Would give them 0 stars if it was an option. Had work done a year ago that required multiple returns due to horrible quality control. Inside of vehicle was filthy, new trim pieces that were damaged that they had to replace again, bumper scraped up that they ended up replacing, left tape and masking material in the bed of the truck, gas filler neck issues, new paint chips from mishandling tailgate. At the end of the day there were still paint imperfections.
Typical corporate chain type place, rush them in and out and half ass it just enough to get away with it.
had to bring in my vehicle due to damages from another party. tom and ed’s and their partnered enterprise took very good care of me. due to my age and not being able to rent a car but it being necessary they really made it as hassle free as possible. as well as some other things that came up. alex from tom and ed’s really went to bat for me and took care of everything letting it be possible for me to get everything fixed. 10000% reccomend!
A while back I went here for information on my car. I was so impressed by their knowledge as well as honesty. Bambi decided to run into the front of my bf truck causing close to 8 thousand dollars worth of damage. Daily he received a text message updating the progress. The inside of the truck was cleaned spotless ( who does that?) The truck was picked up today. Great Job !
They were awesome! Completed repairs to my car in only a week and completed the repairs earlier than the estimated date of completion! They were super friendly and professional and kept me updated each day as to where the repairs were with my vehicle! Additionally, they went above and beyond in detail with my vehicle and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the interior was clean and wiped down and in addition to the excellent repair work that was done! Will return in the future if needed and will recommend to others!
We have had to have our car towed twice in the past week and each time they have been absolutely amazing. Great service, friendly and extremely helpful!
I was an ASE certified car tech and one thing I never did, was touch a customer's mirrors. I'd just move my head around and I always tried to adjust only the distance of the seat. Never played with the back rest and I always tried to put it back.
Expect a ridiculous amount of cockpit adjustments with 0 effort to try and at least get it close, when you come to pick up your vehicle.
Like most modern shops, this one is also afraid of rust work. That usually means the shop has no skilled craftsman and tries to implement a cookie cutter process for repairs, cheap.
They don't hand out those little thumb drives that documented the repair anymore but, what really pissed me off was seeing that my cargo net from the trunk, was left on my passenger side, front floorboard. There were bolts and retaining clips left on my rear driver's seat (see photos). When I reinstalled my cargo net, I found the driver's side tail light assembly was loose.
As a retired ASE master, I would never have treated a customer's car or property, with such disrespect
I won't be back. State Farm can go ahead and pay the shop of my choice if anymore if their clients aim for my car.
My husband was in an accident and a witness referred us here and everyone we worked with was amazing. They provided a predictable outcome to a very unpredictable event. Highly recommend.
Absolutely an amazing experience. These people are so nice and took care of my wife and I promptly and respectfully. We were hard-pressed because I got into an accident and needed things to move along rather quickly so I can get to work when I have to be in the office in downtown Chicago. In addition, I came 15 minutes to closing time and they invited us to sit in the AC and submit an insurance claim in the moment so they can get our car in their queue. We simultaneously went to the enterprise (in the same building) and got our car rental THAT SAME DAY! Mind you all of this is happening after work hours by now.
I got my car a week ahead of when they initially projected it to be ready and the quality of the work is flawless.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We took our Volkswagen Tiguan here at the recommendation of our insurance company. So far they have been efficient and appear to be good at customer service. They were number two on State Farms in network shops near us but are much closer to us so we picked them. The promised completion date is much quicker than we expected.
Had an appointment for an estimate after telling secretary I wasn't sure whether I would be turning it into my insurance or self pay, guy checking out damage acted like it was a bother from the beginning, then looked at it and said that he couldn't do an estimate until my insurance was contacted. Total Waste of My Time!
Tom and Ed's did an awesome job on my Palisade. It was repaired on schedule. They also cleaned it up soo nice inside and out. Very friendly staff. I also like getting my rental car right next door from Enterprise. I'm very Pleased with everything thing! 😊

Sad to say, anytime I have called this business for clients of mine ~ the gentlemen that I have talked to are always so rude and act as if I am bothering them. After my last call, I've decided it's time to deal with a new company.
Everything here seems great except for the actual bodywork itself. The car I brought in is 2019 and low miles. Took my car in for a minor fender bender and unfortunately for Tom & Ed’s I have a better eye for things then the average person. It seems like when they took the hood off they scratched the corners of the pillars and just put touch up paint where they scratched it. There’s also still a minor mark on the bumper it looks like something came up from underneath and almost put a hole in the bumper weather it was from the accident or Tom & Ed’s I don’t know but what I do know is that it wasn’t there before. Talked to them about it and it basically doesn’t seem like they care. Will not recommend based on the work
These guys are fantastic! I hit a deer about three weeks ago and the front end of my car was destroyed I took it to Tom and Ed's and they did everything they could to help when it was time to come and get the car it was back to 100% everything lined up and is straight highly recommended and they deserve a 5 star thanks guys you hard detailed work is highly appreciated!
Excellent service, very fast, sms updates so I was informed every couple days off their progress. They ended up finishing two days earlier than estimated

The customer service is fantastic here. They provided an estimate to do the work and then found the damage to be a little bit more extensive than initially thought. Rather than jacking up the price, they did what needed to be done for the estimated price. The manager, John, said they'll do the right thing and fix it right and treat me how they would want to be treated. That is how you create repeat customers! The quality of the work was spot on as well. I had a difficult color match and the work was imperceptible. A great experience.
Unfortunately I had to edit my review. To be clear, the decreased review has more to do with the service I received (explained below) rather than what is outlined above. The original work that was done was for rust repair, and I understand that such work isn't warrantied. However, after only a few months the rust started bubbling back through. I went in to the location to ask about getting it fixed by having the metal cut out and the proper repairs made. After speaking to an individual on a Friday (who assured me that they would call me on Monday with an estimate), I never heard from them again. I went to another Auto Body place who performed the metal replacement and more for a little more money than what I was charged originally. It's unfortunate that the lack of response soured my view.
