This place is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly, and price the best out of any local shops! I had a nail pierce my tire on the way home from work, and no discount tire places had time to take me in. Boy, am I grateful for that because I ended up saving so much money and finding the place I’ll be using for all my car needs in the future. Went in this week to get some new brakes, and the staff was quick and did amazing work! You guys rock!
I can't tell you enough of how much I appreciate Complete Auto & Tire. I went to start my car yesterday and it wouldn't start. Did the whole battery jumping, testing...nothing. I stopped by their shop to ask about their services mainly because I'd have to have my car towed. I had called two car dealerships...the one where I bought the car, and the one that has been doing routine maintenance on it for the last five years...and they were NO help. The girls at Complete Auto & Tire had the tow driver at my place within the hour, and I just picked up my car this morning. Their prompt and courteous service is so appreciated. I walked out of the shop thinking their pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I'm a happy customer. I will definitely call them FIRST the next time I need service on my car.
Take your car somewhere else. Spent over $1500 and the issue on my car still hasn’t been fixed. Got it back today only to find out I gotta take it to a dodge dealership tomorrow morning.
I somehow got a popped tire last night on the 4th of July. Going into today was frantic and worried about how I was going to get a tire since everyone was closed. Had a friend tell me to go to Shawn at Auto Complete. He met me there promptly, and surprised me by telling me my tire wasn’t popped and that he could patch it! He let my kids and I sit in the car while he QUICKLY changed my tire. Conversating with me the entire time! Complete Auto really came in clutch for me today! I’m forever grateful and also happy that he patched my tire rather than just taking a “sale” like other auto places will do with a female. I will be choosing them from now on for anything they do mechanically just from the way they treated me today! I’ll happily drive the 30 minutes just because of the way they made me feel. I trust them and will recommend to anyone and everyone! Thank you guys!!
We were traveling from Fort Wayne, IN to Southern Illinois for a family reunion the weekend before July 4th. Stopped in Riley Park in Delphi to eat our picnic lunch. Ready to leave, but the car wouldn't start. We started calling auto repair places. First one was a no answer. Next one got a recording that said leave a message. The third try was to Complete Auto and Tire. They came right over, gave the battery a jump, and the car started. We followed the tow truck back the the garage. After a short time they determined that the charging system was okay, just a bad battery. With our permission, they put in a new brand name battery, and we were on our way.

I had a nail in a tire in Kokomo, So I stopped by discount tire, but they would not fix my tire because the nail was too close to the edge for them and wanted to sell me a new tire. They wouldn’t put my spare on for me because of its age. Brought the tire here to complete auto and Jeremy fixed me right up while I waited. I don’t have to buy a new tire right now but when I need new tires, I know where I’m going as usual..
My car died in the middle of the road. I had Cars honking at me and upset at me. They came to my rescue. I dont Live in Delphi so I dont Have anybody to call to help me right away. They were so friendly and helpful. Amazing people! Thank you!!!
I was ready to leave for vacation and found my tire flat on my truck. I called over to complete tire and they were closing in an hour and 10 minutes. They said bring it on in and we’ll get it fixed. I was out the door in 20 minutes. They saved my vacation!
The staff is usually very helpful and friendly. Anytime I needed service it was fast and very helpful. However, my car was impounded here and someone definitely went through all my stuff and stole a couple bags and my Bluetooth headphones. That's really not cool. My car wasn't cleaned out so there should've been no reason to search through my belongings and steal what they felt like.
My tire blew on 3/29/2025, on a Saturday mind you, on the Hoosier heartland outside of Delphi, and my mom called the emergency line for me, and the guy that answered said he could come to the store and patch it for me real quick. I truly appreciate him so much for doing that, especially on a Saturday afternoon, which he didn’t have to do, but out of kindness, he did! I hope the owners or managers (or both) know You guys rock, and have awesome staff! I’ll be back as a regular customer from now on ?
had an awesome experience with everyone on staff, we came in with less than 10 minutes till close and they still helped us with smiles on there faces. When it came time to pay they even discounted it for us and had us on our way in less than 20 minutes. would highly recommend for anyone in the area!!
They are all amazing from the owner to the secretaries to all the shop workers. They are a honest reliable shop that worries about you and your car and your safety over anything else. I’m from out of town and was driving down Hoosier Heartland when my engine was overheating really bad. I ended up pulling over and I realized my coolant levels were low. I stopped at this mechanic shop to see if I could buy some coolant for my truck. They were really helpful and extremely friendly. Even the other customers there were super friendly. I would recommend this place for sure.
My friend had a flat tire and I called them they had me come in that night and they had it fixed up in a couple of minutes. Great service. They also have helped me out multiple times and been just as good.
Complete Auto is great! They have helped me out multiple times, even coming and getting my car with a flat tire, fixing, and bringing it back to my job in Delphi. They are quick and so friendly. I recommend them to everyone local.
My car was towed less than 2 miles early on Saturday morning, got charged a "weekend" fee which was $250 then we're unable to be gotten ahold of on a Sunday to get released which in turn cost me another day which I really couldn't afford then were ,sorry, shitty with me when I asked why, also went there for a simple piece of exhaust pipe and they charged me 3 times what it was worth, advance auto proved that. Would NEVER recommend this place! For tow or repair. Negative 0 stars. I had to give 1 star to be able to post my review, it's should be NO stars period
Very personable staff. Willing to work with you. I've patronized their business a few times and they will be my go to for repairs. The shop cat is adorable addition as well.
They are very helpful and respectful and try to help in any way they can. They have excellent customer service. It was my first time I ever had my car impounded. And it's a very stressful situation but they were there trying to help anyway they could I definitely recommend them.
My car was t-bones when another driver ran a stop sign on a Friday afternoon and the start to a holiday weekend. I forgot an important item in the car when they had towed it. I realized that I was missing my item at 7:00pm and they went out of their way to meet me to let me get the important things out of my car. I really appreciate their generosity and understanding. Highly recommend!
They got my car from the police and towed it and I called Shane. Great guy answered and told me the steps on getting a release to get it back. He stay in contacted and made sure someone was they're after hrs to get my car out for me. Good service here
I have had multiple cars serviced here, but most recently had a bigger job done on a 2017 ford fusion, heater box went out. The job was done and I got my car back in better shape than when I I left it. JP at complete auto did an amazing job for having to break the whole dash down and rebuild it. I would recommend this place for small and big jobs. The whole team was friendly, communicated well and fair for the price and I’m very pleased! Thank you!!
My friend was going to see his kids for christmas and the car broke down. The police called and had it towed from 7 minutes up the road on christmas eve.even though we had a tow truck in route already. And they charged $250. For a tow literally 7 minutes away.. the guy called his boss and asked to take money off.. yeah right.. still $200 on Christmas Eve!!! Won't call them for a tow and wont recomend them to anyone!!!!
I had an appointment first thing on Friday 9/10 to get my company truck checked out and that went very smooth. I waited while they did it and they got it done fairly quick. She explained that she was having trouble getting some prices back on the parts and asked if she could get me the quote later in the day. I said okay and left. About 4pm, I called to follow up and she said she was still waiting and would call me back. Monday 9/13, I was driving by about 3-4pm and stopped to see if she had the quote because I still had not heard anything. As soon as I came in, she started entering it in the computer and got it to me. I reviewed it with her and asked some questions and she said the guy she needed to ask was out on a tow. She would get with him and get back to me. I never heard back and I’m getting the work done somewhere else on Monday 9/27.
