Been a customer for years. At first everything was great no issues. Now there policy has changed on there end and they only want to dump one trash can. I have always had two and they dumped both for over 15 years. Prices go up but service goes down. Have discussed this with them atleast four times and they would come get the other one and continue to for awhile then back to the spotty service again. Then I’m calling again. Today they just didn’t want to correct the issue or help so I have got someone else to take my trash for 30 dollars less a quarter.

Prices are to high. Indy Waste is much cheaper and is taking WM customers. Apparently WM doesn't care! Not a good way to run a business, WM.

P/U weekly, lv no mess. I even had them pickup some furniture ( notified them ) no problem.

Every time there's a reason to not pick up the trash that's how waste management handled it. The monopoly is the only reason we have them. The roads have been plowed for days.Every other trash company has been through avon.No problem, the mail is being delivered and still no waste management.

Good service. But the dumping rate is to expensive. Not even a pickup truck half full was $80-100 dollars.

had Ray's Trash prior to WM. Ray's missed 1 day in 10 years. WM misses a lot of trash pick up days. Numerous times WM has stated they picked up trash and they did not. Good thing I have a video doorbell.

Everything is acceptable except for not letting individuals use their own trash cans instead of the waste management trash cans. Sometimes we have more trash than we can put in one trash can we need to be allowed to use our own trash can also.

Trash can was supposed to pick up on1 Dec 2025. They did not; and lied saying trash can was not at the curb. “It was out the night before. So they rescheduled for the 8th of December and now the next day the can is still there. It has been on the curb since there first attempt. They missed it again. Waiting on the next lie to why they failed to pick up there can!

Rates go up all the time. Charged for services even when they don't pick up and extremely hard to reach someone to get charges removed. Feel like they purposely make it impossible to reach them to resolve issues or get information. Think it's ridiculous that they can't include our house totter pick up with the barn dumpster or charge an adjusted fee since they are already here.

WM is one of the worst trash companies I have ever used. They charge a high amount and refuse to take anything if the can is full. Good luck hosting random parties or sports nights, because if your trash goes over your can you have to have a second can or they won't take it.

Service is good. But raising prices every other billing cycle seems a bit extreme. Especially since I (we) have not cancelld service yet like so many others.

I do not recommend this company at all. They have doubled my payment costs but of course have not doubled the service. I have no issues with the workers who collect the trash and recycle, they do a great job. However my bill goes up every single bill. It is ridiculous. Do not give them your business.

The actual removal of our trash and recycling was never a problem. However, our bill increased every quarter, to a truly ridiculous amount. Interestingly, our bill was about $15 a quarter higher than our daughter’s bill for the same services. (She lives a mile from our house.) That makes me question the billing practices of this company. We made the decision to switch providers, and trying to end our service was a nightmare that literally took weeks to accomplish. When we finally were able to speak with someone who would assist us, we thought that would be the end of it, but boy were we wrong! We were given the date of June 30 for our bin removal and they were finally removed July 11, after more calls and messaging. Then we got a bill for the next quarter service. We figured since it was dated the day we actually spoke to someone to cancel our service that it was sent before the system was updated. Then we got a bill for a late fee for not paying for the next quarter service! The customer service of WM is abysmal and our advice to anyone considering using this company is to avoid them at all costs.

No clear signage or direction on where to go and if you’re lucky enough to be able to make it through the smelly debris filled muck you have to drive through to make it to a dump spot without getting stuck or losing a tire, watch out for the operators that have no care or second thought about kicking up a giant cloud of who knows what into the air with the wind blowing it directly on customers and into their vehicles. Literally as I was walking to the truck to get in and leave! The most poorly maintained dump I’ve ever been to

Cannot talk to anyone about the overcharges on my account. I have tried for 4 days and the automated. Systems disconnected over and over saying they are closed, then cites the hours of operation and hangs up. All times but 1 I called during so called business hour. It is the worse service I have experience. I miss Ray’s for sure!! This company is too big and does not care about a small consumer.

