The driver was prompt a d did a good job. However, they take advantage of you when you least need it. Dealing with some office people can be challenging. They absolutely would not give me a receipt for the charges. A lady was completely rude to me when I asked a couple of times. Really tells you what kind of business they run if they won't even give you a receipt to turn into insurance.

The driver was kind and quick when responding to the call to tow my vehicle. He did ask if I took everything important OUT of my vehicle. What he did not make clear is that I could and in fact should have taken my plate off of my car. My car was picked up due to an accident that was not my fault. It was not in diving condition due to my coolant pouring out. When I called the next day to ask if they could take my plate off for me to pick up, I was informed that I would have to pay $135 dollars to remove personal belongings ( only my plate) and then wait for insurance to reimburse me or I could ask my insurance to see if the adjuster could remove it after they picked it up for them to mail it to me. This is already a stressful time and all they care about is making as much money as possible even when it's an insurance claim that will be paying all fees as things move forward. I do not recommend them at all!

One star is too many for this place.Refused to tell me where our car was taken.Said they were closed and couldn't get to the car. My Insurance company called and assured them everything would be paid but still wouldn't let me in to get items. Refused to let me get my wife's id, purse,laptop and cell phone out of OUR car.Wanted $389 for THEM to remove personal items EXCEPT cell phones. Or pay $509 to get the car towed out by another company which I did.Rude office help and a $40+ charge to let another tow company in the gate. Btw there are plenty of great tow companies in the area.Call around! From what the insurance company and a few other people told me ,they are in bed with the Allen County and Fort Wayne police departments so if you have an accident in Allen county rest assured you'll get raked over the coals dealing with these thieves. Screwing folks in east central Indiana since 1934. The Google reviews say enough for this company

Extremely predatory, extremely extremely rude workers (I believe her name was Rachel), ridiculous prices. I would never recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy. Literally call ANYWHERE else for a tow. Another comment said it best, "TLDR, avoid this company. If you are wrecked on the highway and the cops call for a tow, you have a right to decline service from Parker. If you have roadside assistance coverage, your provider can find a better company. It is well worth a longer wait to not get completely taken advantage of. If I had not had solid insurance, this would have been a huge problem money-wise, as well as from a convenience standpoint. I have definitely learned my lesson." Edit to Add: In the 1 unfortunate hour I've been here, I've seen two other people dealing with the exact same frustrations as I have. Seriously, avoid this place.

This is a business very clearly designed to prey upon folks who don't have many options when they need a tow. Their business model is centered upon keeping your vehicle on the lot as long as possible. They do not take calls at the main towyard. You call a routing office. The routing office will "attempt" to forward you to the towyard, but of the 4 times I called, it never went through. The aforementioned hours also apply to the towyard itself, which means your vehicle, should it get towed on a Friday after 4, is guaranteed to be stuck there the whole weekend regardless of state and you will get billed 40/day (currently, 2024) for 3 nights. The initial tow was ~150, so when my truck was towed on a Thursday, then I had to work late Friday and could not call in time (found out too late about their insanely bad call handling), I got a crazy-high bill that I had to pay just to get into my vehicle, which included an additional 40.00 "personal access fee." I'm just going to reiterate the above: Parker takes full advantage of the state laws, allowing them to gouge the heck out of you to even access your vehicle. You have to pay any amounts due from the tow, prior storage, and extra to access your vehicle. They will not take a check directly from insurance providers. My provider, Progressive, attempted to pay them directly, but they REFUSED to take a check from the provider and told my provider that the customer (me) had to pay in cash or with personal check. I was dumbfounded that they would not accept payment from my provider. My insurance handler was also shocked, and it was just very sketchy and unprofessional. I was forced to cough up the cash and then forward a new claim to my provider. High marks for Progressive, by the way. They were very quick with getting me reimbursed. It is 2024. Cash/Check only businesses exist purely to make life easier for the business and absolutely hamper customers. I would guess this is intentionally kept in place at Parker. I was not informed over the phone that it was cash only, and -like many folks I'm sure- went there after work, and had to immediately book it to the nearest atm, get cash, and make it back before the they closed. I could very well see this adding quite a few 40-dollar nights to Parker's billing. If you try to get them to tow to, say, your home or a collision repair shop, etc, it is EXORBITANT. They said it would be 290.00 total to take my vehicle to my home (~2.5 miles from the towyard.) This made it very clear that if they can't milk your vehicle on the lot, the buyout is EXTREME. TLDR, avoid this company. If you are wrecked on the highway and the cops call for a tow, you have a right to decline service from Parker. Drug my car and hooked up wrong, car had died on side of road because of battery dying in vehicle. When I went to parkers vehicle front bumper and everything was torn up...not the only time I've had problems with parkers, ignorant, dumb and untrustworthy. Should sue them for torn up vehicle done by their "approved" drivers.

