I needed roadside assistance due to a flat tire and used my AAA Roadside Service who contacted Haas Towing. Jason came out and he was fabulous! Great attitude, got it down quickly, friendly. Actually made the cruddy situation a lot better. Word up to Haas Towing: be sure to keep Jason on your team!! He represents you well!!

I had a towing from this company through my roadside assistance insurance services. They overcharged me $100. Lied about the location they picked me up at to justify the charges. The app my insurance uses pinpoints my exact location with gps at the time I request for services. The location this company is claiming they picked me and my car up at is a 40min difference. I have tried calling and encouraging them to look at the video footage to show I had a 15min tow not a 45min one. No response to me or my insurancecompany. Very disappointed how they've handled the situation.
Broke down with an RV I bought the same day. Was having a really rough day obviously and having to deal with insurance to get a tow, my insurance had a different company come and the guy came with a roll back pickup truck after waiting 3 hours! After an hour or talking to my insurance they fixed whatever they messed up and Hass towing was assigned to me. About 10 minutes after Joshua Rodríguez from Hass towing gave me a call and let me know exactly what he had to do and approximately when he’d be out to me. Within the hour he was there picking it up. I was already there for 5 hours not Hass towings fault at all but my insurance. So I had to leave, I gave Joshua instructions and he got it done. Very happy with the service. I learned to never go through my insurance again Call Hass towing and send your insurance the receipt.
Zach was the best tow truck driver I’ve ever had. Guy pulls up 15 min before ETA drops me off to the shop got me back to work and everything before I was supposed to start. Would definetly reccomended this towing truck company to anyone in the Rockford area
Jake came in clutch and saved the day for my buddy whose bike broke down. I’ve always used Haas, from my pristine Mercedes to my clapped out s10 they’re always the best deal around and absolute professionals!
We broke down on our way home from vacation in Wisconsin on the interstate and our insurance company suggested we use Haas Towing. We were very happy with our service. The driver was very nice and very professional! We highly recommend using this company.
Yesterday, Hass Towing was called out to tow my GMC Yukon because it was stuck in drive a d could not shift into park. I figured the linkage was broken, but couldn't get under the suv to see. Jeff was AWESOME. he was able to get under there and found the linkage was broke but got it into park so I could start it then out it in drive so I could get home. I would give HAAS and JEFF 10 STARS if I could. THANKS JEFF

Within 20 minutes of calling, Josh was there to save the day! Everything went great considering the situation I was in. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. I have never had to be picked up by a tow truck before, but luckily Josh made the ride along comfortable and he was a great conversationalist! I highly recommend Haas Towing all thanks to Josh!

We were looking to have a shed moved about 2 miles from our house to our son's house. We had explored numerous ideas and in conversation somebody said why not try a towing company. We made a phone call to Haas and they said yep we do that. Zach came out and what I would have thought would have been a difficult task he handled seamlessly. I hope management reads these because you have one amazing employee. My vehicle broke down in the turn lane on Perryville. Zach saw me and pulled over and asked if there was anything he could do. My car has air suspension that failed so therefore it was too low to tow. Zach stayed around to block the lane and put cones out and offered a helping hand. I cannot thank Zach enough for his help. Keep in mind Zach was on his way home to his family and still stuck around and asked for nothing in return. Please cherish this employee because employees like this are hard to come by. Got a flat tire tonight on one of our vehicles while driving home. Jakob came out to help us change it and was absolutely fantastic. Very prompt and friendly. Will definitely call you guys again. Thank you for the quick and friendly service.
Jake is honestly the best ever! We had to get a 1.5 hr long tow ride back to our hometown shop and Jake got us there safely. I’ve never been in a situation like this before but Jake made it easy breezy, I’d recommend Haas to anyone looking for high quality tow services. Thanks for all your help!!!
The driver that towed my car to their shop last Friday (9/20/2024) told me If I came to pick my car up the following day I could just pay the initial tow and get my car out at not extra cost. I tried to get my car the next day(9/21/2024) and they then told me I had to wait until Monday to get it. They then charged me storage fees even though I tried to get my car within the 24hr window I was told I could but again they refused to give me my car back. When I finally got my car back yesterday (9/23/2024) the glove box was wide open (I made sure to lock it the night of the accident) and to top it off they ripped my center console apart to get it into neutral even though they had my key and could have easily shifted it into neutral just as I did when they delivered the car back to me. Definitely would stay away from these guys.
The team at Haas provided my business amazing customer service! They are a first come first service towing company. I had a special request for them to tow our forklift from one building to another and asked them if they could come at 1:30pm on the same day I called. Their driver Dirk was there at 1:29pm! Dirk was very professional and provided us with great customer service! Lindsey and Shay provided great customer service also! I will definitely recommend their business!
Hopefully I'm recalling his name correctly but I just had Jake from HAAS come out and tow my Prius C after it suffered a flat tire and dead battery in a tough spot off of I-39/I-20. Not a good place to be stuck! Nonetheless, he was able to come out and safely pick up my car. He had such an upbeat attitude which really helped better my mood and arrived incredibly quick from the initial call.
Jake even wished for me to hopefully have a better day especially after such a rough situation and it's really little things like that that make such an incredible difference! My mood improved greatly after getting help from him!

