My wife's jeep was repoed. There was some damage done to it during this transaction. At first they seemed very defensive about the damage claiming was there prior. Which it was not. After talking to neighbors and retrieving video of driver dragging car improperly. I had then contacted the VP he was willing to settle the damage. We got the car fixed and they paid for rental. Im glad it was a smooth fix they did make sure they made it right and for that I am thankful.

I had issues with getting my car due to some miscommunication between different companies but Monty and his team worked diligently to help find a solution. I would definitely recommend if in need of a compassionate and understanding team of professionals.

Indiana Recovery Services were hired by JD Byrider to tow a vehicle. I have not used this company personally. However, we were treated very well by Alexis and coworker. They were willing to work with our crazy situation. I gave 4 stars due to having to make an appointment to pick up personal items. Otherwise, customer service was great!

I had my car repossessed due to late payments after I was laid off. When I woke up to find my car was gone it was gut wrenching. I expected a nightmare for what followed but I was so very wrong! Amanda at the Evansville location was so accommodating and compassionate! She even came in after hours so I wouldn’t have to take off work! Needless to say, after talking with her and getting everything worked out, I felt a weight lifted! It was a sad situation but so glad I had Amanda to walk me through it! She’s AMAZING!

Horrible got my car home after going to pick it up battery terminal came off while I was driving home cover wasn't put back on broke the clips for my floor mat and then after getting my battery hooked back up my car wouldn't start at all

Heard them towing my car away and came out cause I knew it was coming the driver was splendid and kind even let me get my stuff out well the stuff I cared about great experience overall I know it sucks but they just have their job to do a lot more people could be more understanding

Just all I can say the driver who towed my car like 3 days ago from infront of my garage my garage was open and I was inside the house that idiot not even ring the door to I get my stuffs from my car He took my home keys my wallet and my another car key it was inside the car And he drag my car from my parking lot and one of the guy on the street he was watching him how he towed my car and he said he hit your front bumper in the curve

I don’t have any problem that they towed my car but I have a problem with the way yall do things. My car was towed and I was aware of that . I would’ve came in same day as it got towed to get my things but yall only take appointments like why are you even taking appointments for people to come get their things ?!?!?!then scheduled the appointment for almost a week later . So I’m thinking I’m gonna come up there and get my things out of my car myself . Nope they already got what they wanted out of there and gave me the most bullshit in the car. I had waaaayyy more things in my car than just a box full .!!!! I’m furious they didnt grab all my things out of the car !!! I had money important documents and my license plates all in that car and didn’t receive nothinggggg important back only a couple shoes out the trunk and a bunch of miscellaneous items I didn’t even care about !!!! That’s annoying you should let people retrieve their own things out of cars if your crew just doesn’t give a damn about returning peoples items . I had my license cards wallets and all types of things that I didn’t receive back at all And not to mention the lady at the front gonna make me sign alllllll these papers saying basically all my things would be trashed if I didn’t recieve them but you never even gave me the opportunity to retrieve anything . I hate tow yards yall just make people life harder and yall pockets easy . Reallly dislike tow yards

Woke up to the sound of a tow truck hooking up my car this morning.... I've had some issues lately and haven't gotten everything up to date yet. I rolled out of bed to be greeted by the kindest repo man Kyle... He was very professional and he calmed us down instantly by letting us know we just needed to make a payment with him there. He waited very patiently during the whole process and made us completely at ease. I've always heard terrible things about repo men but I am glad to say he completely changed my impression of them and I'm very thankful for everything he did for us. Thank you so much Kyle you made a horrible experience more tolerable.. thank you again for your patience and kindness.

Do not use this company. They completely totaled out my son’s vehicle because the driver improperly hooked up a repossession vehicle that was being towed from our neighborhood. Their insurance company is a complete joke and will leave you with a huge loss. Indiana recovery does not care or take liability for the damages they’ve caused. Do not use this company. If they cause damages, you will be at a loss.

Do not use indiana recovery, if you want a reliable tow company to get your car safely thats not them. Cause they repossessed vehicle and crashed into my vehicle in the process because a employee decided to not check if the wheel is locked and dragged the car down the street and dragged the reprocessed car along my car and sent me to there insurance that lowballed me a offer. I have 4 small children and now im screwed to even get my children to a doctor in my own vehicle because they destroyed it. Ruined my life. You can apologize all you want but the apologizes dont replace a car. Your insurance is denying a replacement for the car and your denying to even help replace my car. And it will happen to the next person destroying lifes like crazy!!!!

HAD A RUN IN WITH KYLE ONE OF THE DRIVERS TODAY AND HIS RESPONSE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED NOT ONLY WAS HE EMPATHETIC BUT HE TREATED ME LIKE A HUMAN… THAT GOES A LONG WAY I WAS KIND AND HE RETURNED WITH KINDNESS AND BY BEING PATIENT AND VERY VERY INFORMATIVE THROUGHOUT EVERYTHING…! IT ALL TURNED OUT GOOD ON EVERYBODYS END AND WITH TEAM WORK WE GOT THE JOB DONE…

After finally talking to the kind lady at the desk and a gentleman today it made things go a lot better however I did send the video of the page not working and I had another person try and it didn’t work on appointment setting. I think only complaint is the distance we had to drive to get my belongs back. (I don’t not read prior response as I was going with what the site was stating g on $50 return fee) other then that a smoother pick up , relieved nothing was destroyed or stolen. I do feel bad as it’s a mess we lived in it for two months before we got into a place and it got super cold and not had a chance to clean it out (all that mess from being homeless 😞)

My experience with Amanda at your Evansville office made a very bad experience of losing my car into an exceptable one. She retrieve all of my belongings since I am disabled and could not get them out myself.

