I really like shopping at Advance for car parts. The staff is always very kind and willing to help. They will order in parts if they don't have it in stock. I think their store offers reasonably priced car parts. The last thing I bought was the rear brake pads and rotors. They offered to carry them out or let me use their cart because they were heavy.
I’ve been to this advanced auto a few times. every time I’m greeted by the employees. They answer questions and are very helpful. Very nice atmosphere, clean place. 5 stars. Ive been to others but this and Charles are the best.
Called around needing a battery installed, called 4 places and customer service was lacking. Called Advanced Auto Parts, spoke with an amazing guy, showed up and the customer service far exceeded my expectations. His name was Ocean. Went in to buy a battery. Checked the battery was bad. Bought a new one then they checked the alternator and starter both were good. And they put the battery in and cleaned the posts.

Gave it another try at East state street Rockford and got the pleasure of being helped by Logan Loria or (Lorra). He helped me search for a part with no problem. I ordered the part online and drove 20 miles each way. I arrived and they did not have the part. Said sorry. They did not adjust their inventory and did not want to comp me for their mistake. Called corporate office and they took care of the problem.
Very friendly people we took our car in to see if they could tell us why all of a sudden our check engine light came on they came right out very nice man read the code told us what it was the guy parked beside us was having a hard time getting his wiper blades back on his car when we left the guy who checked the codes for us was helping him put the blades back on

Its better to Order the item online and pick it up since few coupons are not honored for In store purchases. Definitely will recommend for future purchases.
