Ridiculous. Daughter’s car towed and she arrived to get it immediately. She tracked it and was headed to the place as it was being towed. Gets to there and is told she can’t get her car back until Monday.
Update: the company has reached out to me and are trying to be helpful in response to my concerns. I appreciate the efforts
Bought a car an hour and a half away and called Blands and had me a flatbed there in record time. Devin was easily one the nicest guys I’ve met. Took great care of the car and overall nice to talk to. Highly recommend Blands.
Brian came out on a weekday and was very prompt. He was patient and polite as he tested the battery on my car. He took care at prying the battery cover open as the plastic screws could've easily broken. He was professional and quick at assessing the battery's health. Brian helped me get the car started and rescued my day! If you're in a bind, I'd recommend giving them a call.
I got stuck in my semi not once but twice. Kyle came to save the day. In bitter cold and horrible snow he had an awesome attitude about everything. Kyle, you the man. Thanks again.

I understand business is business. However, charging $350 to get someone who slid off the road back on the road is a clear display of your character. Took maybe 15 minutes. And the rudeness when I called to inquire was a further display. Sorry that your business must be hurting so bad that you have to rip people off during a snow emergency when they were simply trying to get to the disaster relief center they work at. I would say you should be ashamed, but given my previous phone call, you’re not.
Brian came out to put the spare on my fiancés car. He was so kind and friendly despite how cold and windy it was and got the work done quickly. If we need these types of services again, we hope Brian is the person who gets our call.

My car stopped working while I was driving and my tow truck driver Brian arrived quickly. He was friendly and understanding and made quick work of the towing. The driver was also willing to take the car to a shop for me and give the mechanic my keys and my name. Great service!
Brian was super friendly and an all-around awesome guy. I wasn't just a customer to him, he was genuinely interested in my vehicle and troubleshooting. He was willing to work on it right there if need be. But I really like it when people treat you like a fellow human. He made me laugh several times and made a stressful situation seem lighter. Been dealing with a lot and this interaction made my day. Brain came out through a AAA referral and got my poor car to my mechanic safely. I wish Brian could always be my tow guy!
I commute from Greenwood to Bloomington daily. On my way down, my low tire pressure light came on. Of course my personal pump was in my husband’s car, and I’m 8 months pregnant, so getting down to do it myself isn’t much of an option anyways. Through AAA, Brian from Bland’s came to the rescue to make sure I got home safely at the end of my work day. He discovered which tire, was low, aired it up, and was kind and very personable. I’ve had too many flat tires, and not worrying about risking it on my way home was such a relief. Thanks so much, Brian!
We have always used Blands. Comes with our AAA. Would use them anyway. Always nice, courteous and efficient. Brian Curl who towed my car today checked my battery and starter before towing to make sure what was wrong. He has towed for us before and is always nice and respectful. Bland's Wrecker Service was a AAA referral. We needed our car battery jumped in a restaurant parking lot. Their ETA was accurate, and once Brian arrived, he had us on our way in minutes. We appreciated Brian's good humor.
Brian the service guy was awesome. My truck is a custom lifted full size and I had concerns about towing. He took the time to walk me through the process and got me to where I needed to be. Very professional!
Brandon was so sweet! My car broke down and I had to tow it to my dad’s house. Brandon showed up to tow my SUV and tried to help me diagnose the issue and gave me some suggestions. I told him what was going on and what we’ve already tried/replaced and he listened and didn’t treat me like I’m just some dumb female who doesn’t know anything about cars. Then suggested something I hadn’t even thought of. Super respectful and kind guy. We had some small talk while he was rigging it up and then he was on his way to my drop location. Fast and efficient. 10/10 recommend !
We highly recommend using them! We unfortunately had to use them twice over the course of 10 days due to car issues. The first time my son set it up and the second I did myself. Both times they were fantastic! The dispatcher was kind and knowledgeable. When the driver called to confirm location he was just as kind. They definitely made a bad situation better!

I ran out of gas on the interstate not realizing how far and few they become on 69 the first responder brought a gallon but it wasn’t enough . He contacted a co worker who tows and he was able to tow me a mile up the road and get me settled . Both gentlemen made it to me in half of the time stated on the ETA and I’m deeply appreciative of It.
I’ve never ran out of gas before . I under estimated how the extreme weather conditions can easily alter fuel efficiency. It should go without saying but someone might be just as spacey as I was so keep that car fueled up and stay warm! Thank you all again !
I really thank Bland's wrecker service for coming and pulling me out when I needed it today, sliding off the road into the snow WAS NOT fun! And luckily they had other calls out this way, but they said I'd take about an hour to get a wrecker out to to me, and probably wasn't more than Half-hour. They where good, speedy, and Rea$onably priced, than other companies. Definitely would call them again if I need be. May all there drivers stay warm and Safe out there.
Bland's Wrecker service is top notch! I had a large crane truck towed and Rocky showed up and presented himself and the company at the highest level! Rocky was extremely knowledgeable about how to do his job and didn't skip a beat hooking up and getting on the road. Literally he didn't even have to think about what he was doing he knew how to do it so well. It was such a smooth process! The staff is extremely polite and helpful! I highly recommend Bland's Wrecker Service.
