Horrific customer service.
They are just trying to make as much money off of you as possible.
Update: I found out that they held my vehicles illegally just because One of they guys wanted my truck and the Police didn't have a hold on it.
Thinking about suing them.
Do NOT take your bus, skoolie or conversion to this shop! Shoddy & unsafe work, not backed up by shop. Excessive "diagnostic" charges. Poor customer service. Will NEVER go back!
Towed in by Blands towing, sister company of Asher, due to no drive in transmission on 34’ motor home. Diagnostic on it was $298.00 to tell me it needed a transmission and it was 2 quarts low on fluid, and to reinstall drive shaft which they removed to tow. Estimate to fix was $5000.00 for a C6 transmission. Estimate to tow from there by Bland towing, which is upstairs, $3500.00 for 120 miles. I made other arrangements.
They have the tools and know-how to get you back on the road with confidence. Mike is an excellent communicator and excellent service manager. Not cheap but good.
WOW! These guys really give the industry a bad name. Can't believe they try and rip you off that bad. God only knows what there tow service will try and rip you off on either. Run fast and far from this company I would do the same for the tow company they have also Blands
Always helpful and very experienced. These guys were able to fix up my car quickly and get me back on the road. Their attention to detail and preparedness was wonderful when it came to my vehicle. They are always polite and willing to go the extra mile for me! I highly recommend them!
Stay away from these guys!! they are rip off's.. my truck stopped on i70 in inidana on mile marker 33 i told them my antifreeze hose broke they told me they will come in half an hour when the mechanic came he doesn't have the hose and didn't know how to take the hose off so i told him just to leave the antifreeze and he did he did not touch my engine and they change me 2.5 hours of labor and his boss said if i dont pay the $495.96 they will tow my truck. So they charged 495 for 6 gallons off coolant. I would recommend everyone to stay away from them i would understand and wouldn't mind to pay that amount if he did some mechanical work on it he didn't know how to lift a wrench
BEWARE OF THESE GUYS THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!! I Took my truck in with a bad O ring was told i would have to buy a new fuel pump $2300 because he couldnt just buy the O ring so i went with my gut feeling because i felt they was trying to rip me off and paid them $420 for just looking at it and took it to another shop it just so happens there is a kit anyone can buy for it the guys at the other shop fixed it for $256 and the truck is running great
