I was traveling for work and had a cracked radiator. The team at East Point were extremely helpful and were able to turn the repair around in less than 24 hours for me. They were very professional and friendly - and I felt that I could trust them immediately (which is big considering I don't know much about cars). I'd recommend East Point to anyone and would go back myself if I lived in the area.
I take my personal and Company vehicles to East Point and have always had great service at a competitive price. The employees have always went above and beyond for what ever my vehicle needs were and have even recommended other companies when they felt it was not a good fit for them. I’d rather that than winging it. Honesty, good work and fair pricing is all I can ask for. Thanks East Point.
I shouldn't even give this place a 1 star it should have zero for their incompetent employees and their managers very rude attitude towards me I hope this encourages other people not to go to East Point unless they want to have a horrible experience.
Hello I don’t normally do google reviews my experience at east point isn’t even deserving of a 1 star.I called east point Monday and spoke with Troy to see if they had time to look at my rear brakes I had a leak.They didn’t have time that day so I had another shop do an inspection.I couldn’t afford the repair right now.Troy randomly called me back on Tuesday saying my number randomly appeared on their caller id.I explained to him I had already had a shop inspect my brakes he says oh come by Thursday at 10am I’ll look at them see what the minimum repairs needed I might be able to save you some money so I agreed.So today is Thursday I brought my truck as agreed and another gentleman (probably the owner)took my truck back to look at the issue.He came back saying all these other issues that needs repairs without mentioning my main concern which was the leaking wheel cylinder passenger side I had to point that out after a full brake inspection that I never asked for wow a real smart huh.He looked suprised and disappeared again to the shop.Then Troy comes back to the front mentions yes It does need a wheel cylinder but would recommend both and both rear lines but says he will have to order parts and we can schedule the repair.Even though the first guy did a full inspection which is not what I asked for and Troy had never mentioned until the very end that I owed him $45 for looking at my leaking wheel cylinders.I explained to him at no point was there any mention of a $45 charge prior to this.So I basically paid $45 for Troy to tell me what another shop had already explained I even told him I wish I would have known of the charge upfront I would have just put it towards the repair..Very shady business.Incompetent employees n owners.Bad communication.Poor overall attitude towards customers.I hope this review reaches and is felt by the owner and staff of East point so that you are aware of your short comings as a business.I also hope this review is read and discourages you from wasting your hard earned money on east point.Word of mouth is still a powerful tool and can make or break a business do better East point.
These guys are GREAT!!! Got me in same day I called, picked my car up next morning. They made sure my car was running right and so nice, respectful, and professional. I will be going there for any repairs that I might need.
These guys helped me out with my first exhaust issues a while back and they were awesome. They were able to see my car and give me an estimate quickly and within a day dropped my Ford off and by the end of the following it was done! And they didn’t charge a ridiculous amount; and I mention this because they were able to do the job for a third of what I’d been quoted elsewhere and didn’t have a two week wait time!
Should put more pride in what you do I had a muffler delete and he put a pipe straight in didn't even curve it to make it look good why have a exhaust pipe bender if you don't use it just said screw it and left $80 for something anyone can do and was wrong size just filled in with wire
I sincerely recommend Eastpoint for car repairs and service needs. They are forthcoming , honest , and competent service technicians. They are the BEST in my opinion. I have had nothing but the very best of service . Thank you Eastpoint !!!
They did a fantastic job at fixing my broken muffler/pipe issue! I was in and out in 20 minutes and the price was reasonable. I definitely would recommend this place!

I don't know much about vehicles and thought I needed a new exhaust when my tailpipe fell off. Called and got a rough estimate for everything to be changed and an appointment. When I got there, it was looked at and was shown everything was in good condition and I only broke a clamp off. They quickly reattached and welded the pipe and did it for a great price. They had the opportunity to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and upsell me things I didn't need, but instead educated me and let me know if something was unnecessary.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They took my car back at my appointment time, which I have found to be unusual with car repair places. It was free to have them look at it. They fixed it (just bending some things back into place) within minutes. I spent a total of 15 minutes there.
They charged me $30 for it, which was less than other places wanted to just look at it. I would highly recommend East Point!
I absolutely love these guys! They do fantastic work and do it for a very reasonable price. They are very honest, very hardworking, and have always left me with a smile on my face!
