Randall and the young man working with him the evening of 12/1 were extremely helpful. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their support and customer service!
I've been a lifelong orielys supporter, even having an entire commercial account for my employees to use. There is a green haired woman in there, I think her is something like Sasha, she will be the reason we will no longer be going to orielys. She was very rude and snarky and acted as if we were stupid even as certified diesel mechanics. She openly laughed at us when we asked for a pressure release valve stating they weren't made anymore (we found the part we needed at autozone less than 5 minutes later). She is blatantly rude and has caused me to withdraw my company from any purchases relating to this store.
Great staff all the way around. Much more sociable and local and helpful than the guys next door at that AutoMoan, er uh AutoZone. Prices are generally a little lower than AutoZone too, BUT in Charlestown, it comes down to the local staff and O'Reilly's is the place to go for that!
Employee Randel was no help with helping me out what so ever also no one at the front counter for five minutes as I stood there guess I'll go to auto zone were they're always on top of things
I was a long time customer of oriellys, but now that's changed. I bought a spark plug wire set. I did not see this manufactures defect until I went to put them on. I took the bad wire back to store thinking it wasn't going to be an issue. I was told that they could not accept the return unless they were all together in the set. This was an issue since they were all installed. There was no reason the plug wire couldn't have been switched out with a new one. Looks like they lost a long time customer.
They were so helpful to me today. I was very stressed about my car issue when I walked in. Without hesitation they looked up my car and told me everything I needed to know. I left feeling grateful and relieved.
The staff is great and gets the right parts, but this is about special orders. They do NOT stand behind special order items. I had ordered MSD coils for my 2013 Ford F150 Ecoboost. Have a failure on 1 coil confirmed by Bill Collins Ford. Contacted O'Reillys since coil was purchased in October 2019 and is under warranty for 1 year. First call back was that I need to show a receipt. Informed them that I have that. 2nd call was that they contacted HR and they do not back the warranty and to contact MSD. Will look elsewhere for special order items. Buyer Beware!!
Kudos to the Manager at the Charlestown location. She went above and beyond to solving the issue with the Interior lights in my car and fixing the issue.. Thank you Tara you Rock!!
