Terrible experience. Didn’t fix the issue, tried to upsale for separate issues we didn’t have, and when brought back to deal with the issue they didn’t fix, they quoted a very high cost after already paying a high cost the first time for the issue that wasn’t fixed. When confronted, they blamed everything on a new employee. Did not want to take any accountability for mistakes made or refund for services not performed. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
This place is awesome!! They do good work on your vehicle and take care of u like family! Their price for service done is very economical. I highly recommend!
I had hitch and electrical wiring installed. Mike did an excellent job. He is a very honest person. I can see why they stay busy. I will recommend them highly to perform any type of auto repair.
He doesn't know what he is talking about he didnt know how to fix my car he wanted me to leave it there and charge me 80 dollars an hour and keep my car for 3 days
This place knows what they are doing. Period. I actually flew around the midwest/south and trained non-dealer mechanics back in the 80s when the computers and OBD first came online. Too many mechanics simply "shotgun" repairs.. meaning they keep replacing parts until they FINALLY cure the issue.. and of course then telling you it required ALL those parts...
It is fairly difficult to bull$hit me. Although a tad more expensive than others in town... they get it right the first time at a very high rate saving you additional appointments and heartache.
Give Mike and his crew a shot next time you need a repair... especially if it's unusual or complicated!
STAY AWAY! These crooks overcharged me for a sensor then the mechanic that performed the work refused to speak to me about the repairs he performed because he wanted to go home. Guess my business AND money weren't valued enough! Jerks!
