Very nice dispatch and tow truck driver! She got us winched out of a ditch in the snow and ice in a very timely manner, I am very impressed! Wonderful people! AAA approved also!

Nicest and most amazing people to have tow your vehicle. I was having the worst day and my insurance company was doing a horrible job finding a tow for me. I called Martin Wrecker and they were there in 15 min. Incredible customer service!

Very helpful and beat the price of everyone within 50 miles and I called for a tow and driver was very prompt and showed up to the middle of nowhere and took maybe 10 minutes to get to me I would recommend them to anyone thank you guys so much for being open and good at what you do!

They accepted our tow call from insurance company, told us the driver would be here in 40 mins. 30 mins later called and said another 30 mins. After waiting an hour they called again and said they aren’t sure how long it will be now because the driver couldn’t make it. So unprofessional. They should have released the call after the original 30 mins went by and they knew they didn’t have a driver!! We could have had another tow company here a long time ago if they would have been honest in the beginning. Very very poor company.

Broke down in Walton. Called the ONLY Wrecker service in my opinion. Only waited 30 minutes and the Driver had my van loaded and we were heading back to Kokomo. I will NOT call anyone else, but Martin’s! Thank you. John Elliott- Kokomo.

Called this service to come get a fleet vehicle that had rolled in a cornfield and was sitting upside down. They did great work to get it flipped over and towed away. Prompt and professional!

This is the second time I used Martin's to tow my car the first time was great a girl did it and she cared for my car but yesterday the second time a guy did it and I didn't like how he was rough with my car I'll use you guys again but if the girl can't do it I'll go somewhere else

I had a great experience with Martin’s a few months ago.. we had a car we needed to get towed for scrap & Martin’s had a wrecker there to get the car picked up within 10 mins. ?? I also wanted to give a shoutout to the tow truck driver named Steve! He is awesome! I had forgot my wallet at home & had to run home to get it to meet him at the salvage yard to scrap our old car. He was very patient & understanding, and overall very kind & helpful! Thank you again, Steve! You guys have our business in the future! ?

Great service tonight for a 2fer. First my sons car needed towed then mine ended up needing towed. Kylie was amazing! Professional, personable and was really quick and let me ride with the car. She knows her stuff and my car was treated very well! Kudos to her and to Martin's for being easy to do business with!

Called on a Sunday evening after AAA failed me. Steve came quickly with a rollback for my pickup truck in Markle Indiana and took me all the way back to Greenwood. Always on time, always polite, always courteous. I wouldn't recommend another tow company over Martin's. They show up when they say they will (even in the snow and ice) and didn't damage my vehicle.

Experience with them initially wasn't bad at all, they took care of my vehicle after my wreck, and I went to retrieve the rest of my possessions or anything else I wanted and then sign away the vehicle for my insurance to retrieve it, but after doing so and letting my insurance know they were good to get the vehicle, Martin's tried telling them and claiming that I hadn't even been down there or signed anything! Definitely a poor experience in that area.

Tried going through my insurance company to have my vehicle towed ( just a few blocks) using my Roadside assistance, 2 days later, still no tow, not even a confirmation or estimated arrival time. I called Martin Wrecker, and, in about 30 minutes they came out (Sharpsville) and towed my van. Great job guys & gals !!! I also used them back in the day, when I was the Service Driver Manager for Buttons, and they always did Great Work! Thank You Martin Wrecker for the years of wonderful service!!!

Quick, Efficient and Very Friendly. Called for a tow, they responded in a timely manor, the driver was very nice and professional handling our vehicle. He was able to back it into our Garage just like I'd drive it in...5 Stars all the way.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER I called around and was told by most places it would be $70-$100+ to move my car 4 miles and all said it would be an hour out I called martins and was met with a professional dispatcher who kept everything calm and simple and said it would be about $55 and they will be on their way I WAS SHOCKED The driver was also very efficient and professional and was able to get my car into my carport !!!!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME JUST CALL THEM FIRST!!!!

Just had my car towed 100 miles and such a breezy experience. The guys were so nice especially our driver Scott. He was personable, friendly, & made our rough day that much better. Great couple owned company, if i’m ever in the area needing help again I will 1000% use them.
