Update: They are uninsured drivers. A loose rock fell off their truck bed on I-69 in August, launched into the air, and destroyed my sunroof. I followed the driver, he admitted fault, took a police report and the driver told me to call Mark Monday morning to make things right. I called every day for weeks and Mark would always be “busy” and would not return my calls. Their secretary said they are working with insurance. Six months later it is in subrogation and still nothing.

I’m a plumber here in town and I use a company vehicle so my driving and reputation is very important as that reflects on to the company I work for. As I was driving down 469 there was a road wreck which cause traffic to back up completely. As I was in my lane already just going straight until I understood which lane I needed to be in to continue on the high way. This tow truck tried to force his way into my lane which DID drive me off the highway. I deal with people driving reckless everyday. Again representing my company I cannot display road rage. As I made my way pass the guy I wave me hand up in confusion to try to somewhat see if that was a mistake or not. He was verbally saying something I could not make out. I decided to just continue on and he was behind me. He chose to call my company and say I was reckless driving somehow even though I stayed in my lane and was driving 10mph due to the fact the highway was backed up. Considering this is a tow company whom is supposed to help the people in traffic incident. I am very upset by the audacity of this driver to not only cause an issue but go out of his way to lie on my good name. Please Parker tow service. I have no problem taking this post down as long as that guy is addressed correctly. I’m unsure if you guys have cameras on your vehicle which can prove I was not driving reckless

Il start off with this was great service for a heavy duty tow. I’m from Michigan and truck broke down in Fort Wayne Indiana let’s just start by saying the drivers were awesome and the price was unbeatable. The first driver i interacted with was bob he was just great and had me hooked up less then 5 minutes got me back to the yard because he’s not the out of town driver and when we got back to the yard he accommodated me by keeping me warm allowing me to wait in his truck and not in the cold until Trevor the other driver had loaded my truck. Trevor was a great guy also good conversations and he did a great job when he backed the truck into the garage at the drop off because Il tell ya it was pretty tight but he got it done. Overall experience this place, service and drivers were awesome and if I need them again or you need a tow from light to heavy these guys are it in Fort Wayne Indiana. Thanks again guys.

I caught a flat tire on Christmas Eve. A police pulled up behind me and said he could call a towing company that would charge me $60 to change my tire. When the tow truck driver came, he told me it would be cheaper to tow it, than changing the tire. He quoted me $70. They don’t give out paper receipts but emailed it to me. This no good sorry tow company charged me $130 for towing. If they would have told me up front it was costing that amount, I wouldn’t have used them!!! I would have called Blackout Towing. They only charge $70. Never will I use this useless company again!!! They suck and by the other reviews I’m seeing, I’m not the only one who feels this way. They have a contract with the FWPD and that’s why they are charging so much. They claim this was an emergency call. Mind you, I had to wait for at least 20 minutes, in the tow truck while the driver went to talk to his boss. Whatever you do, don’t have the police call Parker or you will be charged 3x’s as much. All I have to say is, EFFFFFF Parker Service. I hope they go out of business!!!!!!!! They won’t ever get my money again!!!!!!!

Terrible experience, definitely wouldn't recommend using them if avoidable at all costs. Tiffany at the front desk is awful, rude and threatens you to try and get results.

I had a very unpleasant experience when calling this location. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and made me feel disrespected. There was absolutely no professionalism or courtesy in the way I was treated. I will definitely not be returning, and I would strongly recommend that management review how their staff communicates with customers.

Driver is only reason it's 1 star, otherwise 0 stars. They towed the vehicle today at 1 pm, took to thier lot, at 430 we find out they are closed at 5pm and we have to pay 368 dollars in cash, in person to get it moved to a repair shop. +50 dollars every day we don't show up in person with cash.... it's 2025, take my card payment over the phone. The forced impound lot fees are predatory. Will never use them again and echo this to everyone I talk to moving forward.

