perfectly the rest of the trip home.
Came out to change my tire at 3am, he was there in 10 minutes and done 15 minutes later. He was very polite and respectful as well. And the price was very fare, wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!
Called Met-Tech LLC in a panic because my car wouldn’t start. He took my keys to see if he could do some diagnostics before he towed it to the automotive shop. Luckily he found the battery was most likely dead. He jump it for me and that was the problem. Very professional and was quick to answer my phone call and quick to come to my aid. I will hope my car breaks down in Kendallville next time so he can come to my aid. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!! Thank you !!
Fantastic customer service. Stark was prompt in response, professional, and was able to provide crucial feedback that saved us from spending excess money for an unnecessary tow and service call. Definitely recommended for those unlucky enough to be stranded.

Excellent service! This gentleman came out within 30 minutes and was a big help in getting my car started…the starter was going out. He crawled beneath my vehicle and got it started by banging on the starter.
24 hours later after getting the starter replaced, it went out again and he was my assigned roadside assistance provider. Can’t thank him enough!
Locked my moms keys in her car with the car running. Called Met Tech and he said he would be there in 5 minutes. 4 minutes later he pulled up. Had the door open in a couple minutes. Amazing job and low price too! Will definitely use again if needed.
Lock myself out my truck call the other locksmiths in the area no body pick up called Met-Tech. He drove an hour to help me out 11 pm at night it was cold 32 degrees I am from Florida so you know this weather isn't my cup of tea. Easy like 1,2,3 and I was in my truck again very friendly and professional guy. I highly recommend him you won't be disappointed.
Highly recommend. I called to have my vehicle towed and Stark arrived and asked what the problem was. I explained what the car was doing and he offered to fix it. He towed my vehicle back to his shop and fixed the issues all in a timely fashion. He explained what he fixed in great detail. Very polite, professional, and great prices for services!
Met-tech owner helped me over the summer unlock my car, did not take long at all to show up, was very kind, and took his time paying close attention not to damage my car while working on it. Recently had another service (in a different town) do same job, very quick, left scratches on car and charged double. Definitely recommend met-tech.
My husband locked his key in his truck running this morning before work. Stark came out within 20 minutes, unlocked the truck and we are good to go. It was cheap , and easy. What a friendly nice person. My experience was amazing
