Greg Blanchard, that works in the scale house is the rudest most unprofessional person I have EVER interacted with. Im not sure how this man is still employed by this company or why. He treats you as if you are to know how the entire operation works without giving you proper information. Couldn’t pay me enough to deal with this guy again. What a disgrace to a otherwise decent place.
I’ve been going here for years, same group of guys no problems. Recently the entire crew changed and don’t have a clue what’s going on. A simple 5 minute interaction now takes 30 minutes. They allow people with shopping carts of scrap to skip the line of people waiting their turn. This place has become a headache to deal with, will be seeking another alternative
No need to enter underpass if you have a dry box load pickup or Drop. After cross the RR see the sign of BEHR turn right and go to scale,they ask pick up no and other details and assign door.
Very restricted for maneuverability.
Loader was cool.
Had to waste 22 minutes because I was a whole 80lbs over gross.
Told the individual it was my first time there. Was told (after) I was loaded to park off to the side and not on the scales when getting ppw.
Not allowed to call.
Instructions would be appreciated when arriving, not departing.
