I scheduled a towing through my insurance a week ago for an appointment today at 7:30AM and was told by the owner that the place doesn’t open until 8AM. Why are you a tow company if you are not 24 hours??? How can you tell me what time I need to be towed?! Poor business and poor customer service! My insurance got a new & better tow company to come within 15 minutes after this business owner CANCELLED my appointment. :)
Fast, reliable, and affordable. I called in this morning at about 10:30am, and they arrived and had my car loaded up by 10:40am. Granted I live just down the street. Staff was friendly and pointed out a slight oil leak that I was unaware of.

Damaged my Audi A6 during the tow. Before pictures were just fine but once it was delivered to my house the fuel door was broken off completely. Theres pictures to proove they broke it and gas station were it was picked up from has footage of one of the guys clicking my gas door open. the owner said he would take care of it and I told him I would get a quote from a body shop and send it to him and he replied by saying it was not a problem. Once I sent the quote everything changed and he said "lol we did no damage to your car anyone could have done that." and also blocked me after. These guys are very shady. even when i asked the tow guys to show me pictures of when they picked up the car they were hesitant to even show me the picture because the KNOW they did the damage. My Insurance(state farm) is going to file a complaint against this business to get them dropped as a tow provider. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS FOR A TOW PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAAS TOWING NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THEM!!!!
They came and pick up and my car and once it got up on the lift it jerked down and cracked something underneath. When I called them back to tell them they acted like they didn't understand anything. Cheap does not mean good service. I am never going to pay these fools again to do something for me. Just trifling. TRIFLING.

CUSTOMER BEWARE
Needed a tow and had insurance coverage and they set me up with these shady guys. I was not present at the time of tow but it was at a gas station. When my car got to my home the gas door was completely broken off and the guys were saying it was like that already. Mind you I used insurance so they HAVE to take pictures before and after and sure enough, after the guy tried turning his phone the other way, the fuel door was there at the time of pick up. Gas station had footage of the guys clicking my door open before leaving. This all would have been fine if the owner had stuck to his word and fixed the evident damage. Once I sent him the quote he responded with “lol we are not fixing your car anyone could have done that” and then blocked me. Very Shady slimeballs stay away

Needed a tow I called n Sam was at my service in less than 5mins no joke he arrived and jump started my truck and then once I pulled off my truck shut off again he pulled back up n towed me to my mechanics house to drop off my vehicle I was very pleased with service and it was less than 100 bucks which in an emergency isn't so bad Good price and Great Service thanks again Sam

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency demonstrated by the Rockcenter towing team. I would gladly send you the footage but you guys are being unprofessional and you guys blocked meMaybe because you know you guys did damage. And that is not my friends body shop, maybe look at it and you will see it says Gerber Collision which is a national company with thousands of repair facilities. But it’s okay like I said, insurance is already working on it.
