They are exceptional! They do not have brand new vehicles but they fix up decently what they sell so you get your moneys worth. If you can’t afford a dealership then I recommend coming here. Always upfront about what you’re paying and buying!!!!

Probably one of the worst companies I have ever been to to see somebody get a car they are a you get what you pay for kind of place if there's a problem with the car they give you three days to take care of it and then if you wait 3 days after that they will not fix it I would not recommend going to this company they sell lemon cars so watch go in here because they don't fix the cars when there's a problem shame on them as a company selling cars that don't work or have issues with them and they know about it

Awesome place to get a vehicle. Best family ran business ive seen in the area. Great vehicles with nice down payments and easy weekly payments. I love my Grand Caravan. I will be doing business here in the future.

If I could give a 0 I would I bought a 2013 equinox lt $1200 down but after 25 miles the engine light came on and it started misfiring and shaking! We notified and they were will to look at it but I had to leave it for them to do more. I couldn’t. So they looked at it and told me all that was wrong was low on oil. He then cleared the codes. Then driving 25miles back home the light came back on and the problem worsen. Denice and the place are scam artists. reposession after little over a month of having it with the same people. I barely drove it because I walk to work but used when grocery shopping and alway had problems. This place needs to be shut down. Denice is a devil in disguise. Come off sweet like she want to help but will go in for the ki!! Soon as you start trust her. Karma will get her. A week later they repost it with a timing chain issue

Very patient and understanding. Denise and her team are awesome. I had an issue with my first car and she let me pick something else and I still walked away happy. I really appreciate everything they do, they’re very patient and they understand that sometimes people struggle. That is a blessing in itself self.

I bought a Buick LeSabre from them in late 2022 Price was fair, people treated me well I have had to repair the following in less than 2 years Brakes (whole system) Shocks Water pump Belts Tires Oil pan gasket Tie rods Control arm In the cars current condition I need to address the following AC Valve cover leak (there's signs of a ghetto attempt to fix it) Car won't align in spec unless I buy after market parts and re do the rear end I've put roughly 25k on the vehicle and have been up to date on oil changes, am mechanically inclined and treat her well. If you are desperate for a car the payments are easy, the Chevy cobalt I test drove beforehand had the fuel gauge inop. Your honestly better off buying a car from marketplace

Amazing people who genuinely care about their customers! They go way above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction every single time! Denice and her crew deserve all the credit they can get! I will absolutely not get a car from anyone else!!!!

This place is a joke! I was sold a lemon, car ran for like 5 months then started shaking and making all kinds of noise. Talked to owner many times , was told well cars arent made like they used to and another time i got well i cant predict the future. This car is now a lawn ornament for last six months. Still paying on it, would have gave a zero star but was unable to. Thought about sueing under lemon law, but that would cost more then the cars worth.

If I could give 0 I would. Was recommended. Car worked fine on test drive then it started stalling after a few days. They supposedly fixed it. Maybe 3 weeks later was doing the same thing but worse. They wouldn't fix it cuz they only fix it once they said. Had a mechanic to give me a quote and it was gonna be over $3000 to fix it. More than what I owed. They refused to work with me and argued that the mechanic was wrong. I'm a single mom on a budget. Think twice before going to this place

I thought I found good people to bye my vehicle's from ,until I bought my 5th car from Auto connection in Delhi In.and had it thirteen days and the car sound like a Simi truck or was going to blow up.so I called Dennise one of the owners and I couldn't believe what she said. She said it wasn't like that 13 days ago and take it to a shop and fix it. Last three vehicles I got all junk and stop working. So trust me all junk and don't give them your money you don't have ! For their junk .....

Seriously a great place to get a car! They take great care to check over their vehicles and have great prices. Just got myself a new car from them today and it runs great and the process was super fast!! They even took my old forester as a trade in. Super great place!!

Best place to get a car as far as I'm concerned, I've gotten 5 cars frome them every one of them were awesome. I currently still have 1 I bought frome there on affordable payments and it runs like a dream would highly recommend checking them out for your next car.

Really like dealing with these people. Denise is really get to talk with and they treat you like family. I have been dealing with these people for years now. I did business with Denise's father before Denise opened her own place and now I would not go anywhere else.

They get 0 starts from me. We bought a car in December. Everything ran fine on the test drive. next day all tires had slow leak. A week later had a flat. 2 weeks later wouldn't start, friend mechanic replaced a fuse and it started fine. Next day It drove to Lafayette then wouldn't start. Had to have it towed and they said the fuse box was a used box and needed replaced. We ended up having it towed back and returning it because it was not worth the money to fix all the issues. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU BUY! We lost over $1000 because of all this, and we live paycheck to paycheck.

Perfect place to get a car from! Myself I was super picky on the vehicle I want, Denice let me test drive as many cars as I pleased until I found the one I wanted! I havent had a single issue with my car! Great company! I will continue to purchase from Family Auto Connection!

