They towed me a few miles to my home. He was very kind and straight forward. The staff I reached out to was very easy going and made the process easy. Price is unbeatable in the area.
Had to be towed, first place wanted to overcharge. JC gave a reasonable price. While towing, we discussed what was going on with my car. He figured it might be the alternator, so we took it back to the shop. Showed me everything he checked and what it meant, explaining well. Had car done by noon on first business day after leaving with him.
Broke down on I-70 3 miles from my exit. Called JC towing and JC was hooking my vehicle up and getting me on my way within 20 minutes. Drove me and my broke down car all the way to Jasonville, was friendly, professional, and quick to get me off the interstate. I was very worried about getting towed due to being a young woman alone with the sun quickly setting but JC immediately set me at ease and was nothing but respectful and kind. Couldn’t recommend their service enough.
Just recently got a car from jc auto dealership and was offered a free oil change and when I came in for my oil change I also had a headlight out and they offered to look at it and change it for free. Would highly recommend coming here.
My boy had a tire blow out on I-70. 3 of the spline lug nuts broke in half not allowing us to get the rim off. JC Towing answer the call. He was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to get my boys truck up on the flatbed and taken to the location we had chosen safely.

We stopped for gas in Brazil on our way home to Kansas. after filling up with gas our car wouldn’t start. After some nice State Police officers came to try to help we had JC Towing come get our car. It was after shop hours so the next morning they fixed our starter and got us a new tire and we were on the road the next afternoon. We appreciated the prompt service and kindness shown to us!
We have a 2016 Lincoln and had a dead battery and the manual key was not inside of the fob we called and in less than an hour they had the car unlocked and jumped up great service and great price
I had an amazing experience with JC Auto Towing. My motorcycle had been hit by a truck while it was parked at the Pilot gas station in Brazil. After calling multiple different businesses, JCs was the only shop that would tow a motorcycle. When JC showed up, he was extremely kind and courteous. He even went the extra mile to wrap my handlebars in rags so they wouldn’t get scratched by his ratchet straps. After driving my bike nearly 40 miles to my house, he stayed around just to talk and make sure I had everything I needed for my insurance claim. Hopefully I never need another vehicle towed, but if I do I will definitely be using JCs Auto Towing again. 6/5 Stars
Only business in the area that would tow a motorcycle! We were all the way in Brazil when someone back into my husbands motorcycle and had it delivered all the way to linton. He did an amazing service and he was really nice! I seriously recommend JC AUTO TOWING.

This company is legit. Tracked down and fixed issues with an older Prius' drive battery, and worked with me scheduling around my crazy work hours.

Service was excellent and extremely quick. I called at 10:30 at night. Tom my tow driver was there at 08:00 the next morning as he said he would be. The fixed my broken axel by 09:30 and was already back on the road. Very professional, affordable, and friendly shop.
JC is the man! We're traveling around the area from NJ and got something that punctured our tire and was slowly going flat. It was after hours, called JC and got the car there on 30 min..30 min later we had a new tire and on our way. JC was pleasant and very good to us. Highly recommended!
This past weekend I was in Indianapolis on a work trip. On my drive home, my alternator shot on the side of I-70. Six hours from home, not knowing what part of Indiana I was in, JC was able to pick me and my car up. They brought my car back to the shop and dropped me off at a hotel. The next morning, my car was fixed and he called me to tell me that he would be able to pick me up from the hotel as well. An incredible step above and beyond from JC. I definitely would not have made it back home in a timely manner if not for his professionalism and hospitality. Thanks again to JC and the crew!
JC is Awesome! Went above and beyond to help me. Opened up shop on a Sunday to repair a tire on my wife's vehicle after blowing a tire just as she got to work in Putnam county. Didn't charge me an arm and a leg.
Had JC recondition the hybrid system of a 2007 Toyota Camry. He got the car repaired before the anticipated completion date. He charged a fair price and kept me informed of the repair progression.
He also inspected car to make sure there were no upcoming surprises.
Will definitely use JC in the future.

We have used JC Auto Repair & Towing last winter when my son broke down with n his way to work. JC responded quickly and professionally and helped my son tow his Jeep to a near by repair shop. We have also used JC Detailing to clean one of our SUV’s before we put it up for sale. We sold our vehicle in 2 days thanks to the awesome job they did detailing it!!