I got stuck in a ditch during a snow storm in Wisconsin a couple of days ago. My roadside assistance connected me with HAAS Towing and they came to the rescue. The Driver Chris called me once he received the notification and he kept updating me of his ETA. When he arrived, he was very professional and took him less than 10 mins to get my car out.
I would highly recommend them because of how professional, reliable and considerate they are!
I didn't back into my driveway properly by making a sharp turn in reverse, as my car temporarily will only move into reverse. This rainy day made the soil too wet and the front driver's side tire got drenched in the soil leaving the car stuck where it's at (photos included). I called Haas Towing, sent them the pics of how the car is stuck and they sent a driver named "Mack" to get the car back into the driveway. Kudos to Mack! He was awesome! Even included a tip on the debit card. He even took his own shovel to put the new soil back in place. Haas Towing and Mack saves the day.....and the car!!!
On the first very cold day of this coming winter, my battery died while my car was parked outside. I called my roadside service and they contracted with Haas Towing. Ruben was here within 15 minutes and even picked me up on the corner where I had walked for hot coffee. SO cold and windy!! What a nice man. He got my car running lickety-split and gave me some tips on my battery health. I will call them in a heartbeat again and again. Thank you, Ruben & Haas Towing!!
Jason was very professional and helpful. Can tell he takes pride in what he does. Was quick but yet thorough in making sure the truck was on safely and correctly. After a long night of waiting for a tow, after trying to get my spare tire released from under the truck, I was glad to have a nice person to show up! Would highly recommend Haas!
HAAS is one of the unspoken reasons why Rockford sucks. Like the garbage men that break our garbage cans or the healthy people that park in handicap spots...they just make our city a worse place to live. I encountered this degenerate tow truck driver at Alpine Bank. He rolled in speeding & braking hard. He was a danger to everyone around him. He parked in 4 spots without a whim & swaggered into the bank like a convict fresh out the slammer...not a care in the world. Meanwhile, the elderly woman circling for a parking spot was forced to park far away.
This seething dirtbag couldnt be bothered with caring for others in the community, or respecting his company's reputation. Nope...its was all about him. You'd think driving a company vehicle with the phone number plastered all over it, would make this guy think about his actions, but nah...he was worry free. Now i know why.
After I snapped these handy pics, I called HAAS and asked for a manager. I was lucky to speak with a loud crass woman who calls herself Nicole. When I asked Nicole if parking across several spots in a public parking lot were standard procedure for HAAS tow truck drivers, she had "no comment". I asked if the drivers behavior were concerns for her, or the company? Nicole had little to say. She could care less...and was more focused on why I would want to document these actions. Now I'm no genius...but you'd think a manager would be curious what drivers are doing in company vehicles. Afterall, public safety, perception, trust, reputation, rests in their drivers hands. The insurance alone should make a manager inquistive of their drivers actions. But Nicole didnt care. She could care less about the public, or their drivers behavior. She herself was more obnoxious than the driver. Nicole is the reason the drivers dont care. They fear no reprisals. She is a poor manager. Change begins with each one of us...and its educational to learn that HAAS towing could care less about you, your families safety, the community as a whole, or their reputation. I think reading the comments here is all the education one needs when learning about HAAS. No matter how many vehicles they wreck, no matter how their drivers behave, no matter what evidence is presented...its always the SAME answer. Its not our fault. We dindu nuffin.

B. The driver did speed in & brake hard - I watched him, in fact he pulled up right next to me when he blasted in off Alpine. Way to fast for a parking lot no matter what you claim GPS says.
C. Family man or not, he drove & behaved like a very wreckless person.
D. There was an elderly lady circling looking for spots...but none existed because bad guy ate up 4 spaces. One spot became avial. when I got out to snap pics, thats in the front passenger side of truck - The car was just pulling out, but when old lady was circling car was still there. I have video & audio. When I post it on YouTube, reviewers can see how "crazy" you sound Nicole. Now stop defending stupid. Reprimand your employee, get a grip on how management works & handle your business. "WhyRockfordSucks" is Pro-Rockford. We love Rockford, we call out stupid to affect change. Obviously the concept escapes you. Rockfordians are tired of people like your drivers running roughshod over our streets & owners like you doing nothing about it. You've been called out. Fix it.
