Called up here asked for a transmission guy give me the price and asked about the other quotes and started arguing about why the other quotes are way cheaper when I was simply responding to his question which was how much were the other quotes not challenging his quote but just answering his question became argumentative disrespectful to the point that I had to hang up in order to have any resolution
Called and spoke to them on a transmission, Said they had to remove it from the car and would be a week or so. Called three days later and said it was out and ready, very fair pricing and great service!!
Very fast service! I ordered a day before my engine and trans arrived! Nate was awesome! He went straight to work and provided fast and respectful service! Thank you, Rockford auto parts.
This business wouldn’t cooperate with a return. I repeatedly asked for a return label immediately based on not receiving the product as advertised. The product was in extremely poor condition, covered in rust. And I was charged a premium price. I will never buy a product from this company again after experiencing this complete lack of professionalism. Basically they will scam you and leave you hanging with no remorse. Avoid this company at all cost.

After I had to have the 3rd Party step in, I got a refund within an hour from them. I then got a call from Rockford trying to explain that they never got my order at all. After explaining that Ive called them literally 20 times without a returned phone call, they apologized over and over. They then sent me the part (was a 19" rim) for free, got it 2 days later. That's pretty good for trying to rebuild a customer relationship after a major issue. If only the initial order went as smoothly as their attempt to rectify it.
Maybe it was an issue on the 3rd party? I dont know, two sides pointing the finger at the other.
But, I got a rim and full apology - not much else you can ask for....

Ordered parts from them online through a 3rd party (not referencing them as they were amazing), no response. Called them over and over, nobody would respond. Left message after message- nothing at all.
Finally had to have the 3rd party step in and get my refund for the money.
Would not recommend them, their customer support and organization is horrible. Weeks of calls and refusing to call back.
If you want quality parts that you can get in a timely manner, you may be better off welding them up yourself- at least then you can see your progress....
These guys are great at this for parts used I just got a used motor for my car and they told me that I had to have my VIN number for my car so they could match it up
