**Pendleton Pike location: Some of the staff was nice, but there was a man there who screamed at my 73 year-old mother and had her in tears because she got lost looking for where to go. People like that have no business working with the public. Shame on them.
My car was towed by this company after I was rear ended, and taken to their lot at their location in Lawrence. I am so thankful I do not have to deal with them on a regular basis. The staff is beyond rude, and acts like you're the scum of the earth - very unprofessional, and rude, almost to the point of hostility. I'm sure they deal with all kinds of individuals who might give them a reason to have an attitude, but there are so many more reasons to at least attempt to act with some professionalism.
After a week of trying to deal with insurance to get the car taken care of, the towing company decided to move the vehicle to another one of their lots with no notice or notification. The only explanation given is that 'they are a police impound and don't have to tell you anything'.
If you have a choice in towing company to get your vehicle after an accident, use anyone but this one.
DO NOT GO TO ZORE'S TOWING SERVICES-THEY SUCK !!!
Unprofessional, unorganized, disrespectful staff, poor customer service, miscommunication and outdated computer system. They have vandalized and towed the wrong vehicles I looked up the court cases myself. Outstanding wait times at their tow truck garage facility waiting for staff to get back into the office. They will refuse to give you the manager's name to contact them regarding your concerns. They will constantly lie and say that the manager is in a meeting. It is better to get towing and lock out starter drunk service with your insurance policy it is cheaper and you will get a better customer service.
I wouldn’t give a star at all but Google is making me. This company has a scam going on with Walmart where they wait until the store closes and then send their drivers out in the middle of the night to hook up to truck drivers who are sound asleep after driving 10 hours. They pound on the truck door demanding $350 to release them. Forcing the semi driver to violate their mandated rest break to find somewhere else to park in the middle of the night. This company raked in $2,100 in one night at Walmart parking lot at 1965 N. State St., Greenfield, IN. No signs posted that trucks weren’t allowed to park there. Six trucks in total with the drivers awakened at 2 a.m. having to pay this money. Scam!!!
I called to have my car towed to a nearby service center- extremely rude on the phone. Horrible customer service. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend. Only giving it a one because they answered the phone.
Zore's was fast and efficient in helping my sister when she was stranded on the east side of Indianapolis early this morning. When no other "24 hour" towing service answered her call! Arrived in less than 30 minutes. The receptionist was courteous and the driver was kind and towed the vehicle without damage. Thank you Zore's for getting her out of the intersection safely!!!
We went to where the lady on the phone told us the vehicle was. We got there just to be told by the same lady, that it was at kitleys site. Gas is too high to be lied to

This company (if that's even possible to call this place a company) takes advantage of low income families. They take vehicles from places its illegal to tow from. There has been law suits filed against them for that very sad reason.
I was in a car accident my car was towed by Zores 1 block over from the accident I was told I had 3 days to get the car or a lien would be put on the car and it would be scrapped. Not knowing what to do I went to them to get my things out the car I was told unless I signed over the title or pay for the car I couldn't get my things out. When I signed over the title I asked if the car would still be there for the insurance company to come look at I was told yes it would be. Not even a week later they had scrapped the car before the insurance company could look at the car so now I'm not entitled to the full amount that my car was worth. I see from previous reviews this is common for this company a bunch of crooks. Then I received a letter stating I had 30 days not 3 before a lien would be on the car.
Like any McDonald's they are busy, but the customer service is great, the area clean food hot. I enjoyed eating there.

Horrible customer service, and the office staff is rude. They don’t try to work with you at all. All they care about is making money off your car with outrageous storage fees. If it’s a newer car, they’ll take it to their body shop to fix and re-sell which is why they won’t make it easy for you to get it back. If you want more specific details, read below. I won’t be using or recommending this company to anyone.
I had an accident that wasn’t my fault and then had issues for weeks with getting my police report. My car had been towed to Zores. My cars disposal date was 9.26. I called and asked if I could have one more week to get that all figured out for a fee, and they refused to work with me saying they can’t change disposal dates and needed the space for other cars. At that point I had to shell out $2400 to get it (insurance was waiting on police report to accept fault, and wouldn’t pay this). I drove over Saturday 9.25, and no one was in the office. I called the number and the lady says she’ll send someone up. It took 20 minutes of waiting! Guy finally comes out and I noticed half the yard was empty. But they said they needed to dispose of my car immediately for space. Shady company
We don't know yet because we weren't able to see the car ask again later but from the first time we went and the woman saying they would be there 24 hours and we go and then they're not and then the tow truck driver that was waiting said he waited an hour and a half for somebody to come to let him in so he left so yeah until we find out how they're actually going to be and if anything was taken from the car
I live in an apartment complex where we have stickers for parking....people park wherever and however you call to complain and no one ever comes and nothing is ever done..i tell my manager that it's a waste of money and effort when they don't do their part.
We were stalled in the turn lane of a busy intersection. I called a company who was honest stating they could not get to us quickly and advised us to try someone else . When I called Zore’s they said they would be there in 45 mins to 1 hour. After 2.5 hours I called back and they said we were next. After almost 4 hours, I called back and they had still not sent anyone out. At that point I center my frustration and canceled to begin to call another company. The woman on the phone never apologized and just acted like it wasn’t her problem. Terrible service, I will never use this company again.
This place is in a pretty convenient spot for the area, but that being said, the prices are rediculous. They've always been more expensive and overpriced! They're basically price gouging bc of their convenient location right in the middle of an area that is made up of mostly very low income & poor families that already have to find a way to barely scrape by... they should be ashamed for taking advantage of their customers!!!
I would not recommend Zore's towing to anyone because they're always stealing cars. They towed my both of my cars from my apartment complex one week after another. They were rude and unhelpful in every way. They didn't give a refund.
They tow your car and then have no one at the office when you get there to pick it up, all while charging fees if you "leave" your car there past midnight.
This company towed 2 of my cars from my complex even though they were properly tagged. It took them several hours to get them back to me causing me and my spouse both to lose money from work. Although Amy there was very helpful they only reimbursed us half of our loss.
