Ray Barnes, the owner, is one of the most honest and straight forward men I have ever done business with. Real nice guy.
He towed my vehicle from the site of a crash, and during the few months my car sat at his yard, Mr. Barnes was very good about calling and keeping me in the loop. Plus, Mr. Barnes was very kind and patient with me— he spent a good deal of his donated time explaining legal terms and helping me understand the car crash process.
If you have a choice of who to call for a tow— call Barnes!
Tried to rip me off. Telling me I need the keys so they can tow it. And if I didn’t have my keys it’s an extra fee. I know that’s not the case when towing companies tow cars that are parked in no parking lanes. I’m sure those people don’t willingly give their keys to the tow companies. What a joke!
A LaPorte City police officer had my car towed for supposed no insurance and this guy instantly jacked the prices up 500% and became a jerk to back them up. Made the cost so outrages so one couldn't get his car back.
Called at around 4:50 PM for a tow and he said he already put everything up but he would be out for the tow in a few minutes, very fast and polite. Cheaper than the other local guys I would recommend for anyone needing a tow service try this guy first.
