Once my business is concluded with this place I will no longer take my vehicles or recommend this shop. Mechanics are solid. Been my go to for years. My issue came on 10/24/25 when I got a call from the shop with a question only to be cut off not even a word into answering it and be talked down to because the repairs on that vehicle is too much for me so I had to get another car. So now in this economy I am paying them and 2 car payments. Which I have been paying them. I get that it is a business but at no point should anyone be talked to like that over stuff out of their control. My only words to said individual was "ok" and got off the phone because they were not having any of it.
Happened to be passing through town when we had a potentially catastrophic engine error code come up. Turned out to be a simple fix the people at Jasper were kind enough to check out on the fly despite their full schedule, and refused pay since it was so little. They were more than courteous and saved a weekend of travel for us. I highly recommend their shop!
I had my 2010 Toyota Tundra towed to them. I had had it in 4WD low and when I tried to put back into 2WD it was stuck in neutral. The tech was very friendly and informative. Long story short he reset the computer and it fixed my problem. Very inexpensive. I'm only giving them 5 Stars because that the most I can. Very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this business.
Wonderful group to take your car too. I had a major evap leak code on my car. I took it in & Matt & his guys did a smoke test & nothing was escaping. After several hours of unhooking & re hooking back up parts the code was gone so they figured a connection was loose & that was the issue. They gave me a break on the cost of the smoke test & I was good to go. After 300 miles of driving no more service engine soon alerts & I am getting 30 miles a gallon out of a 2010 car. So so happy. They could have said parts needed replaced & I would not have know the difference. These guys are so honest & upfront. Love them.
Outstanding service. We were traveling down I-70, pulling our 5th wheel camper, when one of our front wheels started making a LOUD grinding sound. They couldn't get us in that afternoon, but pre ordered what they thought would be the fix and worked us in the next morning. Friendly staff and excellent service.
Towed my car here after breaking down on the interstate. The customer service alone at this place is worth the time to check them out. Although they couldn't end up fixing my vehicle (German-made vehicle), they didn't charge for the work attempting to fix it (diagnosing/recharging batteries) and helped coordinate a tow to the dealership to get the car fixed. Thank you so much!
Have been using One Stop Auto Repair faithfully over the last 20+ years. At first when Dale was first doing repairs from his garage attached to his home. Over the years the service and follow up has always been top notch. Now that Josh is performing so much of the repairs, he carries on his father's commitment to good service, fair pricing and professionalism. Will continue with One Stop as long as I am still driving.
When my husband and I bought this new to us used car we looked for a place to take our dirty Gerty , allot of folks were saying oh they to high, but you know what t these folks know what they are doing, always have great costumer service and always finds the issue right away, I'm happy to be a recurring costumer with them. Courteous staff in the office and mechanic shop, they always get my truck an appointment in a timely manner and repairs are done right the first time very professional work ethic and no upsaleing it always cost just what was quoted no hidden fees and very reasonable prices for the repairs this is a 5 star shop in my book won't go anywhere else they make you feel like family and I recommend them quite often to my family and friends best shop in the area if you ask me ! My father had been going to them for years and now here I am. The ladies that pick up the phones where always so kind. The mechanics work fast and anything my dad or I had to take to them, they figured it out ?
Called them two separate times about two different cars. Both times they said that "they would call me back in ten minutes" and never did, unprofessional.
A little slow for a scheduled oil change on a 2013 FIAT 500, ~1hr. However, the property and staff were very professional. I walked out having to pay ~$70 and I was satisfied with the work.
Awesome service, fair prices. They will make sure everything you're having done is actually needed, unlike some places that will do it anyways just to get more money. They also are more than happy to explain everything they found or fixed and the causes without making you feel less than.
