I had a really wonderful experience here. I had to have some minor cosmetic interior work done. I was able to purchase the Ford OEM parts myself that were required for the install (control panel air vent & third row seat side wall cup holder) to save some money and they were able to professionally install the pieces. I was worried about doing more damage attempting it myself. Communication was great, turn around time was same day, and it was less than $100. Thank you for your kindness and excellent work!
We had excellent communication throughout the entire repair process. Although it took time—due to the car parts being on back order—it was well worth the wait. Our car looks fantastic and we were even surprised that they detailed the interior of our car. We highly recommend this business.
Where do I start????? Just take your car/truck, even a bicycle somewhere else, don’t even bring your hot wheels car for them to work on. Now before they sold, they were GRREAAATTT (tony the tiger voice) but then they sold, and oh my my my my, why did they do that? Make it make sense. First of all whoever the Ms Personality is working the front desk, maybe she should not work with the public, at ALL!!!!! She, alone is gonna tank you guys with her glowing personality!!!!! Next….. the damage to the car was on the passenger side, same side as the windshield fluid reservoir, which leaked at the time of the incident and that was addressed when we dropped it off. So I pick the car up, change the oil, top off the windshield fluid and every bit of it dumps out, so that wasn’t fixed or even looked at probably!!! Then there are two holes underneath the OLD Kia emblem which there is not an old emblem anywhere on that car so why we put the old one on is beyond me. They certainly don’t pay much attention to detail. But as of now I am stuck with the old emblem on the front hoot because there are two holes underneath it. Now I will say they did say it was an OEM part (the hood) and it just comes like that now……. Welp, I called a few Kia dealerships and I am not so sure of that at this point in time. But here is the kicker!!!!! Ever since we got it back we kept feeling/hearing a thud. I honestly thought it was a belt in the tire. So I took all the tires off and the front passenger tire (which is the side the incident occurred on) the rim is bent to complete shit. I attached the photo to this review. Also, it’s been several weeks since we addressed the windshield reservoir replacement issue. Ms personality at the front desk said it would be ordered and she would call us when it came in for us to bring the car back up there to have them install the reservoir, but here we are, weeks later, still looking at that low washer fluid warning/alert on the car. Lol. The car rim did it for me. I know for a fact you HAD to have that particular tire off and ya didn’t see it? Ya didn’t say anything? Like who they have working there now? I wish he would have never sold. Also maybe we should bring the other lady back that used to work the front desk. Just a thought………
Today they lost a customer with me. I took my truck in for hail repair and after they looked at it I got a call from my insurance and they totaled it out. Since they were not going to do any repairs I went to pick up my truck. When I tried to get my truck they told me I couldn't because it was leverage for them against the insurance company where they charged $150 a day to sit on their lot. That is my truck and whatever you have with the insurance company is you and them not my property. I also received a call from this shop on the day they told me it was totaled out saying that I needed to come get my things and they would take my licenses plate off MY truck. I strongly told them to leave my property as is and I will handle anything that needs to be done. Needless to say I was not happy with the way things were handles by this shop and can say my insurance is doing a great job working with me. To me that's sad.
Outstanding! Highly recommended. Flawless work on a $7500 job, post-collision. I will definitely come back to Webbs! Matt is a superb professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with when your car is broke.

Webb's is hands down the best body shop in the area! Recently my truck was backed into by someone while it was parked at a local service shop. The service shop then decided to roll my window down on the door that was crushed in and of course the window wouldn't roll up. What'd they do to remedy the situation; they said "sorry". Drove up to Webb's, got an estimate and they got my window back up for me, all in about 15 minutes. Staff was super friendly and helpful. You won't find a better guy in the business than Matt Webb! Casey in the office is great too.

I noticed a poor review from a guy named Jarrod below, and quite frankly, he's full of it. The staff at Webb's is friendly and efficient and I know they don't smoke in people's car. My guess is that Jarrod was trying to pull an insurance job and didn't like the responses he was getting, but that's just a hunch.

Webb’s is an excellent body shop! Matt Webb and his staff are professional and courteous. This is the 2nd time I’ve hit a deer in my Camaro. We have used Webb’s many times in the past. The one time we didn’t - I greatly regret! The first time I hit a deer- I took the car to the dealer. This was huge mistake. It took a total of 6 months and many trips back to the dealership before the car was fixed properly. I regret not sending it to Webb’s. I won’t make that mistake again. Webb’s is the only body shop we use. They always go above and beyond - every time for everyone.
Great job and great price! I needed a new front bumper for my car due to a raccoon. I was worried about them being able to match the color because I have a very unique silver. When I called Kia it was way more expensive. This place match the color perfectly, did it extremely fast and it was a great price
It took almost two weeks to get an estimate and then they didn’t do it their self and had a contactor do it. After waiting for that it was the next week before the estimate was submitted. They also smoked in my car. Not doing the repair there just from the poor service just to get an estimate.
Fast professional service. They got my car done 3 days early & did an amazing job. You can't tell that anything ever happened to the car. These folks are wonderful.
