My car was due for service last week, and I waited at the shop. The gentlemen who worked in the shop were very friendly, funny, and kind. My ex-husband is very sick and was in the ICU at this time in Columbus, and before I could take my car home, his doctor called and said that he needed to be intubated and asked if I would like to see him before he was intubated. One of the gentlemen who works at the shop drove me all the way to Columbus (an hour drive) so that I could see him before he was intubated. I was unable to come back to get my car for a week, and they kept an eye on my car until I could return. I cannot say enough about the kindness and generosity of the staff at this location. Definitely recommend!

We were driving through on home to MN. Wheel bearing goes out on truck. Got towed to Tim's. They had availability and parts same day. Had both wheel bearings changed out and an alignment and spent less than expected. Everyone there was so helpful and we were on the road same day. Could not recommend them enough for this area!!

I have used Tim's Auto & Truck Repair numerous times over the years. They have always been top notch in every way. They are friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and stand behind their work. They even stood behind a trans rebuild that failed after their warranty ran out, absorbing the labor cost to get me back on the road. They most recently repaired a vehicle for me for a few $100, that had sat for 6 months when a different shop had quoted me a few grand to fix. Tim's will always be my first stop from here on out.
