It is sad that we have reached out several times and been ignored. Emails and calls. A few months ago we purchased a 2017 F750 4 car rollback at Hedinger's along with every accessory it could need. While there we were assured a stain under the hood was due to an issue that had already been taken care of. It had not. 2 weeks after purchase the truck broke down. 2 weeks after the day I drove 5 hours each way and handed over $90k, I was stranded on the side of the highway with what would end up being a blown engine and fuel system. 2 weeks after I shook the hand of what seemed to be a great guy I was left figuring out how to try to stay afloat and feed my family. While going into a depression, my wife reached out to Hedinger's for any help or direction and she only received a simple "no warranties" reply. Not even 10k miles on it and I was stuck with a lawn ornament. $13k in tows, diagnostics, and an entire replacement of the fuel system and now a quote of $23k to replace the engine that I now have to figure out how to pay for because I will not back down. But any kind of correspondence to Hedinger's goes ignored. Thank you for standing by your business. Thank you for taking the food off my families table...
Well I was in the market for a new truck, I brought my old truck up and they appraised it for what they would give me as trade in on a new truck. Two days later I come up there and pick out the truck I wanted and agreed on the price they had it listed for. So Jim the salesman is supposed to send the info over to my finance company before he leaves for the day so that on Tues(Monday was labor Day) I could take the truck with me. Tues morning rolls around and my banker emails me and doesn't have any info, so I text the sales guy and he says that he still has to talk the owner of the company into the deal! So I told him that him and I already had a deal made and 3 hours later he replays back with "well I have to sell a couple used trucks before I can take any new trade ins". So after that I was pissed BC we had already made the deal on a handshake and I had kept up my end of the deal and they backed out, which also delayed my plans for leaving to go down to Texas by over a week. Luckily I called worldwide equipment in Illinois and told them of my issue and what had happened and Pat,the owner of worldwide, had a new 2017 just like the one they were gonna sell me at my house in Indiana in 72 hours of making the deal and was almost 4k less in price!!!!! So these are the facts and have the text messages to prove it and would love to show anyone who doubts this claim
