This is by far the best tow company I have ever done business with. A true lifesaver. I was stuck on the highway after catching a flat. The tow company provided by my insurance company cancelled after I waited 3 hours. I googled Quicks and Colin arrived in less than 30 mins. He replaced my tire within 5 mins. From the first phone call, Zach was courteous and gave all of the information on the price and availability to have a 20 foot container hauled to my lot. The driver was fantastic and placed the unit exactly where I asked. This towing company is the best I’ve experienced in the area and even in several other states when I needed a job done. I will recommend Quick’s every time I can!
I don’t usually write reviews, but Quick Tow definitely deserves my time. Yesterday, my husband, our 7-year-old daughter, and I were on our way back home to Minnesota from Ohio when our car broke down on I-80 West. We started to panic since Google only showed mechanics about 50 miles away from us.
By God's grace, we found Quick Tow, and they came to our rescue immediately. From that moment, we experienced exceptional service. They recommended a place for us to stay overnight and even went above and beyond by giving us a ride to the hotel. The next day, they replaced our alternator and even picked us up from our hotel to take us to their shop.

My niece's tire went flat and I went out to change it however wound up with a stripped lug. Adam did his magic and was able to get the lug nut off however the spare tire didn't fit. Adam but the old tire back on and took it to a tire shop Adam above and beyond for us not to mention it's like -5° out.
Just had a blow out on my birthday. They were definitely quick. He said he'd be to me in 40minutes and he came in 28minutes. Expensive but worth it and safe
Called for a tow and got an estimate. The driver said it would've been more because of the situation but still charged me what was quoted. Great company and very friendly staff. Will use Quick's from now on.
HEROES!!!! Jerry came out and was underneath our large RV sawing a heavy metal bar on I94. The quick response is no joke, they were there within 30 minutes. This job is definitely dangerous, and we can’t express how appreciative we are. Great job!!
They were pretty fast and really helpful. It got home safely and he even gave me some advice on battery and getting my alternator tested somewhere to see where the issues is!!
Had a great experience using quicks towing the operator Dallas that came to pick me and my car up treated my car just as I would and took his time getting it up on the flatbed I would reccomend this businesses with anyone in need of a tow!
I called a few different companies in South Bend because my cousins truck died exactly at New Praire Small Animal Clinic and everyone who answered said they couldn't come right away, until I decided to call Quick's towing! Literally the gentleman came probably within 15 minutes and dropped it off at my house! I really liked that he explained that they are a 24 hour service and because we have a roofing company, he also explained that they can easily haul our work trailer home or pick up my husband and his crew if heaven forbid they get stranded. Imagine that? They even said they travel out of state! Needless to say, I will recommend this company to all of my friends and family, they may not be cheap but honestly I care about customer service and promptness more than anything.

Quick and Excellent service! Had a flat tire, called and Dallas was out faster than time quoted on the phone. Fixed tire quickly and then helped additionally with a battery issue! 10/10 recommend!
Had a blowout just north of Laporte. Fortunately I called Quick's first. They had someone out, the tire changed, and me on my way in 45 minutes or less from my call. Appreciate Dallas for making a stressful situation as smooth as possible.
I was driving from Chicago to Michigan when an apocalyptic snow storm began. When I pulled off the expressway to head to a hotel, I became stuck in a driveway.
Dispatch was friendly and put me in contact with Dallas who reached out to confirm my location. Within 10 minutes, Dallas was there, loaded up my car, and got me to the hotel! Terrible weather and circumstances, but Great person and company. Thank you guys so much for making a bad situation better!
From my initial phone call through getting dropped off every bit of the experience was top notch. On the phone Will was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, once he arrived for the tow he only continued to exceed my expectations. The circumstances that caused me to have to reach out for help were unfortunate but this company absolutely made me have the best experience possible for the situation. The truck was exceptionally clean and a first class ride in my opinion. Will definitely recommend this company. Glad to see they hire such nice down to earth people too!!
This place was amazing. I ended up with a flat on the way back from Michigan. We called a few other places and they were straight up rude and didnt want to be bothered with business I guess??
I believe the man's name was Dallas who helped us. He was on a call to get someone else and we called back a few times to confirm some things and every time was very helpful. He brought my keys to the house and we did payment. Very nice guy!! Would definitely use this service again if we needed to!
We were stranded in our RV at a travel plaza on the Indiana tollway with a tire losing air due to a failed valve stem. Even though it was Sunday evening, Quick's answered the phone, told us how to safely get to their shop, and quickly removed the tire and replaced the valve stem. Thanks to their service, we made it safely home that evening. Zach was extremely professional and helpful, we are very grateful for his assistance.
