Are they still open? I have called and left a v-mail 3 times in the last 2 days as well as stopped in during business hours. Nobody home, doors all locked... I did finally stop in when they were there. Okay folks to deal with, if you can get ahold of them.
They're appeared to be closed for the business folks. Do not waste your time, energy, or dream by hoping someone will call you back. Think four times before you even think about drive there. Such a waste of time.
I needed a wheel for my daughter's car and they did a great job of finding a match. I had some trouble getting the wheel installed in the parking lot, so one of their guys came out and helped out Good price and it works perfectly. Great experience.
I bought a car from there, guys seemed very nice. I worked with Mario. Two big issues
1) The car's wheel fender flare was loose - they promised to repair prior to purchase. When I picked up the car, it wasn't fixed. They said "we tried... its too cold, bring it back when it's warm & we'll fix for free". (I even got it in writing) Now that it's warmer & I'm trying to get it in for repair... THEY WON'T RETURN MESSAGES. SNAKES!
2) Car had front bumper damage. They repaired the damage. Looked great when I picked it up. I went through a carwash... & a HOLE opened up on the top of the bumper where they patched it & had DRY fiberglass fibers coming out of it! This means they were cutting corners & didn't put enough resin on the fiberglass to get it wet... so it never set right. When I reached out to them... THEY WOULDN'T RETURN MY MESSAGES!
Two weeks ago I needed two different sized tires. Northside was able to find me one tire and gave me a very excellent price. I was very happy .But what really surprised me was they recommended me to go to a competitive business down the road to look for the other tire that I needed. It reminded me of the story from Miracle on 34th Street where Santa sends the shoppers to another store for toys that their store didn't have. Well I went and found my tire. Now that makes good business sense. Be sure that when I need any other auto needs I will go back to Northside Imports Inc because of their business practices. Thank you, Karen
Drove 2 hours up there after they told me the part was there to find out it wasnt!. Old man who answered phone needs an attitude adjustment if your gonna be answering phones.