This is the kind of service you want in a stressful situation, and it doesn't cost a ton of money. Parker helped me with a sticky situation. My lower ball joint broke, so the car wasn't able to roll. They sent one driver to assess the situation, and on seeing it, he determined that pulling the car on a block could damage it further. So they got me some special equipment to get my car to the shop the very next morning without damaging it further. Drivers (David & Trace) were calm, knowledgeable, and there just to help.

If I could leave more stars I would! This company went above and beyond for me! Like I’m a Commercial Driver n Matt answered the call to drive 45 minutes to Angola to Bill’s towing to pick me up n take me to Toledo Ohio 1.5 hr drive to our yard. I had a pleasant talk with driver. Talked about job n the life of a trucker n our jobs. N Jesus!! He went the extra mile to be concerned about my landing pad not being on my tandem leg. So when he dropped my tractor trailer he went the extra mile to help me look for something to put on the bottom to not ruin our yard lot. Very kind he let me pray n preach Jesus to him. Very professional n man when I say fast I mean fast! He had my truck connected n unconnected all in the time it took other company that had 2guys to tow my vehicle earlier to first location done. I’m like wow. (Other company was in training with someone) so great training mode. The company dealt with payment but it was just one of the most pleasant rides ever. Both companies were great! I would highly recommend Bill’s Towing (if you are up on I-80/90 toll road or surrounding areas but if you are south in Ft. Wayne area then Parker’s Towing with Matthew towing he made it all look so easy n pain less. Thanks for sending the right one. Jesus came n conquered!!

We were charged with storage fees after impound when previously told by Parker we would not be charged! Also, although we had already requested a AAA tow, New Haven PD called in Parker to tow and the NHPD got the tow for their kickback?

Parker towing lies about their fee structure. They will also hold your car hostage and demand you produce registration which is in the car... but will not take you to your car to retrieve it. If you choose to deal with parker, expect surprise fees, and dont trust anything they tell you on the phone, because they just say "we didn't say that"

I was hit head on by a impaired driver and left the scene unconscious in an ambulance. Parker towing came to clean up the scene and take my vehicle to their lot. My pickup truck was totaled both of my front wheels were off of the vehicle. They lifted my bed cover and through my wheels, along with the other driver's wheel and bumper into the bed of my truck. I had 11 high-end fishing rods in the back of the truck. Approximately $1,400 value. When I went to get my belongings out of the totaled truck from their lot, all of my fishing gear was destroyed. They told me they were at no fault and to sue the other driver. The rear of the vehicle was not damaged and my belongings were not damaged in the accident. While I was there, multiple employees came over to look at my truck and asked me if they could have things that belong to me such as the damaged fishing rods and the bed cover. I told them no that my insurance adjuster needed to see all of those things. Before my insurance adjuster could arrive the next day, one of the employees had already removed my bed cover to put on his own personal vehicle. His manager did make him take it off of his truck and put it back on mine so the insurance adjustment could be done properly. After several hours of phone calls and In-Person complaints Parker towing refused to accept any responsibility for anything. They eventually had to be named my insurance lawsuit. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Lindsey/Lyndsey (sp?) At the Cass Street Location is an Actual Goddess. Having to deal with a car accident sucks, having to clean out your totaled car def sucks more, and she not only made me feel cared for when she took my phone call to get the information, I had the pleasure of then running into her and she remembered our interaction and made SURE that I was aware of where she would be, and that I knew it would be no trouble should I need any other assistance. She is truly an asset to their team, and was SUCH a blessing during an incredibly stressful time

Had the best experience with both people i spoke with on the phone to transfer me to the Cass St location. The woman at the Cass St location was more than kind. She made it very easy to claim my vehicle. All information I needed she made to inform me of on the phone. 10/10 recommend

I was driving down Coldwater rd this morning and one of their drivers in a large semi tow truck changed lanes and almost hit my car. He proceeded to tail gate me at 10:30 in the morning with loads of traffic. I had to stop at a red light and when it turned green he got as close to me as possible, very angry waving his arms for me to go. There was a pedestrian crossing the street. I couldn't go. This company is irresponsible for hiring such angry employees who use their semi to intimidate other drivers. I called and was told they would find out the drivers name and speak to him. He needs more than a few words. He needs reprimanded.

