Moses was great. He stood out in the rain and helped me change a wiper blade. Before that, he was conversational and had great manners. I wish every store had a Moses!
went in there in the morning and the people that were there have no idea what they're doing. The old guy that works in there is condescending. Like so sorry so I didn't know exactly what you were talking about on my car. You don't have to smile and chuckle. I went in there to buy a battery since they have free installation and take advantage of that service. I asked the lady upfront if they had someone in that could help put my new battery in and she was like "uhhhh....." "yeah that's OK I'll go somewhere else. No worries." Then she was like "oh we can probably help you out." what? either you're lazy or you don't know what you're supposed to know how to do. It's a yes or no. you're not going to wing throwing a battery into my car. I'm trying to get to work. It's a yes or no either you know what you're doing or you don't. smh.
They had some great employees, cane right out to help me, but fortunately they didn't have what I needed, but they were still great thank you Advance Auto Parts
If you’re in Danville but you miss that inner city West Washington St feel and service you should pay them a visit. If you need parts or advice though go some place else.
Called to confirm they had 2 batteries in stock for quads. Was told they had 4 in stock. Once arrived the employee there acted completely lost and stated they don’t carry batteries. AutoZone was the next stop and they had what I was looking for and $20.00 cheaper than Advance quoted.
Went in for car cleaning supplies and new wipers, the guy gladly replaced my wipers for me! He sat the products on my hood 😬😳 I got em, had to give him hell about it 🤣 though
I needed a turn signal light bulb for my car, not having any knowledge of vehicle repair I asked if they could put the light bulb in for me. Mr. Wright was accommodating and had a very pleasant attitude. Thank you for the Great Customer Service!
Me and the boyfriend had to make an unscheduled stop at this location on a super wet and rainy day because our windshield wiper randomly decided to pop off while driving down the road. 🌧️
Why do they make the instructions for installing the wipers so confusing? Maybe it was the frustration combined with the icy rain and cold temps, but neither of us could figure these things out. We took turns for like 30 minutes, jumping out into the rain, attempting to attach the wiper, and giving up because our fingers would get too cold. Finally he did the smart thing and went into the store and asked the clerk for assistance. WHICH THEY DO FOR FREE. Took the guy 5 seconds. We shared a quick laugh about it before he ran back inside.
Very knowledgeable staff!! Had all the parts I needed in stock, much cheaper than local competitors, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't really need.
The folks at the counter are always willing to go the extra mile. Join the speed perks club for sure. Instant rewards. For the DIY community I will always recommend they go here instead of AutoZone strictly based on my personal customer service experiences. 5 stars all day.
I've only had one bad experice here, the rest have been amazing. They always have good deals online, and in store. Call them up before going other places as they probably have the better price.