Had to create an appointment to get my drivers License and Social Security Card out of my own car. Which is crazy. Made the appointment they approved it finally after 3 hours when I was supposed to be there The appointment was for 12/31/24 1:00 they approved my appointment at 5:00 if my math is mathing right now I say they are a little late.

My vehicle was just took @ 1am this morning. Due to the fact that I'm in contact with my lien holder the lien holder agreed to give me 30 days to pay off my vehicle. I just did a appraisal for it which it came lower than what the lien holder was offering me to pay off. The lien holder put out a nationwide account out for my vehicle. In which I couldn't call them due to there closed at this time of hour. I let the driver Steven know and showed him the proof of conversation between me and the lien holder for an agreed amount for payoff. Which me and Steven talked professionally. Got a few details with in turns will help me out with the process when I call the lien holder in the morning. REMEMBER! It's not the recovery companies fault. (1). In this case it's my lien holder for not holding up on the 30 day time line. (2). As well as it's my fault for being in this situation. Hardship is a Hardship but I'm correcting my fault. REMEMBER! Before you go ham out here... Who's really at fault? I give credit were credits do and Steven showed. Excellent professionalism thanks.

After repo they emptied up car but didn't returned all belongings... had to call several times and got some of the stuff back but still missing items... they firsts denied keeping stuff but miraculously 2 items showed up. They were rude and nasty... they really need to work on HONESTLY and CUSTOMER SERVICE... they can do their job of recovering cars without the need to steal customers belongings... Listen buddy!!! When you get a bad review instead of arguing USE it as a improvement point. To refresh your memory I had to get an affidavit to go pick up my stuff. Then had to go back to get the "RiverLink" transponder and "batton" that went missing. I do have proof and witnesses.... and still there's stuff missing. Instead of arguing or trying to appear( Hurt or Diffamed) work on the integrity of your employees and company.. Now go on and fight or throw the biggest tantrum that you want but you know THAT STUFF DISAPPEARS FROM THE VEHICLES YOU TAKE POSSESSION OF. YOUR JOB IS SIMPLE TAKE POSSESSION OF VEHICLE EMPTYING IT AND RETURN BELONGING TO OWNER OR AGENT REPRESENTING THE OWNER....

Had a great experience with these guys! Son gave me his truck. Found out still had a lean for like 300 bucks for late fees. Well a year later truck got took. It's not there fault for that. They get paid to do what they do. They returned it quicker than you know what so I could get to work! They can repo from me anytime! Lol. Seriously They were great. Just remember it's not their fault you're car got took.

I called them and they set up my appointment and we’re very kind to me, my wife and son, when we got there. The ladies up front were amazing to talk to and very understanding. The gentleman brought my car out to me and helped me clean it out and made sure we forgot nothing. Above all, they have the best customer service I’ve had the privilege of experiencing in a long time.

Just went up there today to recover my things, which I was told I will be able to clean out my car myself and get my license plate but when I got there they had bags for me already and told me that they cleaned out everything and my license plate is in one of the bags. When I got home I checked the bags and noticed few things missing (shoes, hoodies, prescriptions) and even the license plate they said would be in the bag. I called and was told the supervisor would be in contact. Still no call! I don’t want to go back up there and hope we can get everything resolved over the phone but if not I will because those things mean a lot and these so called “professionals” shouldn’t be doing a poor job.

If you are looking for a rapid and professional repossession company, look no more!! Out of all the repossession companies I have worked with in my 4+ years in the car industry, this has to be one of the best ones I have worked with. Justin and his crew are always on top of their orders and will always answer the phone when you call. They will assure you great customer service and make sure everything is hassle free EVEN FROM OUT OF STATE! If you are needing a simple car tow or a repossession this is the company to go to! Thank you guys for the great experience. Hopefully we continue to work together in the future.

Considering the circumstances of why we were there, this company went above and beyond for my family. I unfortunately did not get names, but there was a lady and man working the front counter who were very pleasant to work with. They could see I was in a lot of distress and they helped as much as they could throughout the entire process. One of the guys who had to repo our van was always very understanding, he let us get our stuff out the car and made sure we made it to a safe place while awaiting a ride. Hopefully I’ll never have to use their services again, but while I did, they were great.

I just caught these guys stealing cars out my apartments . We don’t have permit parking anymore and they are towing cars still . I tried to ask the driver why are towing cars he immediately got in the truck and took off speeding.

The older woman at the front desk was awful. Needing their services is stressful enough, but, she was the real nightmare. My husband and I are painfully shy, which, admittedly makes interactions with 'less sensitive' people a stressful event for us. That being said, in business we rarely come across people like us so, in some way we are used to it. But this woman... She takes the cake. Unprofessional in her job, and on a human level, just plain unkind. The thing that gets me, is in these situations, you don't really have the option of who is available. So, you don't know what you're getting yourself into.. We're not the only people who have had a negative experience with her but, it appears they don't have to do anything about it. They don't care about the customer service aspect. All of that being said, the two men we interacted with were great..

I.R.S. did a good job keeping my vehicle and belongings safe while in their possession. Everyone was very helpful and polite during the retrieval process as well. They were friendly and informative both on the phone and in person. The man that brought my vehicle up was cautious while driving and polite when giving my keys back. Everything was in my vehicle just as it was before they hauled it and no damage was done to the vehicle. I understand that in this line of work, they may not be the most popular but try not to judge the company based on the misguided anger of others whose vehicles were also rightfully repossessed. I was upset also but only at myself and our current situation, not at the people who were simply doing their job. Thanks for taking good care of my vehicle and being so helpful when I came to retrieve the vehicle.
