Had a Check Engine light come on while on a 1,600 mile roadtrip from Michigan to Florida. Stopped by O'Reilly and asked for assistance, Reece the assistant manager helped us scan our vehicle and even printed a report for us and gave reassuring information on the status of our car. Reece is the man!
On my way from Arlington heights to Cincinnati my check engine light came on. I pulled over in Rensaliair for a diagnostic test. They were so helpful!!! It was the knock sensor which was not good!! They called the closest Kia dealership for me in Lafayette Indiana to discuss options. It was in agreement that I could make it to the dealership but definitely not to Cincinnati! I got 5 miles out and the car died in the middle of an intersection. I called O'Reilly back and they got me a tow truck. The driver couldn't have been nicer!! I was just a mess at O'Reilly and they were so sweet to me!! Long story short... I got a free new engine from Kia. Just so thankful for the employees at O'Reilly's and even more thankful that this all didn't happen while driving on 65
Very clean store. The staff is as helpful as they can be. But I wouldn't rely on their knowledge of mechanics. Definitely get a mechanic's opinion. But all in all a pretty good experience.
Man this store is great the went way above and beyond on what they had to do!! They helped figure out again with no heat which I had yesterday! They spent a good hour with us I can't say but nothing good things!! This was just amazing to find people still willing to really help!! Thanks Reece and Dylan
I'm from Tennessee and my truck heat went out I was dealing with Reece & Dylan they went above in beyond to be sure my family would be warm on our journey. Through northern Indiana and back to Tennessee. These guys are truly awesome and a great asset to this business

Went there in an emergency needing a new headlight on a dark, cold, and rainy night about an hour before they closed and a kind gentleman with one arm went above and beyond to help me find the correct headlight and even helped me install it so I could get back on the road again quickly. Didn't catch his name but was definitely a 5 star experience with him.
heading down I65 in the rain, my windshield wiper was shredded, they removed the old ones for me and installed the new ones when they saw I was struggling
Completely a joke no one knows how to do anything. They can’t sell you a correct part and won’t give you a refund or do an exchange and will say a manager will call you back. They never do. Then when between a rock and a hard place months later you drag your feet in there and they tell you they can order the part you need and it’ll be there the next day by 10 and when you go get it you’re told it’s not there and to wait and then when you question them about the part you find out you’ve been waiting over a hour for them to show you they ordered the wrong part and then they tell you they don’t sell what you need. Good thing Auto Zone is just a block away, cheaper, and more reliable.
The lady at the desk must be miserable at about working at O’Reilly auto parts. She’s not helping is informative or anything. All she wants to do is take her money for no reason as per John Jay will give you free stuff all the time!!!!! Also, the lady at the front should work at Walmart because she has the personality of a door greater
Wouldn’t let me return a caliper that was unused and brand new with a receipt because of a little surface rust. Love companies that screw me out of 100+ dollars.
Very helpful. They came out changed my battery and made sure it fit and started before I even paid for it. Went back in and paid and everyone was super curtious and helpful.

When I enter the store he was helping other customer, there was another gentleman that was asking what we needed,
Reply that I had call earlier and the part was going to be on the side,
The gentleman looked at John and John told him don't look at me,looked at the customers they know what they are looking for.,

sometimes auto parts store hire employees and don't even trained them what customers service is.?
Drove all the way in here for a part they said they had and sure enough they don't have it. I've tried the last 10 years to not order anything offline to support local business but I'm at a point now that I just need to stop wasting my time with people that have no idea what they're talking about.
Always treated good at this place. Usually have the parts I needed in stock or could have them relatively quickly in a day or less. Competitive price matching on quality parts is the icing on the cake.
I was lost without a paddle and the people at this store saved my backside! Thank you to Cody and Trisha, they went way beyond what's expected! Great crew!
All the automotive supplies you need they will order if not in stock I'm a nappa goer because there is one in town but they are good when my guy is out of stock
After going to auto zone and getting absolutely no help I went to O Riley’s. To say the manager went above and beyond to help me is an understatement!! I’ve never received customer service this good form an auto parts store!!! She was extremely kind and helpful!! I will be doing all my business with this Establishment from here on out!!
The workers were so polite and did everything to help me no matter what. They even went out of their way to even help me figure out what to do with my car and where to take it.