Called for service and was quoted $60 they called back and said there was a price adjustment to $160 as it was just after 5pm. When you quote a price you stick with that price, it's bad customer service to change the price after quote! Won't call again!

My daughter was in a crash on 69. Garret the driver was AMAZING. I live out of state and she was completely alone in not the safest area. He made sure to get her to a safer area and allowed her to collect her items from car. It did take a little longer to get her car from the tow yard to the shop but it was still done within the business day.

Our car was wrecked on Saturday. The police called Parker Towing to tow the car to their lot. Today we went to get our belongings from the car. It was a long process due to the insurance company. Rachel was very nice and quite helpful. She walked us through exactly how to do everything. We had some troubles getting into the car due to its condition, and 2 different employees out on the lot kindly came over and helped us. Great job!

Told me within the hour, I called back after 1.5hrs and was told they are too busy with police contracts and don't know how long it will be. A call from them would have been nice as I could have day there on the road all day. Cancelled and Blue eagle got me in 20mins. The Police contract is important but the lack of communication was the problem. Maybe they should just go police contract only as they did not seem to care much about my business!

This company came to my job on April 16th 2023 and grabbed my car by mistake so they say without checking proper identification and confirmation that it was the right vehicle to be transported upon doing so I had have them locate my car to be returned all doing so without the actual key to put it in gear I've been contacting this so called claims dept who never seems to be available and now my car no longer starts due to the issues this company has caused me I've been patient and cordial about this but now it affects my livelihood and my financial being and that can't be my next step is my lawyer!! I understand mistakes are made so please correct this immediately

I waited 6 hours for them to pick up my car and it never happened. Every time I called them, they kept coming up with different excuses. The final straw was when they said they were 2 minutes away and I waited another 15 minutes. When I called them back, they said they were somehow 10 minutes away. I cancelled and called another tow company and they were there within 30 minutes. Will never recommend this company to anyone!

Poor Customer Service and unexpected up charges. They said the charge would only be $120 to pick up vehicle and it was over 2 1/2 times that amount as there were hidden charges that weren't explained until after we arrived. Then they blamed us for not calling ahead. When a complaint was filed with the manager, they basically just blew us off. 0/10 Do Not Recommend

I personally have never ever had a problem with this company, they have sometimes a long wait time but its a process that they have to do. They are fast, efficient and staff to me is pretty decent. Like i said no issues i have called them to unlock my car to towing my truck home because its a Ford..but in the case of an accident he was there quick and did what he needed to do to get the job done. I gave up and cancelled after waiting four and a half hours. Sorry, but Parker’s is convenient to me, but way too undependable for me to call them again!

An unfriendly staff member took my call concerning a vehicle left in my driveway. She contradicted what the police department said. A simple answer to my first questions would have solved the issue. Some times listening is the best way to solve issues. Will never use this company for any tow issues.

While I have found them reliable, they are not set up to serve their customers conveniently. An example of this, is that their hours are poor for their lots, and it is unclear on where one needs to go once you arrive at the right lot.

Just know that after being a great employee for 3yrs...they fired me by text. Very unprofessional on many levels. Oh and might I add that I was also told that you get fired for messing up police calls and big hooks...which I never have. Yet a rehire messed to a 2way Penske last week so if she is still there next week than they are also color coordinated in this organization also. Which would also be the reason why when one person had a house fire they organized for that person but just a few months later it happened to a person of color and they then decided they weren't gonna help with those situations anymore...hmmmmm very convenient I would say.

Horrible experience. The Person that came to tow my car chained my car up to my shocks which bent my shocks in. and I took it to the car shop. They told me that my shocks were bent in from bad towing they show me the chain marks on my shocks. I reached out to Parkers to get things handled. They give me the runaround every time I call. It’s been over three months and I still have not been compensated or reimbursed for what I had to come out of pocket for; because of the bad tow. Their owner has been ignoring my calls my messages.