Terrible place. When you go - it SEEMS like they are kind, decent people. However, that is not the case. I got two cars from them. The first one was an impala - 100% junk. A week after buying it the heat went out, hub assembly went out and tie rods had to be replaced. I complained - she says "oh, bring it it ... we have a "mechanic" here!" Mind you, this is simply to change tie rods. I could do it myself, but that's not the point. I just bought the thing. It takes her "mechanic" THREE HOURS to change a tie rod. Literally one bolt. I go out there to check, and he's on Youtube trying to figure it out. He finishes up - I get back in the car and he completely destroyed the alignment. She makes excuses as to why and then I had to go pay more money to fix it. I end up trading that in for another car - because at that point we were already stuck with them and we needed a car that ran. We have that car TWO MONTHS before the engine blows. Mechanic says the engine was FULL of sealant to cover up cracked heads. I decide I'm done - we quit paying. It takes them THREE MONTHS to come get the piece of junk. They come get it in the middle of the night, put a new ignition in it and put it back on their lot for sale for half the price ... KNOWING THE ENGINE HEADS WERE CRACKED. Long story short - they are crooks. If you need a car - DO NOT go here.

I've not bought from them but know 2 people who have. BOTH were sold BAD and I mean EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR auto's.. Of course the staff stated that the "other garages" don't know what they are talking about.. Which if you read ALL the COMPLAINTS, same "statement" said to unhappy customers... BUYER BEWARE!!! Do you home work on any business before giving them your hard earned money.

I personally haven't done business with them so I cannot speak to their business. However, I have had an experience with these people others should know about. I had a friend of mine go there and get a vehicle from them. She had picked a Chevy Malibu. After purchasing this vehicle and bringing it to my house we discovered the brake lights, tail lights, and reverse lights all didnt work. Also it had some bouncing to it however the tired were completely bald. I took this vehicle for her to get the tires replaced. After replacing the tires we were informed that the didnt need to be driven, it needed an entire rear end. I told him I would speak with the dealership and get back to him to see if it was worth it. I was told by the mechanic, it wasnt even worth the phone call, the car is not worth it. I called into family auto connection on behalf of my friend (she is one of those females that cant find the parking brake) I explained to the lady over the phone what the mechanic said. She said that that was simply not true and they have certified mechanics that check over vehicles and I should get a second opinion. She told me there was a pull to the left on the vehicle but it was taken care of. So I did just that. I took it to Bob Rohrman in Lafayette. I have a quote in hand for 2,764.23......to replace the rear end. Unfortunately, this car was repossessed over the weekend. (No missed payments) This vehicle was repossessed because "nobody could get ahold of her" -whether the repossession reasoning is true or not doesn't matter to me. I'm out 400$ on tires, but contractually this is none of my business. I was just the bigger person and continued to help this friend get on her feet after years of an abusive relationship and now I'm consigning for her a real vehicle from a real dealership...so I just want to say this review has absolutely nothing to do with a repossession because I worried about her all the time anyway in it. The 1 star review is for the following... I called and spoke to a woman (wish I could remember her name) trying to reason with her and explaining to her that I would come and pay cash out right.... now for the vehicle because nobody would buy it anyway with all of the problems it has (this vehicle again was a temp vehicle to make sure she stayed away from her abusive relationship and got on her feet anyway) Keep in mind I have already spoken with this woma about the rear end in this vehicle. I told her I had 2 quotes from 2 totally different businessed in 2 different cities and both for the same thing. 1 for 2764.23 and 1 for 3147.75. The price we owed on the vehicle 2200. I told her I would give her 1000 cash for the remainder of the vehicle. I had already put 400 in for tires and 800 for deposit. She refused. Told me the mechanics had no idea what they were talking about and they have had several inspections done and it hasn't popped up. She said she would no longer do business with her or I. She would just rather resell the vehicle and recoup her losses.... Losses SHE NEVER took! So if any is reading this, these people may be nice to you. They may pretend to help, but truth is they aren't good people. To knowingly put dangerous vehicles on the road with 100% proof and not have a care in the world is disgusting. For her to tell me they are just going to resell the vehicle because it doesn't need any work..is absolutely disgusting and I am appalled..(it has new tires though, unless they swapped them out and put them on their personal vehicle) It is a silver mid 2000s Malibu, if you're wondering. And if anything happens to anyone in one of there vehicles, they know what they are doing..they really do. If I had the resources I would pursue this further, because they will kill someone. This is not a joke. I dont know them personally just my communication on the phone. It's really sad you guys are in delphi too. Growing up in the small town of roseville, I can tell you, this is not small towns do business. You respect and love your neighbors. Not put there lives in danger to make a quick buck.

I wouldn't go anywhere else ? They have been really awesome to me and I'm getting ready to do another trade in and this will be the third vehicle from Auto connection . I never will go anywhere else to get a car , Denice in the office is awesome and the whole family are Just great. Everyone there are really nice , they will work with you but you have to remember. It is a used Auto car lot and I say that because some people expect to get new cars there for nothing . Keep doing what you are doing and you guys will blossom. Absolutely ridiculous. As soon as we purchased a vehicle from them and brought it back with issues they " claimed" to fix it, swore it wasn't transmission related, then when it broke down with 3 kids under 3 in terrible weather and we had it checked and found out it was transmission related they claim it was nothing to do with them. They also said they knew that model was prone to transmission issues and didn't feel the need to tell us because they thought it would be fine. Instead of being honest people and wanting to work with us, after paying them a few thousand, they say they are going to sue us for the last few hundred that's left. You want to support local dealerships like me?? Good on you, but I would never recommend this one. We now have to replace the entire tranmission that was " supposedly brand new".
