I go to Paul's almost every week and have been greeted with friendliness. The "new guy" from several months ago did not stay there very long, he never interacted with me. I could tell he did not like being there because he purposely avoided me so that his coworker could help me. The new "new guy, Jeremiah, is super helpful. When not helping customers, he is sweeping and doing other things to keep the environment clean and safe. Their long-timer, Tom, is also very attentive to customers and is always friendly.
The young guy there was rude ask him to help so said go get it yourself newlons is a whole lot nicer buy far and the guy just stood there talking to his buddies and ignores me

Best prices on dirty radiators out of 6 yards that I go to. Friendly staff, always willing to teach while helping you unload. Prices are better than most of the big yards. Better than the other yards with the same name as well. No other yard gets my aluminum extrusion or clean aluminum. I travel from as far as Rochester, to Edinburgh.
I will add to this post. I live in a city with a "Paul's Auto Yard", I travel to Kokomo just to drop off my metal. The service is superior to the one in my city. Never a problem ever. Smooth transactions, clean and accommodating.
Kokomo's the best Misty and Kay do a great job everybody does actually I'm glad to come here won't go nowhere else and I will be willing to do a commercial
Friendly and straight forward! They process what you have and pay you for it quickly.
Good place to recycle, especially if you happen to live very close by. I never took recycling seriously until now.
Small note: If you live farther away, you better have something of decent value to economically justify making the drive over.
