Great job with my car (again!) Appreciate working with me to keep the cost down on my high mileage car

I called Hackleman because I knew they’d get the job done right. Not to my surprise, I was not disappointed. First: The quote was quick and easy. Second: The scheduling was simple, and the customer service was wonderful. (Even the attempted upsell on a broken tail light was no pressure sales) Last: The work was exceptional. And they handled all the payment details with the insurance company, we just dropped off, and picked up. (After only two days!) AND the vehicle was returned in a cleaner condition than I gave it to them… my wife was very pleased! I know I can count on Hacklman, and I refuse to go anywhere else.

Neil and his crew did beautiful work in repairing the damage the deer did to the side of my car. There were supply chain issues in getting the needed parts but Neil kept me informed frequently. My car was returned much cleaner than I dropped it off. I would highly recommend Neil and his crew.

Having worked with Hackleman Auto Repair years ago as an outside auto repair appraisal service I often went to the shop for repair and supplemental estimates on damaged vehicles. At that time I noticed the superior service they provided and how easy they were to work with. For that reason I stopped by today to get an estimate on my own vehicle.