Got a letter on the top of our mailbox that our trash cans need to be 6 feet apart. We have three of them that means that three trash cans would have to go the full length of the front of our house by the street. The trash man refuses to pick it up and say it needs to be 6 foot from the mailbox every time that we move it over he still doesn’t pick it up.

Your service is good however we’ve tried several times to get an answer on senior discounts. Every time we get put on hold for over 20-30 minutes with no answer. We know you are granting discounts in Brownsburg but not in ours just a half a mile away from discounting county?

Customer service is horrible. Charged me $135 for 3 bags of trash after calling 4 times about it in 3 months. Then after I made a payment for the correct amount, they auto charged me and overdrafted my billing account because “I didn’t cancel the auto pay on the incorrect invoice”. Then was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for them to return my money however, they just took another months worth of billing out of that money…that was already paid. As soon as I get the refund, I am canceling. Have been with them for 2 years after I moved to a new county with a different trash day it’s been horrific. Highly discourage everyone from using WM!

Twice my automatic deposit stopped after a few months of working. I called the first time and they couldn’t figure out was the issue was but I went in and clarified the bank info was correct. They raised my rate. I called them and after being on hold for a very long time, they reversed it and everything was smooth a couple more months. It happened again and they charged me $5 for a late fee. I didn’t feel like being on hold for aeons so I let it slide. Clarified that the bank info was correct and guess what the rate went up $5 monthly. I guess this happens after every time their system fails. Really not happy since this will probably happen yet again in a few months.

About to make the switch to another company. These drivers are lazy. I have 2 cans sitting out and just watched them from my front door camera only dump one, then drive off. For what they charge, this should never be an issue. ✌️ ... Update: I didn't switch and figured I would let the last time slide but, however, it happened again today. Today they didn't dump either one of my trash cans and I watched them drive right on by without doing their job. I called the number you provided and nobody answered for a long time, so I hung up. I will surely be finding a new trash service. I will never use this company again.

Very pleased with the service better than what it was Pleasant helpful people. Drivers always friendly. I am in a wheelchair even a nice guy offer to help bring container back up the drive. Shows me the kind of staff you hire.

Rocky start but all good now. We have had no issues once we got past the transition from Ray’s to WM. They have not missed a day and we are quite satisfied with the service

Worst trash company in existence. Can't get the trash in the truck there is trash left all over our sub divisions, broken open garbage bags from the missing the truck, stuff that's just been left, breaking trash cans, these garbage guys act they are doctors with PHDs going around picking up trash, your trash people, pick up the trash! they are never on time I am tired of this company and filing a formal complaint as well as sending all videos and pictures to the county of THEIR trucks spreading garbage all over the sub. Here's just a couple pictures of the ignorance that is waste management.

It's really too bad they bought out Ray's Trash. Never had an issue with Rays. Two pickups in a row where WM skip recycling. No one there to pickup the phone and get it dealt with. Raise rates, drop the quality of service! That pretty much sums it up WM in general. Obviously, the company doesn't care enough to do anything about fixing it.

Since they took over rays, my bill has almost doubled as had my families. They charge an average if the lids don't close on the dumpster of $275.00 and didn't communicate this. Went to pay my bill they made me pay it 4 times to reinstate service. The rep was clueless. I ended up with a 4 month credit for over payment. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Arrived at appointment time and guard shack lady was instructive, friendly and professional. You must scale in loaded and scale out empty. DON'T exit via the scale go out and come back on the scale as you entered. To unload, the tipper is up the hill then hang a left. You'll have to turn around ( a little tight- so backing in is best AFTER you move your tandems to the rear). Be careful backing on to the tipper, they are tight but fine if you line up correctly. If it's your first time here, the staff at the tippers are great. Really friendly and patient. They know their jobs so you won't go wrong listening to them. You will have to unhook your lines and pull your fifth wheel once on the tipper, then enjoy the ride! You'll have to reconnect after the tipper is done, you'll still be at an angle but it's easy to do. This is an enormous landfill, about 900 acres. Watch the ground for debris. Overall a good experience for a semi.
