They charged me 250 for less than 2 miles on there tow truck then up charged me when I went to pick my car up then the wiped my car clean from all my codes for the mechanic these guys are the biggest scamers
After waiting 30 min and letting them know I was waiting for my tow truck to come they wait until the tow truck gets there to say it’s at another lot costing me more money… I literally could have had them meet me there. Inconvenience
Did what they were supposed to , but got no help at all where to bring my broken car. Difficult driver couple that offered no suggestions to me at all. After driving around in circles the dispatcher called to stop the tow. Then finally the driver suggests a repair shop. Very difficult for someone not from their area. Come on guys....

Found on google today. 6/29/2024 10:41pm Needed a tow. The lady who answered was not the friendliest and quick to say she didn’t have anyone available. I asked how about 6am she quickly and rudely stated you can call back after 8am. I thought this was 24 hour service. Thanks anyway..
RONNIE IS THE BEST TOW TRUCK DRIVER EVER! He was very quick and super nice. I have always used Berts for all my towing needs and they always deliver! they have the cheapest rates and by far the quickest pickup times. Alma is also a sweetheart and will move mountains to get your car picked up! love these people!!

Excellent service! Great experience. They responded very promptly to my son's breakdown (steering system broke while driving resulting in driver tire nearly coming off). Blake came to our rescue and provided phenomenal service. He took extra care to try to not further damage my sons car despite how challenging it was to load and unload it in the condition it was in. Most other tow truck drivers would not have taken this level of care and the result would've been a damaged bumper, fender and more. Very pleased with the service provided. Highly recommend.
I was calling everywhere around @2am for a spare tire change, not having proper equipment. No other company really answered or just couldn’t do the job because they don’t offer the service. My own insurance wait time was 1-2 hours. Bert’s Towing came within 15 min. Literally. This company — from dispatcher Alma to driver himself.. wish I got his name.. huge thank you to your team. Very communicative, Professional and in timely manor, you’d want to save this number!

Berts towing is a great company. Bret and his team are very professional and get the job done the first time. I must say that of my 30 years on the road companies like this just do not exist anymore. From the beginning I knew that I had no reason to worry about my truck being damaged or mishandled at any time. Their prices are not going to break you and I would say very fair. They have a secure lot to store you vehicle if needed and the ladies in the office made you feel like family. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your towing and recovery needs. Thank you guys for getting me off of the side of the road and repaired.

Everyone was really friendly and they came really fast I had their service three times one guy was picking it up to go to the mechanic so I didn't get his name but the first guy I had I believe was named Mike and the third guy I had was named Chris they were both great when above and beyond
The Dispatcher I forgot her name but she was so understanding I had just gone through a horrific experience and she helped me with my car a pushed me up to front tow and I really really appreciate not having to worry about that. On our way to our weekend getaway to Michigan, our tire blew out on the highway. We called at least 4 companies for roadside and Berts was the one to answer. Lady who answered the call was super nice and accommodating for such a crummy situation. They dispatched a vehicle within about 15 minutes and took us to a tire shop just before they closed. Amazing service, super affordable pricing highly recommend. Appreciate these guys saving our weekend.
I could not recommend Bert's Towing services enough, especially my driver Ronnie. Some might say he is just doing his job, but tonight he was my savior. First, their dispatcher was extremely helpful and quick to get someone on the job for me. Stranded on a busy section of the interstate Ronnie arrived punctually (I was quite surprised at the speed) and cheerful. He quickly maneuvered myself and vehicle out of harms way, literally went the extra mile to ensure I was well taken care of, all while maintaining pleasant conversation. While an accident or tow can be quite the stressful situation, Ronnie is there to keep your safe, secure, and help ease the stress. Thanks Ronnie and Bert's Towing!
Ben was super helpful, kind, and very professional when my daughter and I were in an accident, from out of town, and needed a ride to a hotel. He went over and above and even helped us unpack our bags at the hotel!! Great company ethics and would absolutely recommend them without a doubt! Everyone was great to work with!
My car suddenly broke down, blocking traffic. Hosea, the driver from Bert's arrived quickly, carefully loaded my car on the flatbed truck and took me to the dealer. He waited while I unloaded my groceries from the trunk and checked in with the service department, then kindly drove the short distance to my home and dropped me off with my groceries. Great service!!!
My truck broke down and I was Stranded in Harvey Illinois. I didn’t know how much it would cost to get all the way to Schererville In. Bert’s gave me a very reasonable rate and Jose was awesome! It was a stressful situation and Jose made it less stressful. He is very professional and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable.

Bert's Towing is hands down the absolute best ever! My family broke down on rt. 80 at 1am with an unusual setup. We had a 6 door truck, pulling a full 16' trailer across the country. They did an exceptional job of getting all of us safely off the highway, to a hotel, got our truck and trailer to a safe place, then continued to help us out by driving my husband to the rental car location because we were stranded at the hotel. Every employee that we had the pleasure of meeting was so willing to go above and beyond to help, and genuinely had our safety and best interests at heart! If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would! Can't find a better example of an honest to goodness excellent, professional, knowledgeable business that has helping their customers at the heart of everything they do...and to top it off, it's also affordable! I can't say enough good things about Bert's Towing! Thank you all so much! You made our crazy ordeal so much more bearable!!! Thank you all again, for everything!
Always professional! I have use Bert's many time and they are courteous over the phone and prompt. I can't remember the young drivers name, facial hair, glasses but he has been dispatched to me serveral times. Great guy!
