Nice store nice price,helpful staff

Went out of their way to help us when our car was messing up. Quickly tested the battery, and alternator and got it running. Helped us a lot when it was 90° and my grandson was in the car.

Great store, fast friendly service. Good selection. Always finds the parts I need.

We experienced a major issue with our diesel truck on the journey home to Virginia. Of course it was late on a Sunday, so repair shops were not an option. Husband is a good mechanic himself and diagnosed the problem. The guys at O'Reillys were great helping him with getting parts, tools, and lending him a step ladder to change fuel filters. They also let him clean up his hands etc. Very helpful and professional. Thanks.

Always a good enviroment wen you walk in, staff normally dont have any problems helping you fix yours.

I purchased a 3 year free replacement battery. The first one lasted 9 months so I returned it. They argued but replaced it. This one lasted 8 months, I just returned it again and was told I could purchase another one but they had already warranted it. I will go out of my way to tell everyone to not use this auto parts store. This is a manufactures warranty, they are just lazy!

O'Reilly's is a old school auto parts experience. But with todays speed of getting a part ordered in.

Order, pick up, and pay. Decent quality of parts. A little more pricey than other Auto parts stores.

Best service I've ever gotten in there...had everything I needed to do a tune up... She even did a free reading and explained it to me.. I'm not good with that machine.. Even though I had several different error readings she told me to try a tune up first some of the errors could be because of my spark plugs missing.. Saved me time and money.. Thanks

As always very good visit to the part store, this was my first visit to this location the employee at the counter was helpful and patient ?

I stop in there for parts and supplies for my mechanic projects. They have a good selection of items at good prices, and the counter guys are very helpful.

We were on the way to a show when our altinator went out! And it had drained the battery. We made it to the O'Reilly and they checked everything out. The assistant manager Zac was so nice and took very good care of us. Thank you Zac for taking care of us and getting us back on the road! You were perfect!!

A lot of times they have the better price, add them to your list when shopping around.

They are open more hours than most auto stores, and have friendly service.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and if I'm not sure I ask questions and they help me find the answer. and I appreciate that

I love his place but it's a parts store, this isn't the first time I've received the wrong part. I have a 1995 Ford Explorer I need the vss sesnor of course I received the abs sesnor after clearly explaining out loud "well the abs light isn't on and the speedometer is off and of light is flashing." It was critical I received the right part. I might be out a vehicle sale now.