I didn't get a say on which towing company was called when one of my drivers wrecked a rig. If I had, I wouldn't have called these guys. As I'm standing there, taking in the fact that one of my guys is in the hospital, and one of my rigs is totaled, one of Parker's employees is being a boy scout and was helping DOT find any and all violations, which I was fined for. He was some bulldog looking . The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is because there was a nice older gentleman that was very kind and caring. Other than him, DOT was more pleasant to deal with.

I'm so thankful and appreciative for Parker Service. Yesterday was a incredibly scary and overwhelming day. We purchased a vehicle and was on the way home and it begins to stall on the highway. Thankfully, I was able to safely get off on an exit, but now I'm completely broke down a hour and a half from home. Parker went above an beyond to get our rig home safely. It wasn't an easy task but they made it happen. I want to personally thank Dispatchers Amanda and Monica, and The Tow Truck driver Jonah, and anyone for helping us out during our time of need. Would recommend 100%

They stole a vehicle lol my husband hit a patch of ice & got stuck ( the truck is NOT my husband's truck) it was registered to a construction company they took it , cushed it WITHOUT calling the construction company they were just informed yesterday 06/12/2025; Yeah they're about to find out. We had blue eagle towing already on the way. We just needed someone to pull us out , but they busted the front wheel off i got the WHOLE thing on video. Don't call them for shit. The sheriff's office was involved but they didn't call the actual owner of the vehicle either.

My granddaughter and I broke down while traveling from Michigan to Ohio on a Friday evening. I called Parker Towing , Amanda the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Only waited 20 minutes for Courtney the driver to arrive. He as well was very helpful and kind! I could not get transportation to the rent a car location so Courtney loaded us up in his big truck and took us to get our rent a car. Huge thank you to Parker Towing; very reasonable rates as well. Thank you Courtney!!

Service was poor, guy used the words “how much are you willing to pay” after I asked to drop car off to my house which was 8 minutes away which was on the way passing, guy seemed really crappy when I asked him to get me an estimate. Which came to what I can say an outrageous price. I get in the situation there were a few variables that could’ve contributed to this but none that would come close to acceptable.

Terrible customer service. Price gouging at it's worst. I had call to release my vehicle to my insurance a second time after telling them in person twice and asking if I needed to sign anything and being told "No, I've Got It." My insurance agent said they do this alot to milk insurance companies for more storage fees ($50 per day) and since this occurred on a Friday and they were closed on the weekend, it cost my insurance company another $150. Unfortunately they are acquiring other tow companies thus expanding and creating a monopoly. They also mailed me a nasty letter informing me I had 20 days to make arrangements to pick up my car or it would be theirs to do with what they want. The fee for this unnecessary letter was $50.

Had 2 vehicles at different times towed after an accident not given a choice about complained used and both times charges insane amounts for "storage" and had stuff stolen out of both vehicles. Also, tried calling for a breakdown and was told it would be over 2 hours for someone to arrive. Called another company they arrived in 40 minutes.

Parkers caused $3400 worth of damage to my vehicle while towing my vehicle. My vehicle died when it was below freezing temperatures last Monday. We had called a Reputable towing company with our insurance company to have it towed to a dealarship. Unfortunately, the police showed up before a Reputable towing company did and requested Parkers to impound it. Parkers obviously raced out so they could collect fees . Parkers does not care about your vehicle at all because they have immunity when a car has been declared abandoned, even though it was only 90 minutes. It shows their character and their reputation speaks for itself. They made sure to let us know they have immunity but never bothered to let us know about the damage they caused.They still made sure to charge $300 for the vehicle to be released. Disgusting and pathetic company. I don't like to leave bad reviews but they deserve it.

Excellent customer service. Responsive and upfront. I needed to have my vehicle jumped, twice, and both times the drivers were professional and efficient. I was given pricing on both the jump and a tow if necessary. My go to for emergency roadside assistance.
