To the misfits towing company , Thank you so very much for coming to my wife’s rescue in the parking lot of Sam’s club Sunday the 14th sept , your driver was there within 10 mins of my call and he was as nice and polite and professional as he could possibly be . All though after he seen my butcher job with the coat hanger he still held a straight face ! Hey brother I tryed ! Lol you are an A-1 company in our book . I called three other company’s and two of them directed me to a state wide operater and got a text from the 3rd saying “I don’t have time” wow ! Nice reply . We’re glad we called the misfits because they do have time for the people of Kokomo and beyond I’m sure of that! Thank you again you were a blessing to say the least . Best regards Mr & Mrs Nelson

All-around excellent service from start to finish. They arrived very quickly, about 10 minutes after hanging up with their dispatcher, and even with it being around 2 a.m. they were so kind and informative about what to expect as it was the first time I've ever had to call for towing. They took the terror right out of my nightmare experience with much appreciated humor and grace and without making me feel like a dumb girl in anyway, haha. But as if all that weren't enough, they were also beyond reasonably priced. They definitely made a customer for life, and I will highly recommend them to anyone any time the need arrises.

I cant say enough good things about Misfits Towing. I had just been to get my phone reset and had no phone numbers in it, to call someone I knew to come get me when my car broke down. The driver was nice enough to take me home, since I had no way of getting ahold of anyone. They were a godsend! I don't know what I'd have done without them.

My car was totaled, it wasn’t my fault and the insurance company was trying to get out of paying for my storage. The gentleman who towed my vehicle told me exactly what to do to mitigate my damages so I wouldn’t be responsible for storage fees and I’m so appreciative for his knowledge and for the fact that he cared enough to share his knowledge with me. He was truly a Godsend and I can’t remember his name ??‍♀️

literally towed my vehicle 30 feet an charged me 260$!! definitely ask price before they came & was told 65-200 bucks! NOT sure what they are selling but i’ll definitely NEVER call them EVER! ill walk home first!! BEWARE of the money hungry people

Misfit Towing is hands down the best towing service in Kokomo and the surrounding areas. They're quick to respond, reliable, and honest. I've had a couple of bad experiences with other towing companies, but never with Misfit Towing And Recovery. I highly recommend them next time you're in a pinch!

These guys are amazing. I had a disabled vehicle that would have cost quite a bit to tow and Mike recommended a guy to go where my vehicle was down and repair it for a comparable price. It saved me being without transportation and saved me alot of money. I would highly recommend this local company. They were very honest and very helpful and I cant thank them enough!

We broke down on our way to vacation and called Misfit Towing and they were there in under 30 minutes to tow the van. They went above and beyond to help us and had a mechanic get the parts and install them the same day so we were able to get back on the road the next morning. They are very kind and honest people and I would highly recommend them! Instead of having our vacation ruined by the van breaking down, we have a wonderful memory of all the people that help us get back on the road.

Great experience with this company. They got to us fast, he was efficient with getting us out of traffic at a busy intersection before getting us hooked up to tow us home, and he was down to earth and friendly! Much appreciated!

I appreciate their prompt response when I had a flat tire. They were unable to get the tire off so ended up towing me to Discount Tire. The gentleman was very helpful and kind. The price of the service was very reasonable.

This company is soo unprofessional. They don't communicate with you then they send a bill. They picked up a car for our business July 21st then they didn't contact us telling us they found the car till September 18th. The only reason I gave the. 1 star is because I couldn't give a review with anything less. I will never use such an incompetent business again. Communication is of utmost importance for any reputable business.

Good people! They replaced bedsides on my dodge truck and did some spot painting. Fair pricing and easy to communicate with. Give them a chance, they will earn your buisness.

We had our car die in the middle of the highway and they were there as soon as humanly possible. The driver was very upfront, professional, and provided very good quality work in a sticky situation. Can’t beat the cost either! Definitely recommend this business to anyone and will call on them if I ever need it!

We had used this service previously, quite a few times, and were happy with them. This last time we needed a tow they quoted it would be a half an before they could get there. My husband told them that was fine. An hour later he called and was told they should be there any minute. 45 mins later he called and said never mind. They charged him $65 for canceling the tow when they were almost 2 hrs past when they had said they would be there with no phone call to let him know they were running late for any reason. Now, we'll never use them again. This is how you treat your loyal/return customers????? Now we are looking for a new towing business to give our business to. The Bechtel's

One of their drivers was assigned as the carrier for my car that was sold to Copart auctions. He was courteous, friendly, punctual, and all around pleasant to work with. He made the stressful situation of trying to get rid of my junker car, so much easier. I would recommend this company for any towing needs. I haven't used any of their other services, but if it's anything compared to their towing service, then it's good too. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Zack who came to tow my vehicle was even trying to diagnose the problem on site before hauling it away. They were able to fix my car at their shop and cut down the price of the tow tremendously because of this. Very fair pricing and had my car up and driving again in 2 days. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone who needs a vehicle towed.

Finally home in Michigan because of this great company. I found myself off of the side of 31 down a deep embankment and stuck in mud. Misfit towing showed up quickly. Very nice very professional. I’m still not sure how they got my car out without doing some damage. Awesome job guys. Thank you.

I have to say I will use them again if in the area. They came picked me and my kids up and took our Tahoe to the dealership to get fixed then took us to a place we can stay while it gets fixed. The guys even helped car our carseats in and where awesome with my kiddos. They even gave us a ride to the hotel.

Cheerful and Friendly Driver showed up within 20 minutes. Was told $45 over the phone (depending on ease-of-pickup/drop-off) and charged $45 when done. He even let my nephew operate the truck to help unload the car! He made a cool experience out of the situation. First local place I'll deal with from now on.

This was the first time I have ever needed a tow truck so I used Google to see what companies were available. The reviews for Misfit Towing were very good, so I decided to use them. I am very glad I did. From the lady on the phone to the driver that came to tow my vehicle, the entire experience was great. And the price was very good. I highly recommend them.

I had to pre schedule a tow to an automotive shop just before the shop closed so that my car could be repaired the following morning. They were prompt, with the time promised, courteous and professional. And I thought the fee was very fair and lower than other tow companies. I will definitely use Misfits again if needed.
