This is an awesome company with great workers!! Always polite , very knowledgeable and Dewayne is such a friendly guy he had our issue taken care of in no time and that's no exaderation at all he was precise and did quality work! Will be going there again for any collision needs.
The amount of incompetence here is sad. Someone hit my car and I took it back numerous times and still never got a mirror. The only thing I was happy with was the alignment they put broken parts back on like I wouldn't notice. I took it back they put that on then put my broken mirror back on. I told them about it and after a few times going back there I gave up. Dwayne seemed nice but obviously doesn't ensure people are doing the work properly and he never got ahold of me to make it right. They got payed from the insurance company for not doing everything and they also didn't reset codes after the damage. Pathetic place they obviously don't care to do a good job and I would not recommend. Thanks for my mirror it's still broke. Send it to me in the mail and I'll fix it bc I can't stomach even driving by that place. You would think after numerous times of there being a problem they would make sure it was right. Hiding broken pieces under body panels and saying they were replaced. Scammers
My wife hit a deer and we went through Progressive Insurance, which has a great working relationship with Caliber Collision. The whole process was seamless—filed the claim online and within about an hour Caliber reached out by text/call to schedule the repair appointment. They also coordinated with Enterprise so we had a rental right away.
We received clear status updates throughout the repair, and their follow-up questions were timely and helpful. Best of all, the car was finished two days sooner than expected.

First bad review Ive ever left. Very much deserved. First, the work was clearly rushed. Supposedly have a brand new door that no longer let's me keyless entry. Second, this supposedly brand new door after about a week the light started hanging out of the mirror. Third, brand new headlight and the bright stays on most of the time which is beyond annoying with everyone flashing me and I dont have my brights on. Thanks again for all the mess ups, but there's more. Fourth, the front bumper was rushed on clearly with bolts missing and hanging out. Even worse than that it started hanging off soon after I recieved where they over tightened something or broke something knowing. They wouldnt even be getting this review if they cared about their work and customers just the littlest bit. I contacted by phone many times and only received an answer once. I was unable to make it that following Monday and never heard from them again I sent 7 emails which I still have. Photos and videos of the poor work soon after they did it. They never responded to one email. They charged over 8 thousand for work I could've had a homeless man on street do better high on something for a fraction of the price. I truly believe most of their reviews are from known sources. Do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Im also letting my insurance company now know to not go here. This review could've been prevented if they showed any care whatsoever or attempted to call me back at least once over the months knowing im very unsatisfied and unhappy with their work. I shouldn't have to spend more time and money on a poor job done at a business. Beware of this place if youre from out of the area like I was.

Caliber repaired our vehicle so that you couldn’t tell anything had happened. The tech also repaired a piece on the fog lights that wasn’t related to the incident I was taking the vehicle in for. I’m very pleased with the work that was done.
Physical repairs were great but took twice the time promised and I had to make the initiative to call. They only once called me me and then that was a miscommunication. I went here because of Rusty Walters but my advice going forward would be to goto Collision World!
10/10 Experience for my client here at Indiana Farm Bureau. Deborah said the staff was incredible and the work done to her vehicle was even better!! This is the only place she will be using if she experiences any body damage to her vehicle. Caliber Collision is a one stop shop if you experience an auto claim. The repair was excellent. Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful. I would give a 5 but I had to call the day after it was supposed to be finished to find out that it would be another week before it was finished.
Caliber took great care of me and my vehicle after being in an accident. My car looks amazing! They were efficient in keeping me updated on the process. They were great with the picking up and dropping off of my rental car. They made the entire incident go smoothly. They even detailed my car before I picked it up which was a great surprise. I’ll definitely use them in the future.

I took my vehicle to Caliber to get a side view mirror repaired that was broken off by a passing car. The mirror was destroyed and the paint around the mirror was also scratched and scuffed up. The appointment was easy to make and I was even able to leave my rental car at the shop when I got mine back. The repairs were done great and they even cleaned the inside of the car. The icing on the cake was that my car was finished up after the shop hours on a Friday but Giselle offered to come in on Saturday morning hours so I could pick it up. She went above and beyond to get me my car back on her day off.
5 Stars ALL THE WAY !!! I had some front end damage to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went to Caliber Collision and couldn't be more satisfied or impressed with their service, the office staff was amazing and kept me informed every step . And to top it all off THEY DETAILED MY JEEP AND IT LOOKS AMAZING !!! I would recommend them to anyone who asks! Great Job Caliber Collision

My vehicle was backed into and it also needed a new antenna. They had it completed before they said it would be! Above and beyond on customer service! They came and picked me up so I could get my vehicle! Staff is very friendly! I would definitely take my vehicle back there! It looks great! They did a fantastic job!

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job in repairing my SUV. The office kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. I picked up the vehicle one day earlier than promised and it was cleaned inside and out.
Took my truck there for repairs and could not be more pleased with the service I received. They keep you updated the entire time with the progress of your vehicle, job was completed on time and my repairs were done beautifully! Would definitely recommend!

I was in a car accident 3 hours from home, and Caliber Collision took my car with no questions asked. They were very helpful and helped me get through the process quickly. My car ended up being a total loss and Jeff walked me through the details step by step. During an awful experience, they made it so much easier.
Left my garage door opener in my totaled car that went to salvage yard. Jeff at Caliber personally made phone calls to retrieve my door opener. Not many businesses go above and beyond to help a customer. Jeff did. I personally recommend Caliber Collision for your repair needs. They truly are very respectful people who totally make you at ease in a time of a car crisis.
Had a few scratches on our vehicle. Took it to them and they got them all buffed out with no problems. Very reasonable pricing and very friendly. They also take the worry out of dealing with the insurance.
I think that Caliper Collision Is the best place to get any work done! They are fast and efficient, I also really love that they detail your vehicle before you receive it and the person who details does a bang up job! Very Satisfied!
My Ford Mustang needed some work done on the front end, and the repair was set up through Progressive to Caliber Collision. I could not be more happy with the offer all experience. The entire time, from scheduling a time to bring my car in, to dropping my car off, to going over what damage I saw and needs looked at, to the repair process, to the picking up the car, to the going over the work completed, and making sure all my concerns were taking care of, I could not be more happy with the process and the result. Such friendly and great customer service.
I had expected the repair to take some time, which is no problem for me, since I have extra vehicles at home I can use, and was warned it may take a little time before the work was completed, so I was shocked to get a phone call on Friday afternoon (4 days after dropping the vehicle off) that the work was completed and car was ready to pick up.
Jeff was so gracious in explaining all the work that was done, complimenting my car. I had one concern that the windshield washer fluid motor wasn't looked at, and he quickly went and grabbed some washer fluid, filled the container up and made sure I was satisfied that all work was completed, and wasted no time in saying, if I see issues with it, to immediately bring it in and they will take car of it.
I can not recommend Caliber Collision enough to anyone, fast, friendly, professional people and work!
I am extremely pleased with the repair on my vehicle. You would never know that I had that little mishap. When I went into my vehicle I was amazed how clean it was inside. They did an amazing job. Everyone is so friendly and eager to make sure you leave well satisfied. I give it a 10….
