Unfortunately they do not carry parts for a 1979 jeep cj. Everything has to be ordered.

I stopped in because my taillights on my trailer were busted. I have no idea how to fix these things. I walked in, explained my issue and Jesse immediately came outside, looked at the issue and was able to identify what was needed and showed me how to fix the broken one so that I learned and could replace the other taillight when I inevitably break it. I appreciate the patience, knowledge and help that Jesse and this store provided.

Poor customer service, they try convincing me to spend more money on a part I didn’t need or want and gave me back the exact same bad part that I took in and put it into a different package from the exact same new part to trick me into thinking it was another part that was swapped out under warranty, I made a long drive to this location from Gautier and I don’t respect how they did me and it was a total waste of my gas and time… I don’t recommend anyone going to this location at all!!!!

So far so good during my visits here. Always greeted at the door with a good "welcome". We do see repeat customers at the counter with the tenured staff, but this is a good sign in my opinion. It tells me that other people trust the input and experience of the staff here. So we don't mind waiting a little longer to be attended to and I could see how other first-time visitors get frustrated if they are in a bit of a hurry, 😅. Our perspective is, that finding good help is hard, finding good help that cares about your needs and is willing to take the time to assist you in determining the right path and not overspending on parts one doesn't need is that much harder.

I went in last week for head light bulbs and the salesperson/tech could have tried to sell me the most expensive ones but was honest and did not. I didn't catch his name but kept the receipt and it seems his name is Pete. Truthfully I have never had a bad experience at the Hanover O'Reilly's or any other that I can recall. They take the time to explain something if you're not exactly sure on what to do.

Best pizza and cheapest cigarettes' in town. Could believe it when i found out that they also deliver. Kind of a one stop shop even for car parts. A+

There are like 2 guys that are helpful everyone else I've dealt with have attitudes like you ask a question and it bothers them or they see you waiting in line and guy wants to carry on his conversation with the other worker and ignore you. My experiences are not good with OReillys

Upsetting.i couldn't get 1 of the employees to help me out. I bought headlights and needed them inserted. They said no, no miss, we can't, nope, not allowed. I wonder if they just don't want to? What happened to valued customer service, & Shively?

Terry, just a guy working there take your time go to AutoZone and Lowell much more knowledgeable and helpful they do make you sit in line and wait 10 minutes while he looks up a product they may not even carry as Terry says can wait not knowing that I'm in a family emergency trying to fix a family member's car so we can get someone to a hospital obviously he wants to look like the hero of the day go to AutoZone always plenty of help they don't make you wait, I actually think he worked at AutoZone in Schererville wonder ?

I like actually having a decent auto parts store in Cedar Lake again. I grew up around here and we used to have multiple. Prices are the same as the other chains pretty much and the staff is helpful.

One of the best oreillys i have been to. Staff is great but selection lacks, only downside. Order ahead and you are good to go.

Store has your average aftermarket auto parts with comparable prices to comparable stores. The stores are clean. My only issue is that I went to 2 different stores on the same day after searching online and confirming that the parts were in stock to find out they did not have the parts in stock. Call to confirm next time.

Would not take business back to this establishment. Management lacks integrity and its glaringly apparent. Store manager is a snake and with the way that he operates behind the scenes this business deserves to fail. If you heard the story, you wouldn't revisit this store. Just plain ignorant on all fronts and ignorance is what's wrong with our current world. Why continue to enable that?

Aaron is absolutely amazing! Best customer service! I am 5 hours away from home and the auto shops are closed and he helped me in the cold rain. He is a Genuine good guy!

I was on the way to family's for Thanksgiving and my car decided to break down 3 hours into my 8 hour trip in the middle of nowhere. I was frantic and everyone was so calm and helpful. I was able to get back on the road thanks to Aaron and get to my family. Without them i would have been stranded.

Staff was very helpful, went the extra mile just to see if they had a deep well socket for my rims. Took 2 trips outside just to test all of the sockets in stock. It's good to see helpful customer service reps in the day in age where being rude is commonplace. Covid protocols were observed. I will be definitely shopping at this store again. Thanks for all your help!

Went to O’Reilly for a replacement headlight bulb. It was 10/18 around 5:30pm. The gentleman who helped me was so patient and awesome! He replaced my bulb for me which was extremely difficult. Even Jiffy Lube wouldn’t do it. All of my auto parts will be purchased at this store. Amazing customer service. Thank you very much!!!!!

The store is nice, but the guys that work there never seem to be able to answer your questions & also act like it is a problem, just to take care of you. I now drive 15 minutes out of my way, to go to a different auto store. :(

Aaron treated me poorly while trying to buy parts for my van. I got attitude through the whole experience and afterword i called lowell orielly and they have the same belt size and brand for 10$ cheaper so did he rip me off? Maybe. I'll never do business with Aaron from cedarlake oriellys again.

I went into this particular store about two weeks ago with my brother and we traded in a faulty part that had a warranty. The store associate named Aaron told my brother what he needs to do with his car so he asked him to just do his job. So this guy chased my brother and me out of the store. Then my father goes into the store today and the same associate is getting an attitude with my father. I will be going in to talk with the store owner about this and I do not recommend this parts store to anyone who is looking for quality service especially with the store associate, Aaron.

your worker at cedarlake indiana aaron(possibly a manager) was extremely rude to me about my vehicle and when i kindly asked him to do his job instead of belittling me and my car he threatened to ban me from the store at which point ill admit i became slightly upset and told the whole store about a couple of instances in the past were this particular store has gotten me wrong parts and cost me time. he threaten to ban me from the store and was rude to me and my sister practically forcing us put of the store after weve been working on my car in -5 degree weather. he told us never to come BACK which wont be a problem as long as he is still working there cedarlake orielly is no longer a store im willing to do buissness with i love everyone at lowell and crownpoint orielly. it got to the point were aaron followed me putside pursueing a fight with me and o was going to give him one i started walking towards him yelling and he backed off and went inside after a balding older looking man came out and told him he was going to get in trouble. he needs to be reprimanded and i want an apology. if not i will be making several posts on every soical media account and review site you guys have explaining what has happened and i have a witness my sister who saw it all. i will be calling corporate and sending messages/leaving comments under anything i can find about this until i get a reply thank you

Called to order parts staff had everything waiting on me. Did my brakes on a new used truck so assumed bleeder would be rust turned out ok. Friendly staff helped carry everything back (im disabled) refund was easy (unopened package) fast back on debut card. Hopefully this helps others as they search for parts.
