Soon as I pulled in, one of the employees walked right up to my truck, asked how I was doing today and helped me through the entire process, and he wasn't even aware it was my first time there and had no idea what I was doing. They were very helpful very quick and very professional.
OmniSource does great service for the community and for the environment. Recycling and repurposing what otherwise would be thrown in a landfill, polluting the local environment. The people at OmniSource are awesome. The hospitality of the tour was unbeatable. I very much enjoyed seeing all of the different materials and how they get recycled!
How do you recycle cans here? What price to recycle? In addition to recycling aluminum cans, do you recycle plastic bottles, glass bottles, and waste cardboard?
They are a rip off and cheap, rude, and of no help and consideration nothing says you're valued like being talked to like you are ignorant and incompetent of understanding simple terms! May i say BOWMANS SCRAP YARD IN PERU IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO! NEXT TIME I'LL PUSH A CAR 10 HOURS BEFORE I GIVE THIS PLACE SATISFACTION OF GETTING OVER ON ANYONE AGAIN!!
THE absolute best place! As a farmer I make 2 runs per year to recycle. Sure I am asked questions and at times may ask where my items came from however with all the theft around anymore I welcome it! GREAT folks. THE BEST!
this place has went downhill ,had an employee pour clean brass into a mixed brass bin,and they overpayed me and said it was my fault another time in the same week .rude and there are better places to go.horrible management.
Terrible service I was bringing in some scrap I collected from the logansport post office (A Federal building) after changing out their chiller and was treated like a criminal. If you do go to this place be sure you have documentation for your pop can tabs or you'll be treated the same way. The cashier in the office was nice and professional and so was the guy working the copper scale. I recommend going green they are polite, helpful, and not pushy.
