Unfortunately, I had a wreck, and TDS is who was dispatched to take my vehicle. Being in a wreck is so stressful, and the ladies in the office were so sweet and helped relieve extra stress and took care of everything for me. Great place.
Extremely helpful with the whole process start to finish! Gave me all the info I needed to get my vehicle out. Showed up and was greeted with kindness and excellent service! Quick and simple!
If you want a business that cares about people over profits, chose TDS. My recent experience with them, especially with Donald and Kaylee, went above and beyond the duties of their job. Long story short, a family member was arrested driving my car with my dog in it.
Donald volunteered to wait with my dog in the dispatch office until I arrived from an hour away. This prevented her from going to the pound, which would have been devastating. He gave her water, took her out to potty and provided her comfort in a scary time.
He helped me retrieve my debit card from the jail, so I could get my car out of impound. In a really stressfull situation, he provided so much comfort and relief.
This was after hours and he was simply on call. He could have gone home after towing the car. Yet, he stayed way longer than necessary.
I can't thank them enough for their kindess and compassion.
There are still good people and companies out there. TDS and their employees are certainly one of them. Thanks for putting up with us and being so amazing!
Donald (I believe that was his name) took very good care of us the night of the eclipse. He got our van transported down the road where I could make the necessary repairs to it the next day. Thanks for the great service!

Sold my 2008 Toyota sequia to my mother n law. She let a known druggy drive it and he got pulled over and it got impounded. So now the bill is 2k to get it out . The funny thing is I gotta pay a $120 access fee and bring them the title to just keep it? Makes no sense to me. I figured I'd just bring them the title to just keep it.. wow I might as well throw this title away.
I was involved in an accident while working as a delivery driver. The unfortunate lady that I hit, and I am sorry for doing that, wanted to use Sweets to tow her minivan. TDS was called without my input. I could have had one of three different trailers and a dually (my boss employs in her LLC for long haul deliveries) to take it home but was not informed or was brought to my attention until the call was being placed. That was another mistake on my part and no doubt brought on by the shock from the wreck. I have used TDS before and they were quick during the middle of the night after a snow. I am no way undermining the work ethic of these men and women. I asked how much it would be, as I live week to week and sometimes day to day, and the man didn't answer me. He asked me if I had full coverage and I said only liability. He said just come in and we will cut you a break. I forget the total in three or four days after the weekend. (I was not able to get back from Tennessee very quickly) but it was $500 the next day, anyway. Honda was lost and I loved the old POS. About six blocks and a little space in a big lot. I had all my tools, (Probably $500 at least) a lot of my clothes, (Levi's and hoodies), a couple tires, GPS, XM radio, and I just put my other non running cars low profile wheels on it the day before, just to see the look. Gone. Damn boys, I will bring you the title signed today..It would be great to just get my things that I should have taken with me and would had I known. I was thinking maybe 400 or 500 after a week or so. I understand insurance, quality machinery, and regular maintenance is quite expensive, so I am still giving them five stars because they are quick and professional. I was in a bad situation that became worse. I want to get my tools, clothes, and just my stuff from inside. Maybe a job then? I used to drive a Big Truck. lol Maybe buy it back?
They were quick to get to my car when I left it running and locked the keys inside. Friendly and efficient! I was very happy with the service I received!
On Saturday 6/27/20 (actually Sunday 1:37 am) I spoke to CJ who within 20 minutes met me on the side of the road on I-74 where my car had stopped. I was between Indianapolis and Shellbyville. He quickly loaded my car onto the bed of the tow truck and got me and my car back to my home by 3 am. He was both professional and personable. I would highly recommend CJ and TDS towing. I couldn't have asked for better service at 3 in the morning.
Definetly a stand up comapny. Cant say enough good about them. Getting towed is never fun but they made it as quick and painless as possible. Would definetly recomend to anybody in the area.
What an amazing experience.. We had a truck driver come down our driveway and he didn't have anywhere to turn around.. He got stuck by the pond in the snow! We called TDS and they came in no time! BEST Service around.. Would recommend this to anyone especially in any tight places.. Thanks TDS for helping us with the driver and getting him back on the road where he needed to be.
Had the brakes go out on my car ..called tds they are very friendly and have a supper fast response time. They take alot of care in their job and with your vechicle.Thiswill be the only company I use!!
